Firstly you need to find the “express” lift which is near happy mart on GF1. I only found it on the last day and had been using the factory lift which was very slow. Room was fantastic for the price. Clean room with comfy big bed soft pillows and strong hot shower. Great location if you are visiting Chinatown, which had plenty of food. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff are very welcome and friendly. I chose a 2-bedroom executive room for 4 people, which is spacious and spotless. There is also a stove, washing machine, and a smart TV, so I can say it's highly recommended for staycation! What I love the most is the view of the city from the swimming pool. I totally enjoyed spending time here! And will surely come back

I recently stayed at the Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The location is fantastic! Situated in the heart of Jakarta, the hotel is just a short distance from some of the city’s best shopping centers, restaurants, and cultural attractions. It’s also very accessible to public transportation, making it easy to get around. The hotel also features a lovely rooftop garden where I spent some time relaxing and enjoying the city views. It’s a peaceful spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring Jakarta. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it looked well-equipped. For the quality of service, comfort, and amenities offered, Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta is exceptional value for money. I left feeling like I got more than I expected for the price.

Location if super near to Thamrin Mall, Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. Security guards are helpful with our safety (ie: helping to cross the busy road of Jakarta). Luggage can be kept even after checkout - very helpful when the flight is much later than the checkout time. Room is apartment like and very spacious and clean.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly  specially the duty manger Mr Andi. He is helpful *** and always smile . Also special thanks for front desk staff.

Review: 5-Star Hotel Stay – Mixed Experience. I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel Aug 2025, which, despite its grandeur, is showing its age at nearly a decade old. The property retains an elegant charm, but certain aspects left me with mixed feelings. Room and Cleanliness: The room was impressively spacious, a highlight of the stay, with a bit old decor and ample space to relax. However, the cleanliness was average at best. While the surfaces appeared tidy, there were noticeable signs of wear, and the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke was a major downside. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com and reiterated this during check-in, but was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available. As a gesture, the staff upgraded me to a higher-tier room, which I appreciated, but the cigarette odor was still strong, lingering in both the room and the hotel corridors. This was particularly disappointing for a 5-star property. Service Issue: To address the smoke smell, I called room service to request an air freshener. After waiting 30 minutes with no delivery, I had to call again. The second time, the staff promptly delivered it, which helped slightly, but the experience felt inconsistent with the hotel’s luxury branding. Amenities: On a positive note, the breakfast was exceptional—diverse, mix of local and International cuisine. The swimming pool was another highlight, well-maintained, and a relaxing spot to unwind with an indoor and outdoor scenic view. Overall: While the spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, and nice pool were highlights, the cigarette smell and inconsistent service detracted from the experience. For a 5-star hotel, I expected better attention to cleanliness and guest requests. I’d recommend this hotel for its amenities but urge management to address the smoking issue and improve service responsiveness to truly meet 5-star standards. Rating: 3.5/5

Staying at Holiday Inn Suites Jakarta was such a fantastic experience—easily one of the highlights of my trip! First off, the location is super convenient. It’s close to key areas, with easy access to public transport and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it a breeze to explore the city or get to meetings if you’re traveling for work. The suites themselves are a standout. Spacious, well-designed, and spotle

The front desk there has very good hospitality with warm greeting and smile. As well provide you and suggest you options and do not push you. Thumbs up for their front desk. we do not request for house keeping, and eventually they call and approach us to check if we need any amenities, which surprise us with their good service. The hotel has a layer of securities where they will check the car/taxi entering their premises, which make me feel safe. If you wish to buy some groceries , there are some mart out there which is walking distance, but pls do expect the road is not so proper to walk at the roadside as there are a lot of cars and motorcycles.. The room come with kitchen where we can do simple cooking (provided u have the groceries).. I will stay back the same hotel if I back to Jakarta again ..

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit during a business trip and overall found it to be a convenient and well‑priced option. The location is excellent—it’s literally above Emporium Pluit Mall, offering endless dining and retail choices right downstairs. The staff were courteous and efficient, from reception to breakfast service.

Guest services are nice and polite. Gotta give credits to the lady at the front desk, I didn’t get her name. But she has a long hair and wore specs. Always serving the guest with a smile! :) The room were clean and have all the necessary things that is needed. But wish that they have 2 pillows on the bed instead of 1, and the room slippers only 1 in each room but we had 4 people in the room. Another downside is the location, there’s always flood when it’s raining. So a little hard to travel back with grab because they will have to go another way and unable to order food cause no riders would want to take :’) Other than that, everything is good. Would stay there again in the future.
