The room was too close to the side, so the view was average. I wanted to exercise, but it was hard to get to the hotel gym. I had to change several elevators. The funniest thing was that the gym staff had a bad attitude and were indifferent. It felt like they didn't want to issue membership cards and ignored me. Fortunately, I didn't stay long. The breakfast service staff had a bad attitude too. I was disappointed with my stay and would consider staying in other hotels. I was too lazy to talk to the service staff.

I enjoyed staying at the Pearl River Garden hotel, during my 5 night stay I was really glad to meet the Owner Jim who has helped me during my stay here! The buffet breakfast was also very nice with a wide variety of food for everybody. The hotel has a gym, and two pools. I enjoyed soaking in the pool to cool down after a long day. Also I forgot to mention the hotel room itself, it’s very big, with a comfortable bed and a large shower. Everything is clean and the housekeeping are generous with giving you lots of water. I am happy to come back again!

Throughout my stay, Front Desk Xiao Deng went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whenever I had questions about local attractions or needed assistance with reservations, he responded promptly with helpful, What stood out most was he proactive willingness to assist: one evening, when I encountered a small issue with my room, he resolved it swiftly and followed up personally to ensure I was satisfied.On check-out, leaving a lasting positive impression. I wholeheartedly commend Xiao Deng for he outstanding service and would gladly recommend your hotel to others, knowing they will be in such capable and caring hands.

I had such a great experience at this hotel in Sanya! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by all the spots you’d want to explore. The pool was super nice, perfect for chilling when you don’t feel like heading to the ocean. The best part? I got upgraded to a better room by the sweetest receptionist ever, Xiaojing 小静 (seriously, she’s the best!). The upgraded room had the most stunning beach view—I didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a spot with amazing vibes and top-notch service, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Hotel has a good location surrounded by many restaurants/bakery/cafe. There is also a mall just across the hotel and a souvenir shop adjacent to it. I only booked the room for one night but decided to extend my stay as it is very convenient, clean and comfortable. The room also has ample space and looks very modern. On the second night, the hotel staff also left a fruit basket in my room; thank you for the kind gesture. For the price paid, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The excellent location was the main reason I booked it again. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, the rooms are still clean. The staff is professional, and changing rooms was no problem at all. The breakfast buffet is sufficient, and the pool facilities are inviting. The hotel is mainly frequented by Russian guests. Mostly families stayed at the hotel, and it was quiet. There are plenty of excursion opportunities, and the hotel offers a good range of activities.

Immediately after checking in I inspected the room and found hair on the towels. Unpleasant. Our room was for 2 persons, but shower cap and hair brush just for one. Service was strange: one day maid disturbed at 9 to clean the room, the other day it wasn't cleaned even after 16. Twice we had to ask for water refill because day shift forgot about it. It is the first hotel I've met where water bottles are smaller than 500ml. Shower gel was presented as a small tube, not enough for two person. To feel comfortable in shower I brought a whole bottle from the nearby supermarket. Don't know why in smaller and cheaper hotels provide full-size bottles, but in DDH Hotel - no. If your room is near the elevators, you're gonna listen to them every minute, no sound isolation at all. Good points: breakfast from 7 tpo 12,even at 11 the food is still enough. European and chinese dishes, all good quality. Except baozi - not hot enough, stick to each other. Excellent location - 3 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to market square (food market due to New Year). The majority of guests arrived in groups. If you are asingle traveler, you will wait for notice until the groups are admitted. A message about early check in was ignored, so I waited 4 hours for a room. Luggage room was just an area in the hall without any restrictions - ”you can leaveyour luggage, it is safe, it is ok”. Very ”secure”. I can recommend thishotel only in the part of breakfast and location. Single traveler can find a much better place

I saw the good reviews online, and I went to the store to experience it, which was indeed true. The staff was warm and thoughtful, patiently answering questions when checking in, and responding quickly to any needs after checking in. The service attitude was so good that it was heartwarming. The sofa in the lobby lounge was soft and comfortable, and the fatigue disappeared instantly. And the most surprising thing for me was the projection bed room! The 100-inch giant screen with high-definition picture quality makes it feel like being in a private theater when playing movies. Lying on the super comfortable big bed, the smart voice control Xiaodu turns off the lights to enjoy immersive viewing~ In terms of hygiene, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and even the trash cans are neatly organized. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it takes a few minutes to walk to convenience stores and some local specialty restaurants and snacks, which is very cost-effective. Highly recommended to friends who like to watch movies at home, I will stay again next time!
