"First off, a huge shout-out to our customer service manager, Aeri, she was absolutely amazing! 👍 On our first night, we stayed in an executive room, but for personal reasons, it felt a bit far from the restaurant. She immediately helped us move to an upstairs room on the same side as the restaurant. On the second night, the air conditioning in our new room wasn't working very well. We just called the house-keeping center to have it checked. Soon after, I received a message from Aeri offering to move us to another room to rest, while leaving our luggage in the original room so we wouldn't have to repack. The hotel's service in this regard was incredibly thoughtful. Also, the beach here is shallow with fine sand and small waves, making it perfect for kids to play in. Just one suggestion: the staff at breakfast should give guests a heads-up when they're about to close up."

We even had a dedicated service butler who was incredibly helpful. Their response time for dining arrangements and car bookings was very quick. The room facilities and decor have a charmingly rustic and natural feel. As for the views, they are absolutely stunning, with rolling mountains and blue skies and white clouds that feel within reach. You can hear the rustling of the pines and the wind blowing through the leaves, and there's a panoramic view of Yalong Bay, where the sea and sky blend seamlessly. It's perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway and a close connection with nature.

GGuest UserThis is my second time visiting Wanda Vista Sanya Haitang Bay, and as a returning guest, the experience once again exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design offers great privacy, enveloped by a tropical garden, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling world. The public pool has beautiful scenery, and with few people around, it's perfect for a relaxing swim. The service details are impeccable; the shuttle operates freely within the resort, making getting around very convenient. They even deliver takeout to your room, which is fantastic! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a superb experience, definitely worth coming back for again and again.

QQingzi￥This is our third time staying at this hotel! This time we brought our kids, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a huge lobby, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the Coconut Dream Corridor. Sanya Bay sunsets truly are the most breathtaking! The front desk thoughtfully arranged a sea-view room for us where we could watch the sunset. Since there aren't many tourists right now, the overall experience was much better than during peak season. My child had a blast swimming in the pool and digging in the sand at the beach—they didn't want to leave! The hotel also offers a great variety of kids' activities, so children can easily spend the whole day here. The room is very spacious; the facilities are a bit dated, but given how many years it's been open, that's expected. Plus, the hair dryers have finally been upgraded to new ones. All in all, this is a family-friendly hotel that offers fantastic value for money and is perfect for traveling with kids.

GGuest UserOur stay at InterContinental Hotels SANYA HAITANG BAY RESORT by IHG was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the duty-free shopping complex. The resort grounds feature a very pleasant environment with coconut groves and lawns, and the private beach is quiet, clean, and offers great ocean views. You can even watch the sunrise over the sea in the morning. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the hardware facilities were well-maintained.
Special thanks to our butler, Zoe! She proactively reached out throughout our stay, responded to any requests very quickly, and patiently helped coordinate and resolve issues. The service was thoughtful and professional, making the whole experience completely hassle-free. The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices, and the pool and public areas are well-equipped. It's an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Sanya, highly recommended!

GGuest UserFar exceeded expectations! They even provided complimentary fruit and milk on the first day. The ocean-view room offered great value for money with an amazing field of vision—you could see the sea right from the balcony. Sitting outside at night was super breezy and comfortable, and you could hear people singing by the beach. During the National Day holiday, there was even a molten iron fireworks show (Da Tie Hua) which we could watch right from the balcony. The public areas are spacious with great landscaping and tons of coconut trees; it was so relaxing to grab a lounger by the beach in the afternoon and gaze at the sea. While taking a stroll, I passed by the Scarecrow Farm and was surprised to find quite a few cute small animals. There's a night market just a few hundred meters away, making dining out or ordering delivery very convenient. Our butler, Coral, was extremely thoughtful, warm, and attentive. We added each other on WeChat on the first day, and she would proactively check if we needed more bottled water. Her responses were always prompt. Highly satisfied!

The rooms were very comfortable, and the resort has plenty of swimming pools with various depths and activities to choose from. Transportation is also very convenient, with frequent shuttle buses running all around Sanya. The best part was the exceptional, attentive service—our butler, Tudou, truly made us feel at home. He anticipated and solved every little issue with great attention to detail. A huge thumbs-up! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect stay! Each villa is detached, offering ultimate privacy. The courtyard pool and outdoor hot tub create a wonderful ambiance, and the beach is never crowded. Watching the sunset over the 'orange sea' in the evening was absolutely stunning.
A special thanks to our butler, Xiao Sun! From communicating our needs before check-in to greeting us upon arrival, he was always responsive, attentive, and discreet, never intrusive. Any issues we had were quickly resolved via WeChat, and he thoughtfully reminded us about hotel activities like afternoon tea. He even arranged a room upgrade for us, placing us very close to the beach. Breakfast is served until noon with a wide variety of choices. Overall, the vibe was incredibly relaxed and perfect for a peaceful getaway. I'll definitely choose Banyan Tree Sanya again when I return to Sanya!

GGuest UserStaying at the Sanya Haitang Bay Mangrove Tree Resort was the best decision we made on this trip. The distinctive sailboat-shaped main building and the lobby with its dome of light and shadow make for great photo opportunities. Our 180° sea-view room opened right onto the South China Sea, perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning. Our butler, Steven, thoughtfully prepared kids' bathrobes and beach toys in advance. The six themed swimming pools, the petting zoo, and the Star Alliance activity classes kept our kids so entertained they didn't want to leave, while my husband and I completely relaxed by the infinity pool.
What touched us most was our butler, Steven. From confirming our travel arrangements to booking restaurants and organizing activities, everything was handled perfectly. When our child caught a cold, he brought ginger tea and warming patches, and even helped us arrange a late checkout. The Tom Yum Goong and curry crab at the Thai restaurant were divine, and the sunset atmosphere at the 35th-floor Cloud Pavilion Bar was incredible. In the evening, the light show and the futuristic Dream Tower were magical and romantic, and the iron flower fire dance show was spectacular. This three-day vacation helped us rediscover a long-lost sense of relaxation. The Mangrove Tree Resort blends architectural aesthetics, family fun, delicious food, and excellent service into every detail. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Sanya.

LLrYouthI absolutely love the resort vibe of JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay! It's designed with a Chinese tropical garden theme, and every corner is a perfect photo op. The room is spacious, and the balcony offers a breathtaking sea view. The in-room hot spring tub is incredibly soothing.
The infinity pool, the garden hot spring tubs, and the private beach just a short walk away are all fantastic – quiet and uncrowded. After a fun day, soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the sea breeze makes for a perfect, relaxing island getaway. I highly recommend it!
I also want to give a special shout-out to our butler, Coco. She helped us with our room type and was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our service requests. Truly thoughtful and deserves a perfect five-star rating.
