The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance of center town shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return.

The breakfast area is also perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside of the hotel is that it is far from the lake. The 6-lane highway speeds past at speed. It would be perfect if the hotel has a safe passage that can easily reach the lake.
Great location, but a bit noisy without AC to keep windows closed. Friendly staff and fairly clean rooms. Breakfast was good for a 3-star hotel. Overall, a nice stay!

Overall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent!
The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us.
Not up to the five-star standard, the bed in the double room is small and the pool is also. Breakfast is very general, and it is not comparable to hotels in Istanbul.
It's located in the center of Van city and has great access!

GGuest UserThis hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

GGuest UserIt is close to the centre of Van and can be easily reached by Serbis shuttle bus from the bus terminal.
The room has been refurbished and is quite clean and the waters are clean. The hot water flows out correctly. There is also an elevator, so even if you have a lot of luggage, you can rest assured.
There is no electric kettle and no air conditioning in the room, so it may not be suitable for summer stay. The Wi-Fi connection is good.
The breakfast is simple, but considering that you can stay at a reasonable price, there is no problem.

SSitGood location, on the side of the road, very close to the city center. If the room is noisy at night on the side of the road, but it is quiet late at night without a car. The opposite cooperative parking lot is not completely free, it is 1700~1100. The hotel is pleasantly surprised, the lobby and room have a 3~4 star feeling. Compared with the hotels in eastern Turkey, breakfast is very general.
