Near the Heathrow airport. Accessible via shuttle bus “hotel hoppa” for 7£. Clean modern rooms. Excellent Italian restaurant open late. Swimming pool was great.
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any requests.
One of the highlights was the easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. Whether you’re in Stratford for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice.
Highly recommended!
The room facilities are indeed high-end and exquisite, and the bed is very comfortable
The location is also very good. It is the most satisfactory one among the three hotels we stayed in (The Shard, Bulgari, and Mandarin).
However, the service feels not as warm and sincere as Wenhua
Very good stay experience. I think this is the best and most cost-effective hotel in London, far exceeding the Bulgari in London. The hotel staff is very good, enthusiastic and professional. During the stay, due to negligence, I lost my credit card in the lobby. A female staff member of the hotel found it and took the initiative to pick it up for me. When I returned to the hotel, the concierge at the door told me that my credit card was lost here and took me to the front desk to pick it up. I am really grateful to every staff member. The room is very large and has a separate large cloakroom. The bathroom has a large bathtub, double washbasins, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, bathtub TV, and a very rich mini bar. It is really rare to see rooms of this size in London. The bedding is very comfortable, and the screen of the smart control device in the room has Chinese options. It is very friendly to Chinese people. A brother at the concierge at the door will greet in Chinese. It is really a great hotel. This is the best one I have ever stayed in in the Peninsula.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. It has perfect location as there are a lot of shops around it and its near in the arena where we attended a concert. The staff were friendly and helpful, we also had pur own kitchen in our room. We will definetely come back again next year.
The hotel is within a short walking distance to: good eateries, shops and the train station to Central London. There are ample parking spaces at ~10pounds/ day for hotel guests. This older hotel has comfortable, spacious rooms but a quirky shower head (aim at the wall as you shower to avoid flooding the bathroom).
Just moved from Croydon up to the north of england.came back for a family reunion, booked the aerodromes hotel as although we have never stayed there we know it well . What a wonderful surprise. Couldn't fault the room service or breakfast. Only disappointment was the cost of parking £10 this was not mentioned when booking, and as there were 2 functions going on parking was at a premium all.said we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone . If parking is a problem you could always park in the road over the other side

AAnonymous UserThe location is quite convenient. The room for 3 people (2 beds) is okay, not too small, and not too dirty. Shower room is a bit small but clean. There is a kitchen, microwave and sink. Overall I’m good with this stay.
GGuest UserAs others have mentioned, hotel public areas are clean and well presented. Unfortunately, the rooms are in need of TLC. The location is near battersea park and power station with public transport links nearby. On arrival, I was made to use a third-party QR code to register and provide ID, I was told this was so they could find me if the room was damaged!
We stayed in a twin room on the 4th floor, and there was a smell of stale tobacco from the room next door (they appear to be a long-term resident leaving some of their oersonal belongings outside).
The room was a nice size with a large bathroom, kitchenette, and dining table. Unfortunately the spotlights in the bathroom didn't work and the tap leaked. The doors hiding the kitchenette were broken, the hot tap in the kitchen sink didn't work, the crockery was dirty, but washing up liquid and a dish sponge was provided so we were able to wash them in the bathroom sink.
The window had a note advising it was waiting repair and not to open it. It was cold outside and there was a draft coming through it. I could not find the hairdryer. Looking in the wardrobe, i found an ironing board but no iron.Apparently, you have to ask for these, but we were not told this on check-in. There was a very dirty duvet in the wardrobe and the mattress was stained, thry msy want to consider cleaning and using mattress and bedding protectors!
As we were only staying 1 night, we didn't cause a fuss and reported to reception on check out so they could make repairs.
Overall, this could be a great hotel if room maintenance improved, but in its current state, it's an ok stay for the price. I gave a thumbs up because its not a bad hotel, It's similar standard to other budget hotels, but with a kitchenette.
DDoreenMokI truly appreciate that your hotel provides rooms thoughtfully designed for guests with disabilities. However, I would kindly suggest being mindful when assigning these rooms to guests who may not require such specific accommodations unless specifically requested.
I was assigned Room 131, which was a room with facilities for disable person, which was clean and well-kept, but I found the bathroom facilities disappointing. The shower had a curtain instead of the screen shown in the booking photos, the sink was set too low, and the toilet didn’t have a lid. This was inconvenient for me, as I prefer to close the lid after use—a habit I’ve developed since Covid.
When I shared my concerns with the reception, they informed me that they couldn’t help directly and advised me to email their office. Although I did so, their response offered a room change but only if I could return to the hotel within a very short timeframe. Since I couldn’t manage that, I ended up staying in the same room with no further assistance. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I expected better service from this hotel.
KKinliEverything is just perfect.
Location perfect right next to paddington station.
Service perfect with helpful staff
Room perfect with modern and simple style
Definitely will stay again
EE._The stay was very nice and convenient! We booked an early check in (from 2 o’clock on) yet something went wrong and we couldn’t check in before 4 o’clock. As compensation we received a free late check out (1 o’clock instead of 11) and weren’t charged anything! :) The room was in all clean, just the couch wasn’t as clean as expected. We just put a cover over it. In all it’s a pretty nice and safe area with lots of tall office buildings and we had a pretty nice view out of our room! Also the tube isn’t far away, I’d say 2-3 minutes walk. If even, it’s around the corner. In all a wonderful stay! Might even stay there again for the next trip
GGuest UserThis accommodation is most suitable for people who are not fussy and just want a cheaper option in a good location.
Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation because the location was right near Hyde Park and the facilities met my basic needs. The facilities are a bit run down, but about what you expect for this type of budget stay as the ‘hotel’ is actually student accommodation being used when students aren’t there.
These are the four main problems I experienced during my stay:
CHECK-IN: I arrived at around 4:30pm to check-in and it was very busy, with a big queue. I recommend arriving earlier or later in the day to avoid peak check-in time. There was an issue with my room, so after being in the queue for about 20 minutes, I then had to wait 15 minutes to resolve it. However, the staff were nice and clearly doing their best, with a staff member coming to check the situation was resolved and apologize to me later on.
CLEANLINESS: On arrival, I found there were food crumbs left on the desk and floor of the bathroom. The cleaner had left an open soap from the previous stay and not provided a new one. There was also lots of long hair that has been shedded in the sink and bathroom floor area.
INTERNET: The internet didn’t really work and I had to use 4G throughout. If you need wifi for your stay it might not be a good option for you.
LOCATION: It was an amazing location for getting to tourist sites and has a nearby metro. However, the area is in a bit of a food desert for cheaper options. If you are on a budget, you may not be able to find good budget restaurant options easily nearby.
JJames HorthWhere to begin,
Well as a Luddite myself I was a big fan of the fact that the television didn’t work and that it couldn’t connect to any channel so that’s a huge bonus for me.
Secondly, I love the work of Alexander Fleming and was fascinated to find the lovely mould samples left through the bathroom, bare amenities, other than the couple sachets of soap instead of bottles.
Furthermore, I was pleased to find that as a avid enjoyer of the worlds thinnest duvet I was pleased to find that not only do I have shirts thicker than the duvet but that it almost appeared that it was just the duvet cover and no duvet inside at all!
Also, it may be bold of me to assume that when I book a room with a double bed I don’t expect two single beds pushed together and thinly covered by a bedsheet which when laying in the gap the two beds a pushed apart furthering the gap between them aita or what?
Moreover, when attempting to try and sleep I couldn’t, no matter how hard i tried, tune out the droning of what I can only assume to be a small nuclear reactor going into meltdown or a jet fighter taking off (the boiler) from roaring all night long.
Don’t waste your money my advice is if you want to stay near Hyde park save yourself the disappointment and buy a tent and sleep in Hyde park itself.
The only redeeming factor is the location.
I would recommend going elsewhere.
PPo KwanWe stayed for 9 nights in this hotel. I have no complaints about anything. Rooms are clean & bed is comfy. Kitchen is small but have everything you need including a small dishwasher. They even have a laundry free for our washing. Service is top notch. Whenever anything is not right in the room they will fix it immediately. I will highly recommend this place.
GGuest UserLove this little gem of a place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, communal area is well used and nice to see so many younger people socialising in a safe place. Coffee is excellent too. Rooms are fab and have everything that you might need and the bed is extra comfortable. Would add as a very minor nitpick is for better lighting in the kitchen area but that is so minor. I’m telling everyone about this place. Another big plus is being able to leave your luggage if you arrive before check in time. Also felt very safe walking around the area alone. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in London. Thank you for a great stay.
