Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

Out of the 7 days we spent in Sanya, staying at 5 different hotels, this Bird's Nest Resort was by far the most comfortable. The hotel environment is excellent. We booked a Magpie Room, and Mr. Xu, the guest relations manager who contacted me beforehand, thoughtfully arranged room 8 for us, knowing we had a child. The view from there was truly unbeatable. My child was thrilled, feeling like they were living in a treehouse. No matter where we were in the resort, the hotel could send a car to pick us up. Before checking out on the second day, Mr. Xu reminded us that we could request a late check-out and luggage service. In summary: The service at Bird's Nest Hotel is incredibly thoughtful and seamless. My family and I felt that from Mr. Xu onwards, all the staff we encountered during our stay had excellent attitudes. When we checked out, my wife, who's usually in charge at home, said: 'That guesthouse in Houhai Village was the worst booking, but this Bird's Nest was the best.' I guess my good deed balanced out the bad.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the beach, just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The front desk and room service staff were warm and attentive, even personally taking us to the pharmacy. Our room was upgraded to one with a large balcony and a great sea view. The public facilities like the pool and lawn areas were well-maintained. Although some facilities are a bit older, the overall value for money is high. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, catering to different tastes.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The butler contacted us in advance to arrange our check-in and even upgraded our room. We also received a complimentary fruit platter. The breakfast was incredibly rich and the service was excellent. After breakfast, we even got to feed the fish. The 30-minute island photoshoot was amazing, the pictures turned out absolutely beautiful and I'm super happy with them.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel – my entire stay was absolutely flawless! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind farewell at check-out, the service was professional and incredibly thoughtful throughout, with attention to every detail that exuded quality. The room layout was well-designed, with excellent ventilation and natural light, making for a wonderfully quiet rest. The dining was delicious, and the location was super convenient for getting around and exploring local eateries. It's perfect for both short trips and longer stays, truly five-star quality. I've already recommended it to friends and family, and I'll definitely be back for future stays!

This time, I took my friend's advice and tried out the Sheraton. The hotel environment is elegant and upscale, clean and tidy, and the room is also spacious and comfortable. There's a swimming pool, and it opens right out to the beach, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were warm and attentive, with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor, showing attention to detail everywhere. I also booked a travel photoshoot with the hotel's 'Leisure' service, and it exceeded my expectations! Every corner of the hotel – the lobby, corridors, and terrace – was incredibly photogenic and full of atmosphere. The photographer was professional and patient, meticulously guiding my poses and expressions. The shoot was relaxed and not awkward at all, and the original photos had excellent quality. I'll definitely come back to experience this again next time I'm in Haikou!

Le Méridien Shimei Bay, Wanning offers an incredible atmosphere. It boasts a tranquil bay and stunning sea views, with a quiet and uncrowded beach. The tropical garden scenery is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The service is attentive, meticulous, and genuinely warm. Breakfast is rich and delicious, with several restaurant options. The pools and garden facilities are excellent, providing great privacy away from the hustle and bustle – it's an ideal choice for relaxation, stress relief, and a leisurely vacation. While the hotel might be a bit older, it doesn't detract from the beauty of its beach and sea!

The pool access room was fantastic for our family with kids; it was super convenient to just hop into the water. We spent our time relaxing on the balcony, chatting and having snacks – now that's a real vacation! The service was excellent, and the hotel environment goes without saying. My only minor gripes are that the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast wasn't great – very limited variety. On the bright side, the butler contacted us in advance to sort everything out, which was a nice touch, and they even sent us a small cake and fruit. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Wanning.

I immensely enjoyed my stay in Central Coast Sea.View Hotel Sanya for 4 nights. Excellent breakfast hall and food selection. Excellent butler service by Levi . You can request water, towels, utensils (cutlery) from WeChat message. Also, the complimentary fruit plate was excellent . ( look for the mango mini size and passion fruit). The front desk staff ( Lila ) was very helpful in ordering food from ******* ( dumplings ) and then I simply send her money from AliPay. As of April 2025, There is a major construction ( underwater tunnel ) and there is some noise, however the noise subsided at night around 9pm. Overall, highly recommend . Excellent hotel, amazing views, amazing location, very central and amazing value compared to other 5 star hotels in Sanya Hainan area. No doubt, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sanya.

This is a very new hotel, and the facilities and equipment are pretty good. The hygiene conditions also seem quite good. My booking was split into two separate stays. The first time, I was very satisfied. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and even upgraded my room type. She proactively offered reminders and directions for special features. The only thing I felt could be improved was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The second stay was noticeably less smooth than the first. The room key wouldn't open the door, and after checking in, there wasn't enough tissue paper in the room, clearly indicating it wasn't replenished during cleaning. I tried calling the front desk to ask for some, but no one answered. My message on WeChat was only attended to an hour later. There were also a lot of tiny sand particles in the corners of the shower, which weren't cleaned. The first time, there were two packets of drip coffee on the minibar, but this time they weren't there (though I didn't drink them anyway), but it just felt like the stay wasn't as thoughtful as the first. The electric curtains also wouldn't open. I'm not sure if it's because the room was at the very end, but even the WiFi didn't seem as smooth as the first time. However, these are all minor issues. Overall, I'm still satisfied. I hope the hotel continues to improve and pays more attention to the details.
