When we arrived we told the receptionist that the room had a bad air conditioning, it was at 18 degrees. I told the receptionist about it twice, but she ignored it. The air conditioning seemed to have its own autonomy, not only did it turn off the air, it continued working like a kind of noisy fan. We left and when we came back after about two hours I demanded that she change my room because it was unbearable to be there. The receptionist who attended to us at the beginning left the problem to the girl from the night shift, that is, to her colleague from the next shift, and on top of that she didn't say that there had been an incident for three hours or more, since they give me a room for people with disabilities, which seemed like a hospital room. I got angry and told her that I didn't want to stay there, that she should find a way to solve the problem. In the end they gave me one with independent beds, which was not what I had contracted 20 days in advance.

Very beautiful hotel. With a fantastic view of the sea. Quiet location, but close to places to visit. Room with lots of space, with bath and shower. Very modern decor. Fantastic breakfast. It wasn't buffet, but ordered à la carte, but everything was very well prepared and in very generous quantities. Very friendly staff. We had a small problem in the room but they were quick to resolve it. We would like to thank you for making sure everything was perfect for us.

The hotel was very good. Beds comfortable and with garden for better privacy and that between less light. I had a patio that was quite good. Clean baths and everything very clean in general. The most bad location but good, it is a walk and if there is no bus that leaves you in the door.

Close to the airport. It's a standard 3 stars B&B hotel so 1-2 nights is enough. Clean basic rooms. The breakfast is ok. Receptionist was friendly. On the other hand, the housekeeping lady opened my room at about 8 am! Even without knocking first. Even with the sign ”do not disturb” on the door.

All great , the location is ideal for the tranquility of not being in the same center but at the same time very close , the magnificent facilities and above all highlighted the gardens that it has around

We stayed at the apartment premium studio, initially we booked the premium studio but it seems that Trip by mistake passed wrongly the booking information to the hotel. So we went to a standard double room, we came to the reception and explained what we have booked. Despite the error, the people from the reception were very nice. Since there were no studios available they got us the larger room. The room was amazing, very well decorated but must important it was all very clean. I will recommend for sure.

Hotel muy bueno a pesar de tener sus años. Bien conservado y renovado situado en un centro comercial céntrico y pegado al Corte Inglés. Tiene un acuerdo con el parking del C. Comercial y se pagan 10€ x día. No hice uso del desayuno ya que está rodeado de cafeterías. Volveré sin dudarlo.

Siempre voy a el, esta en las afueras de coruña al lado palsy’s santa cristiana es muy cómodo, fácil de aparca

Para ser de 4 estrellas no me parece tanto,pedí una cama extra grande y no se me dió,me dieron 2 camas y una habitación con una puerta cerrada que se oía todo en la otra habitacion,nada calidad precio nada,

Hotel with a very good location in Santiago + Lavacolla Airport. Good services. Car park without extra costs. nice staff + professional.
