Pleasant and Comfortable Stay I was very satisfied with my stay at Novotel Banjarmasin Airport. This hotel is an excellent choice, whether for business or family holidays. Stayed at Favehotel Banjarbaru for a quick two-night business trip. The garden setting was lovely, and the pool area offered a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are simple but comfortable—air‑conditioned, clean linens, coffee/tea station, and daily housekeeping. The airport shuttle and free parking were convenient extras. On the downside, service felt inconsistent when checking in—staff seemed overwhelmed—and breakfast service could be slow. While the overall value is good, cleanliness in some rooms and overall responsiveness of staff felt below expectations at times. Perfect for a budget‑friendly stay near the airport or shopping—it’s just fine for a short stay, but service and upkeep could use a boost for a more seamless experience.

Very recommended place which is not too crowded so it makes you calm, and the room is spacious

A comfortable place to stay and vacation with family. The location is strategic, right in the city center. The room facilities, including bed linen, pillows, blankets, and towels, are clean and fragrant. The swimming pool is quite spacious. The food menu is varied enough. There's a free river cruise to the floating market. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel service is quite good and complete, only there is a lack of parking because if there is an event then the parking is full, not enough staff to arrange parking

Not bad. At midnight the room temperature rose, feeling hot. Immediately called the receptionist and immediately followed up.

I stayed for 4 nights, and the breakfast changed slightly every day, which was a nice touch. I also got to try the famous Soto Banjar. The room was clean, and they provided fresh water bottles daily. The only downside was that the pillows were too high, and there were no lower options available.
