Location of the hotel is almost perfect, close to ferry point to sun island, shopping area and subway station. Service is good and staffs are helpful. Free high tea is provided but don’t expect too much. Hotel is clean and room is spacious even the hotel exterior looks a bit old.

All staffs are so helpful and friendly especially Miss Gao is super good. We love the cleanliness of the hotel. The size of the room is good enough. Location is next to Zhongyang Street on 1 min walking. You can have unlimited afternoon tea when you stay here. Thats the bonus point! Breakfast are super delicious!

Although the hotel is small, it's well-equipped. It's newly opened, and the facilities are brand new. It offers some personal touches that five-star hotels currently lack. 1. Breakfast is served until 1:00 PM, a welcome treat for those who sleep late and wake up late. 2. Each room has a separate makeup mirror, a thoughtful touch for female guests. Excellent!!! The only downside is the lack of a full-length mirror or mini-refrigerator in the room. The afternoon tea is small but refined, with a limited selection, but the quality is excellent.

The hotel is located right by the Songhua River, perfect for morning and evening strolls with picturesque views. It's surprisingly cool even in August, which is a big plus for summer. The complimentary all-day soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch; the little pig-shaped pastries were especially adorable. The young server in the executive lounge was incredibly proactive, enthusiastic, and genuinely caring. Our room's housekeeping attendant had an excellent attitude, was very thorough and responsible, and incredibly friendly.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from St Sophia Church. Staff very helpful and courteous. Special mention to Miss Wen Wen (文文 姑娘） who insisted she helped to carry my luggage even tho drizzling n waited for my taxi , very much appreciated 👍. No cigarette smell or bad odour in the room. Only d lobby n lift has d smell of cigarettes. Overall, highly recommended

The newly opened intercity hotel in Erbin West Station has a great environment and service👍As soon as you enter the lobby, there is a nice and light fragrance. The front desk is very responsible and enthusiastic. There are welcome fruits and small gifts. The takeaway food is also delivered in time. The room is clean and tidy without odor and the sound insulation is good👌The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. German sausages and pasta are recommended! In terms of location, it is a 5-minute walk from the West Station. It is very convenient to go to the Red Square in the West City and Wanda Metro. There is also a subway loop line to the city. The high-speed rail also gives a delayed check-out time in the afternoon. The staff helped to carry the luggage before leaving🧳In general, it is a very good experience, and it is very cost-effective in Huazhuhui Hotel! Recommend everyone to stay!

My stay here was absolutely perfect! The room was cozy and spotless, with incredibly soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a sound night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, proactively offering to help with luggage and even recommending great local restaurants. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western options; the freshly made mini-wontons were absolutely delicious and hit the spot! The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient. Upon checkout, we received a personalized parting gift, which was such a thoughtful and professional touch. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip!

Best stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off. There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money. Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

It was like a dream of Paris; I absolutely loved this hotel! As my child said, this hotel is even more beautiful than those in Paris! The front desk staff, Zhao Yihan, was charming and incredibly kind, professionally assisting us with a swift check-in. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, much to the delight of both the seniors and children in our group. Breakfast was superb, truly exceeding five-star quality. The dishes were exquisite and thoughtfully prepared, cleverly incorporating local Northeastern specialties; they even served freshly made Guobaorou directly to our table! The afternoon tea was exceptional, with a wonderfully refined ambiance that brought us immense joy! The hotel's location was ideal, a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, with Central Street just a 50-meter walk away. Every staff member was warm and genuine, making our experience truly delightful. Lizzy Hotel set the perfect tone for our first impression of Harbin – a perfect 10/10! We'll certainly be back if we get the chance!

The room is clean. Fruits are delivered in the evening. It is very convenient to go shopping at MixC. It is close to the subway station. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety. The facilities are complete. The service is also great. 025 I will choose this place again when I come to Harbin for business.
