Friendly staff. Hotel a little old, room clean and comfortable but in need of some renovation, especially the bathroom (very old).
Room with an excellent view of the mountain, well soundproofed. There is no air conditioning, just a radiator to heat the room with no option to turn it off, a very big inconvenience since the room was very hot. Basic breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel in the very centre of Tulouse, from which you can reach all the famous tourist sites on foot.
The friendly staff settled in the room as early as possible, you can also leave your stuff before settling and later. The room was small but comfortable. It had everything you needed except the teapot. There was a coffee machine with capsules.
This hotel can be boldly recommended.
Stayed for a week.
The front desk staff were very friendly.
There is a kitchen, a laundry room, and a sauna in the basement, which needs to be booked in advance.
The location is good, a few hundred meters walk to the train station, but it is not convenient to drag a suitcase.
There is no bottled water in the room, you can ask the front desk for a large bottle.
Superb hotel!!! The apartment-style kitchen is essential for me (very functional). The bedding is excellent!!
Everything is clean. Access was a bit tricky at first, but ultimately, the hotel felt secluded and quiet.
Near to bus station. Very modern and stylish building. Everything is very fresh and new. Comfortable beds and crystal white linens. You can use small canteen with the fridge. Breakfast is also available. I had a great stay

Very comfortable room and clean. Very spacious too, exceeded my expectations. Value for money. Really very clean but I did notice something on my bed though, I hope it’s a person’s blackhead and not some insect. Will come back again. The yoghurt selection on the breakfast menu is very extensive.

Facilities: new, youthful style, with its own restaurant, multi-function hall, gym and entertainment facilities, suitable for business travel and family travel.
Hygienic: Good sanitary conditions, clean and tidy. The toilet is separated from wet and dry. Very good accommodation experience, much more spacious than the hotel in the center of Paris.

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus
Quite a normal place to visit the city. Spacious and clean. A bit far from the city center and train station, but close to the castle. In general, the kitchen has everything, but not enough. Surprisingly, there is a note that if dirty dishes are left there is a 25 euro fine - with this dishwashing detergent, salt, oil, tea for free - there is nothing. The room has a bathroom - it's cool. And the apar**ent complex has its own courtyard. There is nothing around, not even a store.

If you're heading to Toulouse and want a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient.
The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals.
The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind.
Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience.
Overall, staying at the Nemea Appart'Hotel was a great experience. It combines a prime location with all the comforts of home and excellent service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Toulouse.
GGuest UserOutst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account
TT/RFellow travelers,
I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.
GGuest UserFor those who want to spend their time exploring the walled city, this hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking is provided in two outdoor lots, but spaces are not monitored for those occupying more than one space and getting a space seems to be a matter of luck. Don’t count on the included parking being available or convenient. There is, however, sufficient room for large delivery trucks to arrive at 0200 to deal with laundry. That happens right outside hotel rooms so be prepared for an interrupted sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast is a disappointment with few choices, uncomfortable seating, and staff that seems unhappy to be there. Do not eat dinner at the hotel. It is overpriced, with mediocre food and the same uncomfortable chairs and unhappy staff. Front desk staff is inconsistent, with some friendly and helpful and others bordering on rude and hostile. There are better choices, I think.
GGeraldine.DThe hotel is well located and the staff are very polite. The room is suitable for two people, but the bed is a bit hard, the windows have no shutters, and the radiator is broken, but other than that, we stayed very well in this apartment hotel. I recommend

GGuest UserStudio next to the tram just below this one
Free parking on triple and well no 12€/day
The bill paid at triple 177.65€
However if I paid directly at citadines it would have cost 158.95€ find the mistake I will not go through triple.com anymore

GGuest UserWe will definitely come back 😍♥️ we loved it.
It’s just 10 min walk from the airport. We had a big room at the ibis style. Every thing was spotless, nice comfy beds ( I would suggest to add an extra pillow but I’m sure I would get it if I asked 😅). The room was very quiet even if it is in a industrial area ( we would prefer a little warmer room, we tried to bring it up a little bit but unsuccessfully, we gave up cause we had 2 nights only). The breakfast was too good, not busy at all, even at the last moment, the food was enough. Everything is high quality, artisan bread, bio butter and cheese, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh boiled eggs, etc. Its just 20 min walk to the tram station, 15 min journey to the rail station. We visited another beautiful sea side town, Sète, 30 min journey from Montpellier.
