Room: I thought being next to the airport would be noisy, but it was actually fine after experiencing it. Our family sleeps pretty well, and we had a peaceful night with our nine-year-old child. The hotel's decor is typical of a budget hotel. Service: The main clientele seems to be transit passengers or airline crew. I saw many flight attendants, which makes sense as it's convenient for quick transfers. Plus, you don't need to go to the front desk to check out; there's a card drop-off point right there. The photos aren't of the surrounding scenery; from the room, you can only see the airport, where you can watch planes take off and land.

Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Haikou until the middle of the night. Luckily, the hotel offered pick-up service right from the airport, and they even helped us with our luggage. The location is fantastic, very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of hassle. It's also right next to a Jihua Hotel. The front desk staff saw we had a baby and kindly upgraded our room to one with a loft, which made our child incredibly happy! Despite the affordable price, the room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There's even a small courtyard where kids can play. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

Our butler, Lulu, messaged us on WeChat beforehand to ask what we needed, and her replies were always super prompt – excellent service! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel pool water wasn't very clean; hope they can pay more attention to that in the future. Parking was quite tight, and breakfast wasn't really worth the price. At checkout, the doorman didn't help with our luggage, making the elderly guests carry their own bags to the car. This was the first time I've ever seen such service.

I had only booked a basic sea-view room, but upon check-in, I was informed of a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. It was such a pleasant, unexpected bonus that truly made me happy and satisfied. The upgraded room was incredibly spacious and featured its own private ocean-view balcony. Opening the window revealed stunning panoramic views of the clear blue sea and the iconic Phoenix Island – the scenery was absolutely breathtaking! The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. It even came equipped with a washing machine and refrigerator, which added to the convenience of the stay. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city center. It's just a short walk to the beach, and shopping districts and food streets are all nearby, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly easy. Plus, there's free parking for those who drive. While it doesn't offer an excessive array of complex services, the core experience was truly excellent, and the room upgrade alone made it incredibly worthwhile – fantastic value for money! I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Sanya, and I've already recommended it to my friends~

The front desk lady was friendly, attentive, and responsible—excellent! The room was great, well-equipped, and everything was new. The bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I was very satisfied. You can park near the entrance, and just scan a QR code at the front desk when you leave. It's close to the Meilan Airport High-Speed Rail Station, and they offer free shuttle service, which only takes a few minutes. It's incredibly convenient and a highly recommended hotel. This trip was totally worth it!

Stayed here for three nights, and overall it was decent. It was super crowded, which made for a lively atmosphere, but we had to queue just to get into breakfast, though the wait wasn't too long. The prices here are really high. A bottle of Coke Zero at the water park was 28, and a serving of Oden (6 skewers) was 48 (68 downstairs at the hotel). A single squid skewer was 48! At the Japanese restaurant downstairs, a bowl of Udon was 138 and a beef rice bowl was 168. We really should have taken a taxi to eat out, but we were just too lazy 😭. On the other hand, the room service food was delicious, and by comparison, it didn't seem so expensive. A set menu with four dishes (pictured in Figure 4) was 378. The worst experience here was the travel photography service (Fuyou Pai). The hotel offered five complimentary digital raw photos. First off, the photographer was probably in their forties or fifties, and had us pose in those old-fashioned studio styles from my childhood – and I couldn't refuse! 😭 The raw photos weren't even as good as what I could take with my phone, so I had no choice but to pay 100 for retouched versions. Then I ended up spending another 680 to buy 15 more retouched photos. That money was totally wasted. I've got a new goal for 2026: learn photography 📷. I thought the C Show performance was just okay, but the kids loved it and wanted to see it again 😓. Definitely get seats in the middle.

Even more surprising, there's a self-service washer and dryer right next to the room, with complimentary detergent provided. The entire wash and dry cycle only takes two hours, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests staying longer or needing frequent laundry. KK provided service with a constant smile throughout my stay, helping with my luggage upon check-in and even presenting a local specialty gift upon check-out. These small details really highlight their attentiveness. The hotel environment was clean and bright, and the drinks and meals delivered by the robot felt incredibly considerate. From the facilities to the service, every aspect showcased the hotel's professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for efficiency combined with a personal touch!

I stayed for a few days and the room was very quiet. It faced inwards with double-paned soundproof windows, which also blocked out the sun effectively. I slept very well. The bedding was clean, and the price was good, including breakfast. There's parking available right outside, and the service was excellent and patient. The room itself was very new.

The 24-hour shuttle service was incredibly prompt, and the driver was very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. Despite being close to the airport, the soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any airplane noise and had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk service was professional and efficient. They proactively asked about my flight time and reminded me about the shuttle. While the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, the quality was good, especially the Hainanese noodle soup, which tasted very authentic. It was really satisfying to have a hot meal before catching my flight. Highly recommended! This is definitely the top choice for travelers with layovers or early morning flights. I'll be back again!

Sanya's ultimate family resort! The Year of the Horse stay was absolutely perfect! Bringing the kids to Sanya for the winter break, choosing the Harman Hotel was truly the best decision we made! From check-in to check-out, there were zero complaints, definitely a full five stars! 🌊 Sea View Room: The healing power of watching the sunrise from bed We stayed in a sea view room, and as soon as we opened the door, we were amazed: - You can watch the sunrise over the ocean right from your bed. Chinese tea, beautiful small pastries, and the lounge's unobstructed, stunning sea view made for perfect photos to post on social media. - For breakfast, the Hainan noodles were cooked fresh to order, and the freshly squeezed juices were unlimited. The kids' favorite waffles could even be DIY'd with their choice of sauces. - From the careful arrangements made when we arrived early and were waiting for our room, to the delightful surprises set up by the room attendant... every service detail conveyed exclusive care and made us feel respected and valued. 🧧 New Year Atmosphere: Full of festive cheer The peach blossom tree in the lobby was adorned with auspicious red ornaments, creating a wonderful Spring Festival and spring vibe. The hotel also arranged lion dance performances and couplet writing activities. It was the first time my child tried calligraphy, and they were overjoyed. If you're bringing your kids to Sanya, this is the place to choose!
