The hotel's location is excellent, very close to where I needed to go. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there were no strange odors. The soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and they even helped me store my luggage. It's definitely worth staying here.

This hotel boasts an amazing location right on the cliff opposite the lighthouse. It features an incredible balcony with unbeatable views of both the lighthouse and the sea – absolutely stunning! It offers great value for money. There's really nothing to fault, aside from being a bit far from the bustling city center. I highly recommend it for those who love a quiet getaway and beautiful scenery. Although the facilities aren't brand new, they are very well-maintained, and the air conditioning works exceptionally well. Even when it's scorching hot outside, you can enjoy the sea view indoors in cool comfort, which is fantastic.

The room was surprisingly good, and my whole family loved it. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. The young man who helped us was also excellent—quiet but very handsome! He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the complex itself was lovely with great privacy. They even covered our parking fees. I'd feel bad not giving them a five-star rating! Huge thanks for the care and daily housekeeping during our stay. All in all, fantastic value for money and a great experience. Seriously, for this price on a vacation, what more could you ask for?

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic! The direct sea view is incredibly therapeutic – watching the ocean every day really lifts your spirits. We stayed in Building 3 for three nights, but couldn't extend our stay there, so we moved to Building 2 for another three nights. The 17th floor in Building 2 was superb! It's about a 20-minute walk to the duty-free shop. Swimming in the downstairs pool was so much fun; I loved watching all the happy kids splashing around every day. Atlantis Waterpark is just a pleasant 7-8 minute walk away. The cleaning service was very thorough and responsible. Compared to a regular Airbnb, a serviced apartment like this has the added bonus of daily cleaning, which is great. Everything was perfect except for the slow internet connection. I hope it's better next time I visit!

The highlight of my Sanya trip was definitely choosing this villa hotel. The community environment is beautiful, and our private courtyard even had its own hot tub. With two 1.5-year-old kids, it was too hot to be out, so the hotel's hot tub became their happy place! The villa itself is well-maintained and feels new, with complete facilities, including a kitchen with a steam oven. It's perfect for families traveling together, allowing everyone to stay connected without being on top of each other. The value for money is incredible; it shares the beach with the Crowne Plaza Sanya R&F, but at a much lower price. A special thanks to the villa butlers – from parking to handling deliveries and takeaways, they were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to every request. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

It's just a 5-minute walk to Coconut Dream Corridor, so you can catch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening, all while soaking in the refreshing sea breeze. The private pool is definitely a highlight! No waiting, no crowds – you can jump in for a swim anytime. Spend the day splashing around and then host a pool party at night with a BBQ and some beers. This is what a vacation should be all about! To top it off, the attentive butler service adds an extra touch of warmth, providing clear information about nearby facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook your own meals and enjoy the convenience of home.

Green plants stretch quietly along the walls, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors act like picture frames, cleverly connecting the indoor and outdoor scenery—even at first glance, the heart is at peace. During the day, the pool is a sanctuary for the soul. Leaping into the cool water isolates me from the outside world's noise, leaving only the gentle caress of the flowing water. Floating with my eyes closed, it seems as if only the gentle ripples of water remain, the sunlight softly penetrating my eyes, and time itself seems to slow down. In the ebb and flow, it's as if all burdens have been shed. The terrazzo countertop by the pool, warmed by the sun, is a perfect spot to lie, stretching out and letting your gaze drift across the shimmering water, chasing the wandering clouds, bringing a sense of lightness to your heart. As dusk settles and the courtyard lights gradually illuminate the pool, it ripples with gentle, shimmering gold. Floating alone under the starry sky, the world is filled only with the sounds of water, insects, and the dazzling Milky Way overhead—a tranquility so profound you can almost hear your own heartbeat. Stepping into the living room, the spacious layout, elegant furnishings, and fully equipped kitchen all seem tailor-made. This small, tranquil haven in the water gently embraced us, transforming us from hurried passersby into masters of our own lives—between the azure waves and the starry sky, we finally lived the life we ​​had always dreamed of.
