Nice room and clean. Also, the pool is Nice and hot. Finally, the food is very good at the restaurent.

The price is reasonable, and it's a double suite. Breakfast is a bit limited; you need to ask the staff separately for things like fried eggs. There's a large wholesale supermarket to the right after you exit the street; I heard they have a wide variety of goods, you could check it out. There's also an Indo to the left after crossing the street, which is quite good. (Eating and shopping options are available.)

Nice strategic hotel location. Its a pity the hotel is not really well maintained. Not so clean windows and room. But Star points to hotel staff for agreeing to my request of changing up the (seemingly used) bed sheet at 10 pm local time as i only managed to check in at 9pm. Room cleanliness should really be improved.

Thank you to Ms. Kia for your assistance during the check-in and check-out process. It was a pleasant experience staying at Grand Maya by ARTOTEL. Hopefully, all hotel facilities will be even more complete in the future.

Not bad. At midnight the room temperature rose, feeling hot. Immediately called the receptionist and immediately followed up.

This is the first time the sink has been placed in the same room as the bedroom, in my opinion it is very disturbing and has the potential to get mud everywhere.

The best hotel in the area, with many breakfast options and affordable prices, better than the one near the airport. It is also convenient to go to the shopping mall downstairs. Eating in the mall is much safer than eating outside.
