Really lovely trip here. Location is great, has many underground lines here, and has a super large mall just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff are great as well and friendly! Only concern was that there is only 2 washing machine and 2 dryer in the laundry room, and 1 washing machine was spoilt during my stay.

As others have mentioned, hotel public areas are clean and well presented. Unfortunately, the rooms are in need of TLC. The location is near battersea park and power station with public transport links nearby. On arrival, I was made to use a third-party QR code to register and provide ID, I was told this was so they could find me if the room was damaged! We stayed in a twin room on the 4th floor, and there was a smell of stale tobacco from the room next door (they appear to be a long-term resident leaving some of their oersonal belongings outside). The room was a nice size with a large bathroom, kitchenette, and dining table. Unfortunately the spotlights in the bathroom didn't work and the tap leaked. The doors hiding the kitchenette were broken, the hot tap in the kitchen sink didn't work, the crockery was dirty, but washing up liquid and a dish sponge was provided so we were able to wash them in the bathroom sink. The window had a note advising it was waiting repair and not to open it. It was cold outside and there was a draft coming through it. I could not find the hairdryer. Looking in the wardrobe, i found an ironing board but no iron.Apparently, you have to ask for these, but we were not told this on check-in. There was a very dirty duvet in the wardrobe and the mattress was stained, thry msy want to consider cleaning and using mattress and bedding protectors! As we were only staying 1 night, we didn't cause a fuss and reported to reception on check out so they could make repairs. Overall, this could be a great hotel if room maintenance improved, but in its current state, it's an ok stay for the price. I gave a thumbs up because its not a bad hotel, It's similar standard to other budget hotels, but with a kitchenette.

room was quite small for 3 pax but nevertheless we had a great stay. will opt for the bigger room if we were to return to london. location was very convenient, a few minutes walk to paddington station & edgware station.

Everything was okay at this accommodation; the only issue was the terrible internet connection, which is very important for international travelers. TV channel/ program also limited, which is crucial when you are staying at room. When the internet was unstable, Tv was poor, resting at room is terrible.

The hotel is located opposite the British Library and close to King's Cross subway station. It is very convenient to go to major attractions. The room is small but has everything, and you can cook. Just remember to bring slippers and adapters. This is more like a small apartment. Room service is only available after staying for seven days. To change towels, you have to take them to the front desk to get one for each. There are many restaurants nearby. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the corner before watching the handover ceremony. It opened at six o'clock. If you walk further, you can have Irish breakfast, which is similar to English breakfast.

Worried about the distance from city center, but didn’t need to. A quick walk to bus 29 and you can be in the middle of where you want to be in 30 mins. Longer walk and you can take the tube The room was great, bed was soft, cooling worked well (I’m a hot person) , and there was a full kitchen and large fridge and freezer. I did have to buy ice to keep in the freezer but there is a shop around the corner that sells bags of ice. Will stay here again very comfortable stay.

I was very impressed with all the aspects of the hotel. Professional and supportive staff. Polite , kind and and helpful. The hotel was very clean. And I had also offered a complementary 2 bedroom apartment. Thank you for the gesture. And it is greatly appreciated. I will definitely go back again and even recommend it to friends.

Cleanliness - Overall, it is clean. However, there were strands of hair on the sofa, below the cushion, and under the blanket. Bathroom is huge Location - It is walking distance from Aldgate East Metro. Not centrally located, area seems to be a business district. There is no lift or escalator in this metro station, so having 2 heavy luggages, is a challenge. Service - Excellent service and friendly team, though they are unable to hold the luggage overnight as i had to do a separate trip to other cities. They provided me with a fan for ventilation as the room was tucked in a corner, which the aircron vent was in the living room. However, due to the layout of the room, the aircon was not able to 'flow' into the room Amenities - The kettle was abit rusty, a change was done immediately Room was well equipped, washer cum dryer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, wifi and tv (which can sync and cast music and shows from the phone). Summary - Its a well equipped one bed studio, fully equipped. It will be close to perfect if the ventilation was better. The 'old' concrete wall (i believe) was the previous location of the TV, needs works to make good as it is unsightly and/or perhaps it can be knocked down? It will be good if there is working table and chair instead of using the dining table and chair to work on. overall, i enjoyed my stay !

read some bad experiences from the comment. But my first impression was not bad. We are earlier, about 10:00 am, and the room is not ready. We can store our luggage in the reception, really helpful. Our room was upgraded, the room was nice, we have a sitting room and an open kitchen. We enjoy sitting next to the window and enjoying our breakfast there. Overall, the people in the hotel were helpful, the room was beautiful, the location was not bad, and the hotel restaurant was not bad too!

We stayed in a triple room which comes with a mini bar, an electric stove and a microwave. Walking distance to the shops and stores, easy access to both tube and train lines at Hammersmith station.

As usual Adagio such a high quality apartments with self catering facilities. I loved my short stay. I did not receive any reply from customer before travelling that was putting me off a bit but service was great when checked in and out. Will surely be there again.

We are completely satisfied and felt very comfortable. A really nice apartment in a prime location.

Very good, a good experience, that is, check-in needs to be self-service, but there is a Ctrip lady to help, it is also very simple!
