Extremely delighted with the 24-hour front desk concierge service from the moment I arrived at 4 AM until I left on the last day at 10 PM. There were some delivery hiccups that the front desk were very helpful in resolving for me. I like how thoughtful all the staff are from the front desk to the housekeeping and the food service during breakfast times. Not one but all of them were very attentive and detailed (小马,小杨，张瑞? and 王建荣are the names given but there were another 10 of them who were just as exceptional). I quite like the local breakfast variety that comes with fruit and salad selection. Each floor has a complimentary 500ml water bottles fridge (room temperature) that you needn’t have to buy from outside. Housekeeping even offered steam eyemasks for tired eyes! The fact that they also offer airport and train pickup/drop off services definitely are an added plus on top of the tour offerings. You just need to inform and pay the 30 yuan amount for foreign travelers per trip. They have a set time for pickups and drop offs at this rate. Outside of the set time, you can expect to pay more. The location is convenient despite not having a driveway but plenty of bicycles to rent and tourist attractions are at a walking distance. Definitely a 12/10 and will make a return when I visit 西安 next time.

The stay experience this time was really great. Although many grasses were not green, you could see the mountain view from the room. I woke up in the morning and was cured. The room was fully equipped, especially the decoration style was very distinctive. The photos were very good. The surrounding environment was quiet. It is also suitable for living with children and the elderly. The breakfast is also quite distinctive, looking forward to the warmer weather, the boss is very warm and thoughtful will choose to come here next time.

Facilities: Not bad, although it is a closed window, you can see the outside, and it is not too stuffy. The shower water is small and not very comfortable. Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, the cleaning is all clean. Environment: There are restaurants and fruit shops around, but it is too late, after all, it is a small city. Service: Parking is free, breakfast has beef, very amazing, quack fragrant.

I found it impossible to contact the reception with my esim. You have to own a Chinese sim and call the reception who then arranges for the driver to pick you up. Everything was conducted in a very official business-like manner, no warmth at all. Instructions were barked out. My luggage was grudgingly allowed to be stored at the recep after I told them what time I could be back. And the most ironic part was finding that my room came with a Frozen theme.

I got to know Hancheng only after I went to Hukou Waterfall. I realized that this is a thousand-year-old ancient city, and it is not very commercialized. There were many small alleys in the ancient city of Hancheng when I arrived at night. The hotel owner was very nice. She was afraid that we would go the wrong way, so she came out to pick us up and help us with our luggage. The hotel was also very good because we were just passing by and did not arrange more time to stay here. We went directly to Hukou Waterfall the next morning. Next time, I will definitely arrange time to stay here for a few days, visit this ancient city, and stay in this hotel.

I was attracted by the golf in the hotel. Registered members can try it for free, and the equipment is also provided for free. The children like it very much. It is also the first time to play shuffleboard and they have a lot of fun. The overall decoration of the hotel is very good. It is backed by the Wetland Park, making it easy to see the scenery wherever you move, and the environment is elegant. After arriving at the store, we were given a free room upgrade. The small courtyard of the courtyard room was very comfortable, and there was a small breeze at night, which was very pleasant.

Great location just a stone throw to Bell tower and Muslim street . Subway is at hotel downstairs. Plenty of eateries around . Opposite hotel is shopping street . Rooms look newly renovated and bed is so comfortable. They provided 2 different pillows for individual likings . Reception service was superb and was very delighted that they go an extra mile . We booked total 4 rooms and as our flight is early morning we booked an extra day . However we found a day tour to kill time and decided to check out at 1pm . Reception insisted to call trip.com to help us cancel the extra day . Instead of making us wait for confirmation he tell us he will settle. After an hour I received a call from trip.com to confirm my cancellation. We are super impressed with their service !!

Traveling through Hanzhong, I checked into this hotel. The decoration is very exquisite, the room hygiene is very good, and parking is very convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces both above and below the ground. The front desk staff introduced me to some surrounding attractions and delicious food. It was very good and satisfactory.

Our 3 night stay here was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful and welcoming each day. The location is right next to the old wall, which you get a great view of from the outdoor terrace. Just be mindful that the reception is on an upper level via lifts, so the entrance from outside isn't immediately obvious. Look for glass sliding doors with lifts behind it and small black plaque stating Mehood Elegant Hotel. The hotel decor is lovely Chinese style. Our Tang Dynasty room was excellent, decent size and facilities. Twin beds were spacious, each with bedside tables. Wash basin is behind a half partition within the bedroom. Then the toilet and shower are each in their own cubicle, behind the wash basin. So be mindful that you can see the bathroom area from the beds area but it was fine for us. Air con worked great. Robes and slippers provided. Self service laundry area was a welcome addition, with 3 washer dryers, detergent, hanging rail and clothes steamer. Breakfast was really excellent, mostly Chinese cuisine with some continental western options. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Easy walking distance of metro, shops and old wall.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the front desk was very enthusiastic to upgrade the room type. The room was located at the 4 corners of the floor, with 2 large floor-to-ceiling windows, which was a pleasant surprise.
