This hotel was the perfect choice for my business trip; the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's just a ten-minute walk from my client's office, and the hotel even provides USB-C charging ports. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The in-room office setup was exceptionally thoughtful: a generously sized desk, a lamp with adjustable brightness, and even a hidden power outlet with USB ports underneath, so I didn't have to scramble for charging spots for my laptop and phone. The breakfast truly understands the needs of business travelers, starting as early as 5:30 AM. They also offer grab-and-go yogurt and fruit, ensuring you can still have a substantial meal even if you're rushing to an early meeting. Upon checkout, the front desk staff noticed I was carrying a document bag and proactively offered to check my invoice details. This level of attention to detail was impeccable, making me want to return to this hotel for my next business trip.

Clean room, great custom service, delicious breakfast, safe neighborhood, and very convenient location. There are 3 different big malls around and many small stores near there. Will recommend it to my family and friends for sure and come back here next visit.

My two-night stay at Wanda Jin Resort was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and offered great views. Even before check-in, a dedicated hotel butler was assigned to us. They proactively shared weather updates, suggested activities with timings and locations, and even provided a local map. This personalized service was incredibly thoughtful and extremely helpful. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and assisted with our luggage. Breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, and we also enjoyed a complimentary afternoon tea. The hotel's location is very convenient for accessing the West Slope (Changbai Mountain), with a free shuttle service available. The drivers were attentive and patient. Furthermore, the area around the hotel boasts plenty of dining options, including KFC, McDonald's, Starbucks, and many local restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient this resort is for all aspects of a vacation – dining, accommodation, and transport. The resort itself is quite large. For those who rise early, it's possible to take the cable car up to catch the sunrise. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip, and I would definitely return.

This place is a MUST VISIT, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The homestay is a lovely setup, the concept is very innovative. The appliances and room accessories are technologically advanced. They offer transportation too, upon our arrival we were picked up from the train station then smooth check in with very friendly staff. The homestay offers breakfast, they deliver it from 8-10. There's a cafe as well, standard food and drinks are served, the atmosphere is very calming. We enjoyed our weekend getaway so much. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and different way to spend a weekend or short holiday.

During the air show in Changchun, it was impossible to find a hotel room with a good location. I found Changbaishan Hotel on Ctrip, and since it was very close to Xinmin Street, where we were heading, and had convenient on-site parking, I booked a twin room. Upon checking in, the front desk quickly upgraded our room type and thoughtfully gave us a Changchun-themed fridge magnet and drink vouchers. The room's decor was a very elegant green, the space was large, the bedding and toiletries were all of high quality, and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was abundant and satisfying. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to the recently popular Xinmin Street, and you can also explore the Guilin and Hongqi commercial districts along the way, which have a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and snacks. Nanhu Park is also not far, offering beautiful scenery. All in all, for a trip to Changchun, choosing this hotel offers really good value for money.

We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily. The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!

The hotel's VIP mountain access service was incredibly convenient. On August 17th, we departed from the hotel at 9 AM, walked to the Old Mountain Gate, had our tickets checked, and entered the scenic area. A quick 30-minute bus ride brought us to the Heavenly Lake transfer point. We only waited a few minutes in the VIP lane before boarding the shuttle bus to Heavenly Lake. We were moved to Hotel Building 3, and the amenities there were excellent. The breakfast spread was exceptionally generous, and they offered several types of hot spring pools. Even in summer, soaking in them was very relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely worth the price!

The sanitary environment is good. The big yellow duck parent-child room has a bathtub for a comfortable bath. It is very convenient for eating and playing around. The breakfast is a bit not rich, and the taste of Caiyuexuan on the first floor is better than the buffet dinner!

The room is clean and the bed is big enough. The hot spring is good and it is convenient to travel. Take Baihe Bus No. 1 to the distribution center. You can take the airport shuttle bus at the entrance of Jinshuihe Hotel to Changbaishan Airport (buy a ticket on the bus for 40 yuan per person). There are three flights a day (7:00, 9:30, 16:00).
