The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

when I booked 33 hotel after reading the services at make my trip aap ,it was written that two ways pick and drop to jammu airport is Available but when I enquired hotel 33 they said that people's fault as hotel people dint give any such services details to make my trip and hotel manager told me to find out from make my trip app people. only this was upset rest stay at hotel was Good. request this false services details not to be shown coz it gives us wrong hope.

Holiday inn katra is very beautiful property with a breathtaking view. The location is perfect for a peaceful n near railway station. The staff is very polite n well behaved. The food is delicious. The hotel is clean and functional. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again

Great location and service - very attentive, responsive and supportive staff. The food was just about acceptable (ok-ish/so-so). But the overall experience wasn't that great as the hotel looks and feels very tired and run down. The furniture and ambiance were very shabby. Bed and bedding need to be replaced pronto (probably all over 20 years old, and it shows/smells!). The whole place needs a refurb and a facelift to meet Radisson standards. Until then, it's a 2 or 3-star hotel at best. Nothing even close to 4-star and 5-star is out to the question.

Room description old, dampness in rooms. Amenities I.e. playing area pool, table tenis, etc was chargeable. Food (did breakfast) average in taste. Work was going on in the hotel. Pool site was available incomplete where monkeys were bathing and drinking water from it. Good things were silent corridor, central heating system (however it did fail for few hours during the stay). Separate heating system also provided in room, view from balcony was good.

However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. The Orchard Retreat & Spa is a serene and delightful escape, perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, and the food is excellent, with delicious Kashmiri and international dishes. The lush surroundings, luxurious amenities, and warm hospitality make it an ideal spot for a quiet, rejuvenating stay. Highly recommended!

Very good restaurant staff, good food and very welcoming. But disappointed with the management/maintenance team. Live naked electric wire under the TV. Staff member got shock while checking TV. They left without mending it. Reported the issue with TV not working with reception. But no one bother to come and fix the TV during our stay. Room no. 3011

Location is right on the river. Beautiful view of snow peak mountains. Lovely tulip flowers and green garden. Room are clean. Linen is sparkling clean. Food choice is exhaustive and very good. Would rate it as the best choice we could have asked for. Wi-fi is excellent and we could work from there.
