The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!

The hotel is very conveniently located, with shopping malls, cafes, and pharmacies nearby... It is on the same line as the Four Seasons Hotel, and next to the lake, it is very pleasant to walk or run along the lakeside~ In short, the location is still very good~ The hotel room is a bit cramped, with a room of more than 30 square meters, and the bathroom space is OK. The room can only accommodate a bed and a sofa... The welcome fruit is very fresh~ Maybe I am used to large rooms, it looks a bit tight😓 But it may be considered good in Europe~ The best thing is the breakfast. The restaurant is on the street. In the morning, have a cup of coffee, eat something, look at the street view, and the birds fly around... Refreshing, this is the leisurely European slow life🌞

It's OK, the normal standard for this brand. I read the reviews saying there is a Swiss one-day transportation card, but I didn't receive it by email. I asked for it when I checked in. They said they would send it to me, but they didn't give it to me until I checked out. Forget it, I just passed by.

The rooms in Europe are small, so I chose two apartment hotels. This time I brought my children with me. The rooms are bigger, more comfortable and more convenient. This hotel is very convenient to the Geneva train station, very close to the city center, and very quiet to sleep. This is my favorite hotel in Milan. It is quiet, clean, well decorated, has excellent service, and is in a great location. It is only a short walk to Milan Cathedral, which is very convenient! I highly recommend staying here! I will stay here again next time! Superb!

Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5.

The lake view room on the first floor is surrounded by trees outside the window, and it is a pity that the lake view is completely invisible. The room decoration is relatively new. The location is very good, which is convenient in shopping.

The service at La Reserve is very impressive! I carried my luggage down a few steps by myself, and I didn't expect the waiter to help me, but I saw someone sprinting towards me. When I entered the door, the waiter was about to turn around to do something else. As soon as I hesitated, the waiter came back and asked if I needed any service. I could feel that their service spirit was sincere and not perfunctory. Thumbs up!
