The rooms were not ready when we arrived. And we already arrived late. There are a lot of people checking in. We waited for a while and because of that the receptionist offered to give us a late check out of until 2pm. When it still took sometime to prepare the rooms, she offered to extend our check out until 3pm and upgraded the 2 rooms to executive suite and junior suite without any fee, while the 2 rooms are twin bed, hence all is well. I think the housekeeping staff are either slow or undermanned. Nevertheless, the front desk staff kept on apologizing and were very nice. It’s not their fault so I understand. We just walked to Okada, then in the morning heard mass at St. John Paul II church in Aseana City. The breakfast is fine. Our stay all in all was good. Thanks.
The Hotel was placed a small distance from the Naia T3 airport. You can get there by using the Runway Manila bridge. A good 5 mins walk.
Staff were very polite, helpful and all smiles.
The gym was clean and equipments looked new.
The pool was clean, and the drink was delish. Kudos to the bartender!
My overall experience was just fine. It was my first time booking an IHG hotel, and I sent a special request that unfortunately wasn’t granted — or maybe just forgotten. On the bright side, I did get to enjoy the late check-out perk, which I appreciated.
Breakfast was okay, but not something I’d particularly look forward to having again.
In our room, the left bedside lamp wasn’t working, and while the other lamp functioned, its protective cover was already shattered, which was a bit disappointing to see.
Check-out was smooth and quick. The staff simply confirmed that payment was settled and let me drop off the room keys — they didn’t even check the room anymore! 😅
Location-wise, it’s great if you have a flight in or out of Terminal 3, since it’s within walking distance. The Newport Mall is also conveniently located just across the street.
Great service. Gym is well equipped and clean. Housekeeping is attentive and friendly. Close to century shopping centre. Did not give bathrobe for use. Otherwise, great hotel at good value.
We got charge 1,500 for early check in and that’s ok with us. We badly need sleep from our trip. The place was a bit old but clean and carpet needs to be change just my suggestion because it makes the room look old. The staff are super nice and helpful.

📍 First Impressions & Location
F1 Hotel is in a really good spot. It’s in BGC, walking distance to malls, restaurants, cafés, etc. It’s convenient for both business trips and leisure, especially if you want easy access to the lifestyle and urban scenes of Taguig. From the outside and common areas I visited, it looks modern and nicely designed, with plenty of amenities.

I've stayed here many times. The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are quite new. The only minor issue I found was the weak toilet flush. (P.S. I've attached a photo of the hotel's resident security dog – absolutely adorable!) During peak holiday seasons, be prepared to wait for a table at breakfast, and the variety of breakfast items is somewhat limited.

Rooms are standard quality, we liked the privacy despite being placed close to the buffet room. We actually enjoyed that we were assigned to the same floor as the buffet room so we can go there as early as it opens lol. This is our second time staying here and we really enjoyed the places around it. We needed to be near the SMX and it was below P100 for the grab fare. Plus, other restaurants were walking distance, like this mall with S&R in it, then to the other block we found an Orange Bucket restaurant with very good seafoods.
Very nice experience!

BBevilaquaAmazing stay in the Philippines!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and excellent service. The reception team was always helpful, quick to answer my questions and ready to assist with anything I needed.
One of the highlights was the security staff – very professional, attentive, and always making sure guests felt safe. They were not only protective but also super friendly and willing to help with directions or even small favors.
The overall customer service was outstanding. Every interaction showed care and dedication, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy, the location convenient, and I felt comfortable at all times.
I truly appreciated the effort of the whole team and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Philippines. I left with great memories and will surely stay here again on my next visit!

Great
JJ Christopher PerezI had a fantastic stay at B Hotel Muntinlupa! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay very convenient. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Muntinlupa and nearby areas. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the overall peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend B Hotel Muntinlupa to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely return!
AAnonymous UserIf you’re unfamiliar with the general area, the way to the parking, the way from the parking to the hotel lobby, and to the main reception will be quite tricky. The underground parking is shared by 3 hotels. There were ample available slots when we arrived. But allocate some good amount of time because the journey to find and reach the correct elevator which is leading to the hotel lobby is a feat on its own. Hold on tightly to your ticket coin. It’s tiny and essentially hard to set apart from say toys of your kids. It’s just too risky to be used as a parking ticket. The entry to the lobby is similar to an airport machine checking. We were not lent a hand whatsoever. Prepare for a possibility to do this on your own. In our case, with a child in tow. The main hotel reception is still an elevator (or escalator) ride away. The deposit is PhP5000 per night. Could be made via credit card or cash. If you’re staying long, make sure you are very much prepared. Especially when there’s apprehension to use a credit card. The room was okay. It’s not perfect. The views are either pool or building (you will see the mall across). We were asked if we wanted a pool view room but no bathtub. We went for building view with bathtub. I requested for extra bath mats (for our action packed bathtub use with a child) I was told 3 is the max per request. I asked for water as well, I was informed that 4 bottles is the max. Prepare to hear a rather unhappy tone from the person on the other line. After about 20 mins I received 4 bottles of water, the max and two bath mats because I was told 2 is the max. The number just decreased. Again, this came with unpleasant facial expression, of course this time, in person. Prepare your heart. I’m an avid staycation person, this is something new and unexpected to me. On our first night, I woke up to a noise from a party, laughing, cheering and etc. The room walls are quite thin. You could easily hear conversations at the hallway. During our stay, it was generally quiet. Perhaps it’s not a busy season. Caution if your stay is in time to a peak period. The chairs and tables at the pool area has two rates: PhP1500 or 3000. Otherwise, complimentary ones are only those on the side (in this case you will share it with smokers. One part is the smoking area. Surprise!). By side, I mean very much unfavorable to parents who need to watch little children while using the pool. The pool is elevated and this area has completely no view of the pool. Prepare to stand or pay. The pool is heated. The food is of good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. The team there is just awesome! Jason, Kenneth and the other personnel were truly commendable. They are passionate, very professional and we are happy with their service. Am I coming back? Honestly for the price I paid versus the entire experience, I would choose Fairmont in Makati through and through. If in this area, I will opt for Sheraton.
GGuest Userstrategic location; clean room and facilities; had to ask for newer towels and pillows, w/c they provided promptly; ktichen facility in the room is much appreciated; breakfast buffet VGood; common laundry room near elevator at each floor; service is highly commendable; foodoutlets on the 2/f in the same
bldg accessible through escalator a few meters from the roundabout at the entrance. highly recommended esp for value for money. kudos to the hotel crew, Overall.

Amazing
DDieter RobertRoom was nice and well appointed, all services ex front desk were great.
The front desk staff gave the second guest (my genuine fiancèe) a very hard time at check-in, when I (the guest pying for the stay) explicitly informed the hotel of the check-in sequence, and circumstances. I even received a response email, stating that the hotel approved my request. Still at check in, it all goes wromg.. Based on the experience, I will not return to this hotel. Guests paying premium prices expect to be treated with respect, not in a condesecending manner.
