Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Aside from these, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carter at the front desk for making us feel right at home. 黄金海岸的帝盛酒店位置很不错，距离大型购物中心Pacific Fair就一条街的距离，周围吃的很多，10分钟可以走到海边，酒店门口就是Tram Station。房间的设施也不错，带小阳台，打开可以看到海。只是淋浴水量比较小，地板沾水有一点滑。除此之外，特别点赞前台Carter，让人有宾至如归之感。 - Chinese Customers

It was a little far from the center, but it was only about a 10-minute walk, so it wasn't a problem. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the window was also nice✨ There was no cleaning service, and the towels could only be changed at the front desk at the right time, so that was the only inconvenience💦

The Langham Hotel Jewel Residence in Surfers Paradise is the Gold Coast’s fancy pants option, tucked into the shiny Three Jewel towers. This 5-star spot has rooms and residences so nice you’ll feel underdressed in your own pajamas—think marble bathrooms and views that could star in a postcard. Dining’s a treat with fresh seafood and an afternoon tea that’s basically a posh snack attack. The pool’s a chill oasis, perfect for pretending you’re a VIP (or Movie Stars, we literally saw Luke Evans walked passed us..) , and the spa’s a solid “yes, please.” It’s steps from the beach and the buzz, but it’ll cost you, and the area can get rowdy. Still, for a swanky escape, it’s a cracker of a choice! ;)

Staff were super friendly and very helpful! Our motel room was fit out with everything a family needs - multiple charging ports for devices, plates, cups, cutlery and microwave, decent size fridge. Easy access to beach and short walk to corner shops and eating places. Safe bike path from accom all the way to 1770. Would definitely stay again.

The lady in the reception is a bit rude when I arrived and about to check in. She just said “name?” instead of “may I have your ID please?” as usual in other hotel or apartment, which make me not able to react right away The carpet in the room got stink and I guess there is a water leakage, which extend to the bedroom, I don't believe they didn't check it and let people to stay in Lucky they refund me 2 nights of stay because I need to leave earlier to avoid the cyclone, which is only the good point for this apartment. I might stay here again but will ask for the room change if there is stink on carpet again

Unfortunately we only stayed one night in the Bel Air caravan. This was very large and comfortable for 2 people. The toilet was also very clean and spacious, I particularly liked the outdoor area. There is also a laundry room, games room and BBQ on site. The man at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, even though check-in wasn't until 2 p.m. we were allowed to check in at 9. He also helped us find a taxi. We would have liked to stay there longer, but the distance to the shopping centers is far. Local transport is not particularly good in this area.

We stayed in the hotel for three days（7/7-7/10）. On the first day, no one came to clean the room. We thought we needed to notify the service counter to arrange cleaning. On the second day, we used the ”cleaning notification” button on the phone in the morning, but no one came to clean the next day. On the third day, we reported it to the service counter in the morning, and they said they would arrange for a cleaning staff. As a result, when we returned to the room on the third night, we found that it was still not cleaned (this was the first time we were deceived). So we called the service counter again, hoping that at least they could change the bath towels for us to use. The service counter staff replied that they would ask someone to bring us clean bath towels, but they did not keep their promise in the end. We were deceived again.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and picturesque scenery. There are sea views of the island outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel is fully equipped with cooking utensils. The supermarket on the island is rich in goods and the restaurants are unique. There are the most convenient and free transportation buses on the island, as well as golf carts for rent, so you can drive around anywhere on the island.

There was 5 of us and for a boys weekend to wet and wild it was very ideal to house us and had enough space for us all. Bathroom was a great size and felt modern enough. We had the choice of bunk beds, a double bed, and some slept on the couch as the air conditioning was in the living room. A small wall fan in the bunk bed room was pointless but the double bed room had a ceiling fan. Fridge had an incredible freezer. Unsure about the rubbish as we overfilled the small bins. Nothing to complain about, handy to be nearby a lot of shops and food places. Front area had a table for hanging out and a rail for hanging wet clothing.
