I traveled with my family and stayed for two nights. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The location was convenient, just a few minutes from Maria Bay beach, which my little one absolutely loved. The host was also very enthusiastic in showing us places to eat near the hotel, saving us time.

is basically an artificial city that has been built, sort of like Disneyland with planned out streets, but I will also say with a facade. A lot of the buildings are not even finished, missing windows and doors and are just the structure. Other storefronts, when I was there, were locked up. Part of the explanation, it was off-season, but still, I saw storefronts and hotels that were fully equipped and they were locked. Staying at this hotel, the rooms were very nice with very new furnishings but the bed was, bluntly, quite hard.
There was only one staff member but the stay was quiet and very pleasant. I will complement the hotel booking staff, they were very helpful and fixed a problem.
Unfortunately, no restaurants were open and we had to take a taxi to a nearby restaurant with the weather cold and not pleasant, I ended up not staying my booked time and left to go back to Hanoi and the much more vibrant city with restaurants and people

The balcony gave a direct view of the lively city, which was especially beautiful at sunset. The room was spacious, clean, and came with modern furniture. The hotel staff were friendly, and the amenities made everything convenient. For the price, it offered more comfort than expected.

Hotel waiter, family hospitality, good. Unfortunately, the facilities are insufficient, the room floor tiles are too smooth, there are water traces that are not dry, it is easy to practice, plus the air is not circulating, there is a smell. But the price concessions are a good choice.

Excellent family owned hotel
The breakfast was in abundance very sweet owner beautiful women ( I’m thinking she is retired) we stayed across the hall from her room she gave me grapes 🥰
The reception staff are very helpful and kind in their manner
The new build on the rooftop pool is something to see when it’s done I’m sure for the price a great stay and would stay again we did 2 nights
Hires a scooter which is a must to see the sights go over the bridge great coffee shops and lots of buzz this area is alive with hotels but not many restaurants

Very nice dormitory. The staff can hardly speak English or Japanese, but they are very kind. The dormitory feels more like a capsule hotel. There are only 2 washbasins and 2 toilet showers with washbasins, so there are not many toilet showers, but the hot water comes out well. Also, there was shampoo and conditioner, but for some reason there was no body soap. Breakfast was free and you could choose from several types, and I had bread and scrambled eggs. In addition, the hotel offers many Halong Bay tours, and I ordered a tour of Sung Sot Cave, Ti Top Island, boat tour, and lunch included (buses depart from and pick up at the hotel after the tour), and 800,000 VND, plus a bus to Hanoi ( This also starts and ends at a hotel (if it's in Hanoi's Old Quarter, we'll pick you up near the hotel you want to go to).I applied for a tour that cost 240,000 dong, totaling 1,040,000 dong (approximately 6,500 yen in Japanese yen), and I enjoyed it very much, so I decided to take this tour. If you are staying at a hotel, it is best to take the bus to the destination and then book the hotel tour and return bus. There were buses going to several destinations including Hue and Hanoi. Highly recommended for people who want to stay cheaply in a dormitory. The hotel is well-illuminated and bright, so it's easy to find the location even at night.

AAnonymous UserNice and cozy stay inside the small village, with two built-in bunk beds (4pax) in one small room.
Shower and toilet are in one tiny cubicles so it was a bit difficult to change inside, but the water pressure was really strong with plenty of hot water.
A bit difficult to find the reception at the beginning, it was located next to the main entrance of the village(need to turn left for the Village before going to Legacy Yen Từ).
We stayed one night at Yen Tử Village to enjoy the local foods, coffee & night time shows inside the village, and next day after checking out, we left our luggage at the reception and climbed the mountain with cable car, then moved to next door Legacy Yen Tử just to relax after the long & steep walk.
I think the management of both Yen Tử village and Legacy M Gallery is somehow related( they use same showers , lamps, towels, etc), they sent us to the cable car station , picked us up from the cable car station, and sent us with our luggages from the Village reception to Legacy with the yellow electric cart.
It was really a nice weekend outing from Hanoi, just 2.5hours drive towards Ha Long side.
The only setback is that the transport from Hanoi to Yen Tử is not so frequent, you can use Hung Cuong transport buses, or better arrange your own.

GGuest UserОчень красивый номер с хорошим профессиональным дизайном. У меня был Особый номер. Он с ванной как минибассейн. И вообще комната очень красивая и кондиционер не дует на человека. Все продуманно хорошо. Комната находится над рестораном и слышимость большая была, но ночью все тихо и переулок там тихий. Красивый район хоть и жилой. Там можно найти магазины и еду, даже хороший массаж есть если дойти до многоэтажки. Рекомендую кстати. Местные вечером плавают в заливе, вода чистая, хоть и написано что нельзя купаться.Поэтому идите вечером на набережную.
Завтраки хорошие -выбор по меню. Красивое оформление блюд. Персонал отзывчивый. Иногда есть не понимание с европейцами, но они быстро перестраиваться и стараются помочь и решить проблему. Главное им сказать что не так. Просто разница менталитета. Единственное что было не очень у меня в комнате это отсутствие влажной уборки полов. Это было заметно и комната не выглядела свежей. Но менеджер сказал что решить эту проблему.
В общем, все хорошо. Отель тихий и не большой. Еда вкусная.

BBec TryonWe booked the hotel because Best Western Sapphire Hotel cancelled us at last minute with no reasonable excuses and the hotel is close to Van Don Intl Airport. It is fairly new hotel and not anywhere close to amenities. They have big plans for Ha Long Bay, but maybe in 5 years, this hotel will be popular. We were directed to a local cafe with local meals. It was great! Fried chicken!!! Then when we walked back to hotel, we asked for ice. Instead of 2 glasses, we received a pitcher of ice. The breaksfast was so nice. Wished they would asked how our eggs would be cooked though. We checked out and our taxi was waiting for us. Only took 10 minutes to arrive at Van Don International Airport.

DDannMy experience in this hotel was very good. In general everything in this hotel is good for the price but what stands out here is the service, the young girl at the reception made my trip to Ha Long city very easy, she basically helped me with everything, she helped me to rent a motorcycle, booked a taxi, indicated where to find good restaurants, she even got me the ticket for the cruise to Ha Long bay way cheaper than in the other places; she did everything for me. I really appreciate the service at this hotel, it has been by far the best experience in terms of service I've had in Vietnam so far. Thank you very much guys! I will stay here again in the future! (100% recomended).

AAle08Just one night in this place; the room had plenty of space and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Just something to note: I booked this place because it appeared available on the app, when I arrived the hotel was closed due to the tet, a little bit of pressure as it was late at night; but, one guy from another hotel (within the same hotel company), opened up the hotel for me and my partner. It was a very weird experience, in the morning I talked with the hotel through whatsapp and told me I can message them as soon as I arrive, there would be somebody at reception. Anyway, they solved the situation at the end.

BBernard CharlesI recommend this hotel for its good ratio quality price. It is located in a new city of Halong among modern buildings in a neo classic French architecture style. Not far from the beach, several bars and restaurants. My room was, despite not having a window with a view, very clean and functional as well as the bathroom with all necessary hygiene products.
The AC was very useful. The personal was kind and helpful.

BBaasansurenIf you're planning to do Sun world or Halong bay cruise trip ( which main thing to do) it is little bit far both from location. I would rather stay near Tuan Chau area if I knew everything is in Tuan Chau. I could not find good eateries around the place. Location-wise it's close to Halong market. Facilities are fine and friendly receptionist. Roof top bar is eeeeempty.
