Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in Portugal. Super central in the historic center, the main street is just a few meters away.
The hotel itself is so amazing! Very clean, super fast wifi, great rain shower with very good pressure, spacious toilet & shower area, comfortable beds. All incredibly good amenities.
My visit to my most favorite small town in Portugal was complemented with my stay in my most favorite hotel in Portugal. Wish I had stayed longer!

Má/inexistente manutenção da piscina: falta de circulação de água, laterais esverdeadas, não era limpa/filtrada diariamente.
Restaurante: em pleno mês de agosto e o restaurante estava fechado.
Sala de pequeno-almoços muito frio.

A very classic four-star hotel, the room is of medium size, the bathroom is very refreshing, the breakfast is decent, and there is freshly squeezed orange juice! There are tour groups every day and there is free underground parking! The location is very good, in the middle of the old and new churches. It is the first choice place to visit Our Lady Church⛪️!

The city's routine and confusion is a little bit out of the city's rhythm. We found a place of peace and tranquility with a unique decoration and a unique decoration.

My family and I stayed at rhis hotel in February. The staff were all very kind, had good choice of breakfast items, could relax in the evening at the bar, with comfortable armchairs and settees.
Great environment.
Easy to reach from the Shrine in Fatima
Large and clean rooms
Conveniently located. My mum is an elderly woman of 85 years old and it was easy for her to walk about.

This is the four-star hotel closest to the Fatima Sanctuary. The family room was functional and very comfortable. The shampoo and soap were from a company in Porto, which I liked so much that I went out to buy some when I arrived in Porto, as this was my next destination.
The staff were also kind and polite, and helped me in many ways.
I would like to stay at this hotel again if I come to Fatima again.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I could see the Sanctuary from my window, excellent location. The meals are delicious and varied. The staff is very professional and service. I go to Fátima every year, and this hotel exceeds the previous.

1. location: this hotel located in better place.Very close to the bus stops, and most attractions are reachable by foot(although there are many steep hills).
2. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite decent, as you would expect from a hotel of this class.
3. The room was a bit small, but overall OK, The bathroom was good size and also OK.

Três bien situé pour visiter la ville, très propre, très bonne literie.Très classe mais dans son jus depuis quelques années, quelques rénovations sont entreprises mais malheureusement bas de gamme par rapport au type d hôtel , avec le temps la qualité des prestations diminuent
Nous avons voulu boire un verre au bar mais avons été littéralement ignorés par le personnel, après plus de 30 minutes d attente nous sommes partis, dommage !!

The welcome and service are excellent, as well as the availability and flexibility to resolve guests' issues.
Regarding cleanliness, the place seemed impeccable. The breakfast was varied and of high quality.
