The best hotel we stayed in this Harbin trip 👍🏻 Good location and we managed to book the largest room for 5 of us (2 adults 3 kids) to stay together, front desk customer service provided extra one breakfast for my youngest boy (if not need additional ¥69) promised to give her good review here 🤭 We stayed here for 2 nights, enjoyed their breakfast and the 2-3 restaurant managers are so friendly and welcoming us ☺️ I have recommended to my sister she will stay here in mid December. Please continue to provide good service with promotional price for your clients ✨

The room is very basic, but for the price, it’s reasonable and meets expectations. However, the main drawback is the drainage system in the bathroom, which causes flooding every time you shower. P.s. If you plan to walk to the China Snow Town, remember insist that the host provides transportation to the entrance. While the host mentioned that it was very close, we ended up walking over 30 minutes just to get there, which was quite inconvenient.

It is much larger than the average room. Still clean and hygienic The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas and is large enough so you won’t feel crowded. But the lobby is very small, it should be a general counter Although the counter is on the first floor, you have to climb stairs, which is inconvenient with large luggage. Even if you order takeout, you have to go downstairs and get it yourself. Secondly, there are many branches of Ruyi Hotel. Please write down the address clearly.

Same review as we return again and staying the same hotel! The location is perfect within 5 mins walk to Sofia and Zhong Yang st. The hotel staffs (all of them including the cleaning ladies) are amazing. They are all friendly and attentive and patience. Room amenities is good too. Family simply love staying at this hotel. They even offer children sandal for my child. I forget to take photo but the room is exactly as seen on picture. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is just perfect!

We booked two family rooms at this hotel and had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the main attractions. Additionally, we had couriered some parcels to the hotel before our arrival, and the staff were very helpful in receiving and assisting us when we couldn’t initially locate them. However, our stay was marred by a power shutdown from 11:30 PM to 4 AM on the first night. While there was an announcement posted near the lift, we unfortunately missed it and were not notified directly by the front desk or any staff. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience during our first night. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better communication with guests about such issues would greatly improve the experience.

The location and hotel neighbourhood was nice. It is a walking distance to St. Sophia Church. Room was clean and housekeeping was doing so well. The staff was not english spoken, but they are helpfull. We choose a room without window and it is a bit dark. If i am travelling again, i will choose the room with window. There are XueXiang Tour & Travel Office near the lobby. In case you need to find a tour to xue xiang.

Extremely warm hospitality from the host and hostess. She's so meticulous, caring and concerned about her guests, making sure everyone is comfortable. She helps with our travel plans and transport arrangements, too. She attends to every detail before and after we arrived at her cosy home. She even does the meals by herself with the help of four other friendly and helpful women. The breakfast is simple local porridge served with pickled vegetables and also hard boiled eggs. Snow valley is a small town 2 to 3 hours drive away from Snow Village. There are scheduled long distance buses from Harbin to and fro Harbin as well as Snow Village. The hostess will help her guests with the transport arrangements and the buses will pick guests up from the main street just 100m away from this accommodation.

We booked this place because we wanted peace and quiet, close to nature. The room was clean. The uncle and aunt were kind. We asked about the car because we were afraid that we would not have a car to return. At the house, there was a snowman, 2 slides, a small ice rink in front of the house. We could play without paying extra. There were supplies, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels. Walking out the back of the house, towards the stream, it was very beautiful.

Newly renovated, the room is clean and tidy beyond expectations, but the equipment in the room is relatively simple; the food in the restaurant is large in size, tastes good, and the price is reasonable. The only thing that left a bad impression was that the driver was initially arranged to take us to the Changqing Forestry Store, and he also distorted my order to be from the Evergreen Forestry Store. It took some time and effort to process it before we actually checked in at the Dongsheng address where the confirmation letter was. Forestry store. After checking in, I became even more vigilant and undermined my sense of trust.

The price/performance ratio is very high! The boss can help you book a bus to the Snow Valley. He was also very welcoming when we arrived. The room was cleaned very well, with a private bathroom, and it was very comfortable to stay. There are some activities to play later. In the evening, there were activities such as making iron flowers and splashing water to make ice, with full guidance and filming. Senyue Villa is located in the innermost part of Dongsheng Snow Valley. This location made us quite depressed at first, because we took the bus and all the people got off the bus along the way. We sat at the end, and we were really a little anxious at night when we were cold and hungry. . But I realized the benefits the next day. The villa is located some distance away from the road and the central street. It is relatively independent and quiet. There is a large open space at the door where you can play in the snow, there is a frozen creek, and there is a self-built snow circle. Yes, the environment is very good. It is almost the closest B&B to Wusong Ridge and Leymus Mountain, and it is opposite Xinyelai Ski Resort, making it very convenient for various activities. The quadruple room we stayed in was not as good as the triple room. The room was smaller than the picture. There was no table in the room. Luggage and bags could only be piled on the floor. In the morning, there was fog and water on the other side of the window. The pillows would be a little wet. Don’t put your clothes there. Beside the pillow. I saw a triple room facing south and a small table. The temperature of the kang we slept on was just right, so we wouldn’t feel too hot or dry. The boss and his family are very nice. If the hotel is good, they will take the initiative to contact me to ask about the car ride. They will help me contact the car and book tickets for various activities. We can also get frozen pears and persimmons at will.

I chanced upon Yilaikezhan by chance after knowing the snow town was closed. So I searched for an alternative and after booking, the boss got in contact with me and helped me arranged transport to pick me up from airport to his place. It was a scenic drive and the driver was great and very helpful. We were hungry and he stopped by for us to grab some food before heading to the guesthouse. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the super friendly and hospitable host. The room is neat and tidy, comfortable bed with a heater that i realised by chance. Although we arrived late in Mar and most of the places, the snow has melted, but magically there are some really nice snow scenery for photo taking. There is a really lovely river just infront of the guesthouse, where the view is really enchanting. The food served by the lady host is super delicious but it came it really huge portion that we felt bad not able to finish. We have small stomach to begin with. The next day, the boss drove us into the mountain to see some really nice snow, at least knee height. Really beautiful and along the way, we saw cows. Stopped again for photo taking. It was an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. The stay, the food the hospitality is top notch! This has been the highlight of our trip and would come here for another stay when we make another trip back to harbin.

My family were new to north eastern China, and were welcomed by the hotel and staff, who assisted us with our many heavy luggage to the shuttle bus stop. They helped us book day tour to nearby attractions outside the snow town, and also transport to Harbin. When leaving the hotel, I forgot my back pack and fortunately the hotel staff noticed and called me on my phone and even brought it to the shuttle bus stop so that I can grab and go without missing my bus. Many thanks to boss and staff!

Spent just 1 night at Snow Town Xuexiang due to the exorbitant price for everything here. Nevertheless we received a very friendly welcome at this guesthouse. Friendly staff and we communicate via translator and Wechat. The next morning the staff helped us with the luggage to the bus stop for our bus to Mudanjiang at 6am. Bus fare was just 35yuan (bring cash as they only accept WeChat Pay but not AliPay).

It was my first time to experience RV accommodation. It was very fun. The RV was clean and tidy! The toiletries were all high-end, not in bags. It felt good. The location is perfect. From the big stone just walk about 300m to get to the hotel. The room is ok. We love the kang bed with the window view but the bathroom is smelly.
