This is a newly opened hotel. I heard that it was invested by a Chinese owner. The overall Chinese decoration style is nice. There is a tea table in the lobby with free mung bean soup, free drinks in the room, and goodnight milk and fruit at night. The room is also very large and the breakfast is very good, suitable for the appetite of Chinese babies. It is worth recommending. The only problem is that the ultraviolet rays here are relatively strong, so remember to wear sunscreen when going out.
This is my secind time staying at Episode. Love the deco and vibe of the hotel. Super comfy bed and this time round, I had good sleep since noises from the street is not audible. Location is convenient for those having appointments around Tangerang, Setia Alam, Gading Serpong, and Kebun Jeruk.

The room was spacious and i personally liked the washroom bcos of the rain shower. Water pressure was strong. The bed was comfy and kudos for variety of channels on the tv. The breakfast was so good i spent almost 2 hours enjoying the food while chatting with my sister. The main highlight for me was the freshly baked croissant and the traditional indonesian rice (i forgot the name but it has small chunks of meat in the rice). The customer service was also great, everyone was friendly and smiley. Overall i enjoyed my stay at santika ice bsd and would recommend it to other people :)
The airport transfer service was excellent. For first-time guests, I recommend emailing them beforehand to get their WhatsApp or WeChat contact, as it makes communication much more convenient. They'll then send you detailed instructions for the pick-up location. My flight landed at 10:30 PM, and even though I was worried about missing the 11:00 PM shuttle, they kindly waited for me. The next morning, I had booked an 8:00 AM drop-off, and the car was already waiting right outside at 7:58 AM. The room was decent, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, it's a solid choice for a one-night layover.
My second stay here but in another room. The safe was not working again. Had to call in the technician.
The shower hose leaking across the length of it. Asked for technician to come but none came.
Food that is delivered for room service is different from the menu given
room is spacious, and staffs are all well mannered. only request to the hotel is about the breakfast. I could see lots of small flies on the dinings at breakfast, on fruits, meats .. then I lost my appetite immediately .. need to do some pest control at breakfast, and I also want the hotel to have proper guide line for the venue for the breakfast, they said 1F or 6F , then it needs to be properly informed based on the plan to the guest accordingly.
FM7 Resort Hotel Jakarta is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience near Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The hotel offers spacious, clean, and modern rooms, complemented by a range of amenities including an indoor pool, spa, fitness center, and 24-hour dining options. Guests particularly appreciate the complimentary airport shuttle service and the friendly, attentive staff. Whether you're in transit or planning a longer stay, FM7 provides a relaxing and well-equipped environment to meet your needs
Nice hotel with a free shuttle bus service to the airport. However, the perfume scent in the lobby was too strong, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

LLydia Chong Siew LooThe room is awesome although it is the smallest room. I have everything I need. Amenities poor due to bad experience at the massage at level 2, made me waited almost 1.5 hours even with prior arrangement with the counter. Receptionist of the hotel helped me to make the booking. Terrible experience. The massage ladies sit there for show only dun know how to massage.
GGuest UserThis hotel is for tourists who plan to transit or arrive at the late time. It’s useful for using with the themes like that, but the hotel is little bit old and there is only one floor. So, I needed to walk to my room for long distance. In addition, not all rooms have a hairdryer, so I waited for almost 30 minutes to get it. However, the staff are nice and breaking was also good. It was little bit scared when I slept because the area was so quiet and dark, but if you stay at the hotel for one night, I would recommend.
GGuest UserLoved the place. Clean and modern. Substantial breakfast. Most friendly and helpful staff. The water is shallow, though. But that was no problem with 2 pools.

AAhmad AizudinPerfect for a 2 night stay. Breakfast spread was good and the location is also strategic to move around Bintaro. It was a nice gesture to have a speciality coffee as the complementary Drip Coffee in the room. I hope the hotel also sells it - as a tourist, I'll definitely buy some to bring a piece of Indonesia home
