This hotel stay exceeded all expectations! The room was spotless and comfy, with brand-new facilities and an incredible view. It was so peaceful too. A special shout-out to JANE for her exceptional service, from guiding me through check-in to offering fantastic itinerary suggestions. Her detailed and warm assistance made all the difference. I'll definitely be back here on my next visit!

The hotel's Thai-style red spires combined with green palm trees create an exceptionally elegant and stunning environment. This hotel is truly unique, and the service is excellent. It's located right behind the Hilton, about a 10-minute walk to the public beach. The Dongrong Food Plaza nearby offers convenient dining options, and Yalong Bay Hundred Flowers Valley is just 3km away, making taxi rides easy. The surrounding environment in Yalong Bay is incredible. Breakfast is also quite extensive. This hotel offers surprisingly great value for money and truly impressed me. The dedicated concierge service from Butler Qiqi made for a fantastic vacation experience.

The front desk staff were warm and professional. The room was bright and airy, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is superb, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The pool wasn't crowded, and we had a great time. The hotel's photography service was very professional; they even provided outfits, and the photographer guided us on poses, resulting in amazing photos! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit! I wholeheartedly recommend it, I loved it! 😍🥰

The room was clean, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. My kids had a blast in the room's pool. John, the concierge, was very enthusiastic and helpful.

Facilities: Very good, the overall ambiance is very comfortable, like a little Thai building. Plus, there's a buggy service daily to shuttle guests back and forth to their villas. Service: I was happily upgraded to a larger room this time, a villa with its own small pool and courtyard. The dining and TV areas are separate. The bedding in the room is good, and the cleaning lady was exceptionally polite. There's WeChat service, and all the hotel staff are very friendly and promptly help resolve any issues. The only thing is, sometimes it gets very busy at night, so if you need extra toiletries, it might take a while. Cleanliness: Very good. The cleaning staff are of high quality. Environment: I really like this architectural style; it's quite unique, and I took many photos. The only drawback is that for swimming, there's no indoor pool, so it's really cold. We were regretfully unable to swim this time, which detracted a bit from the travel experience. The villa pool needs someone to clear the fallen leaves daily, but we didn't end up using it. For entertainment, you need to go to nearby places. The hotel itself doesn't offer much in terms of entertainment.

This garden-style resort features interconnected buildings with corridors, and swimming pools and ponds nestled in between. The swimming pool water is clean and crystal clear, with lounge chairs conveniently placed by the side for relaxation. The ponds have gently flowing water and jumping fish, surrounded by swaying palm trees, creating a picturesque and comfortable atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. It had a balcony with a cushioned seating area, perfect for guests to sit and enjoy the view. The room's hygiene was excellent; it was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was extensive, offering a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, catering to diverse tastes. From the entrance and front desk staff to the restaurant servers and housekeepers, everyone was proactive and eager to assist guests. Overall, it was a great stay. The four-day, three-night package offered excellent value for money.
