The hotel is a large, stand-alone white building near the Nile River in Luxor. It's in a great location, not far from Karnak Temple. Downstairs is a small supermarket frequented by locals, and the prices aren't too high. A chocolate croissant costs 15 Egyptian pounds, and a 1.5L bottle of Nestle water is 9 Egyptian pounds, making it a great place to grab a bite to eat.
The room was spacious. The bedsheets weren't exactly new and a bit pilled, but otherwise clean. When I first checked in, I was given the last room in 501, but I moved to 510, which is a bit less remote. The air conditioner was a bit old and noisy, but it was manageable with earplugs.
There were two bottles of water in the room, but no disposable slippers, toothbrushes, or water bottles. The shampoo and shower gel came in small bottles without foil seals, suggesting they weren't replaced every time the room was cleaned. There was also some shampoo residue on the surface of the bottles. The hot water had good pressure, and it was hot at night and lukewarm in the morning. On the morning of August 1, 2025, there was loud construction noise across from my room starting at around 5 or 6 AM. The hotel's soundproofing isn't particularly good, and it can be quite noisy and waking people up. Travelers arriving soon should be aware of this.
The hotel front desk offers free luggage storage, which is perfect for those heading to the Valley of the Kings that morning and then returning to the hotel before leaving Luxor. I missed the 2:35 PM go bus and had to take the 7:35 PM bus to Hurghada. I spent a few hours in the hotel lobby's sofa area. I felt the overall service quality was quite high, and the staff's attitude and manners were impeccable.
Overall, this hotel is a good choice for the price in Luxor. There are some minor details that aren't quite right, but I didn't encounter any major issues. I often travel alone, so I always bring my own disposable face towels, toothbrush, small toiletries, and Crocs. I recommend everyone traveling to Egypt to bring these items.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It’s okay if you’re not too picky. This hotel should be a good level 20 years ago, and it’s a bit old now. But everything is available, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, breakfast, Wi-Fi, elevator, service desk, lobby sofa, access control administrator. You can check in early, store your luggage after check-out, rest on the sofa in the lobby and wait for the bus at night. It is 2 kilometers from the Luxor Temple through the tourist commodity street, and 2 kilometers from the Kanak Temple. In the hotel, you can see the residents hanging a basket with ropes downstairs on the balcony of the residential building opposite. Very interesting.
There is a pool, air conditioning.
The seat is a bit remote
The boss can also
Airport transfer 600 , no bargaining
Breakfast Ome egg bread 🥯
Overall it's OK
There is a grocery store nearby where you can buy snacks
Hotels can also sign up for hot air balloon events
