First time in this hotel, quite good.
Good location, good room, separate shower and closet, coffee maker in room.
No parking, but there is a valet service. If you bring car you can park in the next block in Jefferson st, comfortable and reasonable price.
Housekeeping and waiting quite slow response for services.
Overall happy with the stay
Great hotel, great location, right next to Macy's and Nordstrom department stores. The hotel has free parking, which is suitable for our self-driving tour. The room is very clean and big enough. There are many business guests and the business is very good. Breakfast was a bit monotonous, but everything else was good.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete hardware facilities and good service attitude. Breakfast is selected according to the menu, and the chef will send it to the service staff after doing it. It is a very traditional sense of ritual.
From Lake Tahoe to Portland, the hotel is generally good, breakfast is OK, the hotel is located in the town, the surrounding is fully furnished, it is worth mentioning that there is a big Wal-Mart in the vicinity for a few miles, open 24 hours.
The location is good, the parking lot is expensive, and there is a tip for the car boy. The hotel rooms are very artistic, the beds are comfortable, but the rooms are small.
One word: Perfect !
Without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed without spending a LOT more money. I had a wonderful corner room with loads of light, amenities were outstanding: comfortable bed, big bathroom with good water pressure, amenity kit (see pic), huge TV (which, unlike many hotels was easy to operate), sensible light switches, plenty of power outlets, inc USB on each side of the bed for phone charging, soft robes, excellent plunger coffee maker, fridge, in-room safe, etc etc. I honestly couldnt fault anything. Staff were very good. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I only wish I had more then 2 nights there. Wonderful stay.
The room is okay, the house can only be said to be a simple room, not like a hotel. Take the simple iron stairs from the outside. There are no windows and no necessary supplies. The bed is relatively clean.
It was perfect location me and my daughter had a nice new years there the pool was clean and kids friendly across the street from the mall and lost of eatery’s we will be staying there again
Had some hiccup when trying to check in as there aren't any receptionist for the 10mins we been there.
Unable to complete the check in form too, but when the receptionist came back, we are able to check in smoothly.
The room is clean and comfortable bed, with balcony too.
Even the lobby feels like a 3 stars hotel.
Free breakfast is served with warm food.
Along the way, I finally don't want to live in a motel. The room is great. Drive thousands of kilometers, there is such a cost-effective room. Expressed very satisfied.

GGuest UserI didn’t feel this hotel was worth the price tag. It was clean, nicely designed, and located downtown but they charge an extra $50 each night for services, don’t provide free Wi-Fi (unless you sign up for some kind of Hilton membership), and do not include parking. Also, that area is a business district. The East side of Portland is a more fun area to be based. The gym and pool were alright. Well-equipped but rather small.
I’d recommend shopping around better deals on the east side of the river.
PPEIRANThis hotel is in a good location, only seven or eight hundred meters away from Washington Square, but there is a train road next to it, the noise is quite big, it will be slightly better at night, there is no breakfast, only a cafe bar sells some snacks
GGuest UserI took a 2-day trip here to get away by myself for a couple of days and this could not have been a nicer spot for that. Everything in this gorgeous boutique hotel is designed for maximum relaxation and comfort, from the river views and watching sea lions swim by while sipping morning coffee, to the super-comfortable bed and Frette linens, to the delicious Scandinavian food and yummy cocktails in the hotel restaurant The Knot, to the unusual barrel saunas that guests can relax in. The staff are all incredibly nice, and were happy to upgrade my room when I asked for a river view (yes, I paid for it), and gave great recs on places to eat nearby too. I loved how so much that i wanted to see and experience was either within walking distance or a short drive away. I can't wait for my next stay!

HHannahRNorrisI stayed here for one night in the king deluxe for an insanely low price. This gorgeous historic hotel is located in the downtown district of Baker City and it is easily the most picturesque experience of the town. The hotel has kept most of its original furnishings, crystal chandeliers everywhere, and a stunning stained glass skylight in the restaurant.
Erika at the front desk helped me with check in and valet (so affordable!), and she even offered treats that she made herself to my dog! The restaurant was gorgeous, my waitress Jenny had great recommendations for dinner, overall a fantastic evening. I could not have asked for a better stay.
JJoAnna McDonnellLet me start with cudos for Elizabeth at the front desk. I'd say she did everything in her control to make my stay excellent. GREAT customer service there. The van driver, however, made me feel unimportant. What????? We have to turn the van back around to return to the hotel to pick up a pilot? Even though you were late in picking me up and nearly making me late for my own connection? GACK!
I'd say the company puts a lot of money into the lobby and the exterior. Sadly, once you step off the elevator, everything is a little shabby, torn and run-down. Perfect to lure in the traveler who won't be coming back.
AAnonymous UserThe facilities are relatively old, the room is relatively large, the bed is 1.5 meters, and luggage storage is free. For breakfast, you can buy a buffet including tea and coffee for 21 US dollars. You can also order a customized breakfast for more than 10 yuan. It is convenient to travel. It is a few minutes walk from the red, green and blue line tram station and 30 minutes from the red line to the airport. It costs 2.8 US dollars per person. It is very convenient and nearby. There are convenience stores such as Starbucks, coffee, McDonald's and burger restaurants. You can enter by swiping your room card at the hotel door and it feels very safe. There are many fewer homeless people in Portland. The streets are clean and tidy, which is much better than before.
VValI had a fabulous stay at this sustainable hotel that incorporates nature into every aspect of the property. I loved using the sauna & pool, the mini market, restaurants & lounging areas in the main building. I enjoyed having coffee on my balcony that overlooked the golf course. My one small complaint was there was some road noise & I hope they put up sound barriers at some point (I could only hear it outside from my balcony which was one of the far buildings, so I'm sure others may not experience this).
