Our main goal was to stay in the city and to go on a ferry to the island of Fukuok in the morning, so not long thought and chose the hotel not in the center, but right at the ferry station (to the hotel we were delivered by a bus company). To the ferry 5-7 minutes walk, to the center with supermarkets (depressing) and the embankment minutes 12-15. This is the new area of the city, all fresh, the street is quiet, however, in a couple of days we realized that there was no window in the room, so it was perfectly quiet. The room is spacious, lots of space for things, spacious bathroom, there are dispensers (shaves, brushes, sticks, soap), each put 2 bottles of water. There is a teapot and a refrigerator. Although the hotel was describing without breakfast, every day was fed - either noodles or eggs.
In this city we stayed not one day, but three, as the storm cancelled ferries to Fukuok. The transport company re-booked the ticket every time the next day and we booked the hotel through the trip com.

I would give this Hotel for 5/5, The room is so clean, fancy, all facilities are new and modern, the bed is comfort, and the view out of Window is super stunning, I can’t forget the Sea view there, plus it location on the top of Sunset town, view is very wide angle, Day time you see the infinite sea view, and Night time you can enjoy the Show and Sunset for free. More over the Hotel sister English is really good, we don’t have any difficulty in communication, And I have to mention she really friendly and helpful, I personally really recommend this stay!

Ricky is the best person I've ever met here, he even helped us to book a restaurant because we couldn't communicate well with waiters. He is sooo nice, and so are other people here. All the facilities are beyond my expectation. It's soo good.

A good hotel in a convenient location, close to bus stops 17 and 19. The room is clean and spacious. There are many small restaurants, shops, massage, mini-studios, laundry, car and bike rentals nearby. The hotel has a shared kitchen, and you can also use the washing machine for free. A girl sells various vegetables and herbs in a shop nearby, so you can cook delicious meals yourself. You shouldn't take breakfast at the hotel, they are very simple, I'm sure that if you organize breakfast yourself it will be much more interesting. The pool is clean, shallow, durian grows on the territory, a hotel employee treated us to fruit from this tree. Overall, I liked the hotel, I recommend it to anyone who needs inexpensive but high-quality accommodation.

The location is very good, just next to the main road. It is very convenient to get food and massage. The service staff is very kind. Drinking water and kitchen are provided. The Internet is very smooth. The room is very clean and does not have a musty smell. Disadvantages: It is difficult to plug in the mobile phone charging plug, and there was construction noise on the morning of check-out.

We booked a Beachfront bungalow. It's the best choice in this resort. Room amenities are not enough. They do not provide toiletries. They do not provide shampoo, shower gel etc. so you must carry your own toiletries.
The property is old and not maintained well. The owner may be a miser person or he does not have enough money to renovate his property.
The location is 10/10. Just on the beach. Check photos.
They have a nice Beachfront restaurant serving vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food prepared in the Vietnamese style.
Room service standards are below average.
We are 100% vegetarian. So we ordered our food from outside and went to the hotel restaurant to eat our food.
It was highly surprising and sad that hotel management denied us to sit in the restaurant as we ordered food from outside. It was utterly surprising and sad for us.
They asked for an additional VND 100,000 per person to sit in the restaurant. This was ridiculous. We never faced such humiliation at any other hotel in vietnam.

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel if you are looking for some quiet and peace. It has a big private beach area and if you like walking in the beach, it continues really far. Hotel is a bit far from the main road, and the road from there is a dirt-road with lots of bumps (as every hotel in this area) but you can rent a scooter from the hotel. There are shops right after the dirt-road ends and you can reach many attractions with in 15 minutes by scooter. The staff is very nice, always smiling and they want you to feel good at every time. Rooms are really clean and comfortable and every room has it’s on terrace. When I visited this hotel, there were only few guests and still they put us in different areas, so that everyone can have their own privacy, although it must cost them more money. Only downside is that attleast in my bungalow didn’t have a good water pressure, but it still was manageable to wash my long hair. For me this place is paradise, and I would definitely come again, in fact I wouldn’t even consider any other hotel.

IInfinity74Небольшой отличный отель. Чистый и светлый номер, постельные принадлежности белоснежные, вешалок полно, кому это важно. Есть кухня, где можно самим готовить еду. Посуды предостаточно. Замечательный хозяин- Бэн, очень дружелюбный, помогал во всём: с арендой мотоцикла, отправлял на вацап геолокации достопримечательностей, рынки, приобрёл для нас билеты на слипбас до Далата и на паром. И всё время был на связи по вацап. Готовил по утрам вкусный кофе (бесплатно). За отелем проходят шоу и фейерверки. Отель находится в пешей доступности от пляжа, парков, кафе. В этом отеле много русских и в основном остаются на длительное время, на 3-4 месяца. Нам всё понравилось, отель советую на все 100 %. Бэн в последний день выезда довёз нас до остановки 20 автобуса, который идет до паромной переправы. Помог с багажом, Бэн, вы просто золото. Будет возможность, мы еще вернемся. Огромная благодарность за вашу доброту, отзывчивость и за вашу милую улыбку!🙏🙏🙏
Кстати, мы бронировали номер стандарт, Бэн улучшил нам номер с большей площадью, с двумя 2-х спальными кроватями и балконом, откуда был вид на колесо обозрения.

GGuest UserThis is a warm，comfortable and ”cozy” hotel or homestay operated by local people!
The host provided free early check-in service, allowing us to rest well after taking the night flight, which was very tiring.
The host enthusiastically helped us communicate with the local travel agency over the phone.
The position is also good. Basically located in the center of the town, not far from famous supermarkets and night markets, the transportation is very convenient, you can walk there or take a convertible decker taxi(can take 10 person)or free bus 17/19.
I strongly recommend you this hotel and I will stay here next time!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel due to its affordable price and went there to stay for 5 days, stay was amazing and clean bed was comfortable and air conditioning was on point on top of that there was an extra ceiling fan above the bed, tv was huge and had smart tv spent amazing nights watching some of my favorite tv shows, the location of the hotel was great but far away from most activities, there was alot of noise from the street in the late night due to people putting music in the street, also due to its location there was alot of noise from wonderlands it self, recommend this place alot

AAnnaghI really enjoyed my stay at Phu House in Phu Quoc!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The rooms were so lovely, spacious and clean.. Tho whole building has a nice vibe and feeling with nice features.. There is also a really nice upper level bar that looks out over the street.. The location is very good to and not far from the beach , shops and bars! I will definitely return 10/10
