GGuest UserThe Manila Hotel has an old but elegant and luxurious style. Marble and stone finishing, tall ceilings and a grand piano at the back with a musician playing pleasant music greets you as you walk through the entrance. Lacking points from my personal experience: 1. The carpet floors need to be replaced. I had to change rooms because the first room I got had an unpleasant smell to it (they quickly changed my room after I went to the reception, so it wasn't terrible) and although I didn't notice until the end of my stay, the new room's carpet was frayed at the edges. 2. The night mode of the lights (many switches) completely cuts power to the power outlets. I didn't know and ended up waking up to a phone and power bank with a dying battery and needing to stay in the hotel a couple of hours until they finished charging. Maybe just a warning in the future? The good parts: 1. The service! People are SO accommodating, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff, waiters, bell boys and basically everyone greets you with a smile and tries to solve any problems with utmost focus and cordiality. 2. Traditional pride. Traditional fashion exhibition at the front was a great touch to my visit. The whole place (restaurants, pools, spa, rooms, etc) add to the experience. I could have stayed in the hotel and felt like I hadn't missed Manila's charm. 3. Excellent location. I realised early on that I could literally see every single thing from my ”1 day tour of Manila” from my hotel room. Nothing says great location like this.

GGuest UserDon’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet; Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.

AAkhil GargI had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

GGuest UserThe room and service is good. But the food, specially the bacon, thats not how “Filipino” cooked their bacons. Ang tigas, may part na sunog pa. I waited for the new batch baka kasi nagkataon lang but same pa din. Almost everyone namimili ng di overcooked kaya ending mga matitigas naiiwan. The refill of food is also slow, like you need to wait like 5mins to refill a specific meal. Need mo ma pagfollow up ng condiments refill kasi maubos na.

__nonameatallWe decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people. We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs. Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserThe location is quite good; it's convenient to simply stroll around the business center or get to places of interest. Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I recommend the massage offered at the hotel; they have good therapists.

MmcjdShowing the aftermath of our room! 😅 Had a very great stay in Lanson. I indeed was a lucky guest because I got upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite 🙈 everything was clean but I noticed some amenities/functions were awkwardly placed like the toilet (masters bedroom) and the tissue roll dispenser being 2-arms reach from each other 😅 regardless, it wasn’t much of a hassle. For the breakfast, not bad. I just felt like they didn’t have a lot of options to offer. But quality-wise, it’s commendable. Looking forward to my next stay! I think I’ve found another one to add to my favorite list of hotels 💗

First room was on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t rest well because the sound of the traffic nearby was really noisy so I requested for another room then they gave me a room on the 12th floor. AC was not working well and needs to be replaced. However on my last night I requested to moved because of the noise beside the room doing renovations. I wish they would planned their renovations better. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I love the room and my view. Staff is very kind as well.

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at B Hotel Alabang and it quickly became one of our favorite spots in the south of Metro Manila. Location is fantastic. It’s right in Madrigal Business Park, just a short walk to Molito Lifestyle Center and Alabang Town Center. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store nearby, which made everything super convenient. The free area shuttle was also a nice bonus. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The service here consistently feels personal and caring. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent — we slept very well every night. Everything felt well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is modern and relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight. The buffet offered a good mix of Filipino favorites and other options, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. We looked forward to it each morning. It’s also great value for money and pet-friendly (which is a big plus for many guests). Whether you’re here for business, a family trip, a long stay, or just a weekend getaway, B Hotel Alabang delivers a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable stay!
