Location is close to Stockholm centrum. Getting to and from the hotel by car was easy. Few parking spots at the hotel, expensive too. The breakfast became boring after a few days since there was not that much to choose from. Mall in walking distance, lots of stores to explore. All in all, ok experience, but not awed.
Booked another 4 nights for our business trip, due to the convenient location of Biz Apartment Bromma. The apartment is near to the tram station, supermarket, pharmacy and shops. Superb value for an accommodation in Sweden, great services and cleanliness. We accidentally left our souvenir at the hotel room (405) and the chambermaid helped us to safe keep it for our collection - highly appreciated ❤️❤️
It was nice to stay for 5 nights and have a pleasant trip while resting well in a comfortable bed. It was close to T-Centrale, 4 metro stops away, and transportation to the airport was good.
There was a variety of breakfast menus, and the staff continued to manage well, so I didn't feel crowded. I stayed for 5 nights very satisfied, thank you.
Facilities: Very complete, the layout is also very unique
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, rich breakfast
Environment: The surrounding environment is very beautiful, very close to the lake, it is very comfortable to walk around
Service: The front desk service is very good and friendly
Excellent location. You can even walk to Gamla Stan. As expected of a Hilton hotel, it has most amenities you need including towels, soap, hairdryer, iron etc. There is a shared gym with World Class which has great equipment compared to other gyms, breakfast was average so I decided not to book it. Our room has free lounge access with happy hour with light snacks and drinks (incl alcohol) from 5-7pm, but this wasn’t communicated to us when checking in.
For those booking rooms with view, ensure that the *title* of the room includes “with view”, because even though I booked a room that Tripcom labeled “with view”, our window faces the back side and not the harbour, and to get a view we had to pay extra.
Good Location. However extremely congested and small rooms. Insects were present. The hotel is in a very old boat and the rooms and toilets are old too. Rooms look large in pics but are very very small. Bathrooms are small too.
Super-satisfactory, everything was smooth, fine and fresh. Excellent accommodation! Super nice employees and received an upgrade to a even more beautiful room! Certainly affordable! Breakfast was so rich !!!
All staff greeted and helped. The spa department was fresh and has many different pools that were very fresh. The gym contains everything I needed and was modern. Very fluffy covers and beautiful beds.
Stayed one night for a sleep over for my flight. Hotel was easy to locate and check in was smooth. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection was lacking as I feel it can be better. Some of the fruits do not seem very fresh. Otherwise a good stay overall.
Very hospitable and friendly, perfect service and great breakfast buffet. We will definitely come back!

KKat OBooked another 4 nights for our business trip, due to the convenient location of Biz Apartment Bromma. The apartment is near to the tram station, supermarket, pharmacy and shops. MMarinTRAVELIt was well managed and easy to spend.
Especially, the bed mat was comfortable and I slept after a long time.
The kitchen was also equipped with cooking equipment, which was wide and clean and easy to use.
I booked a shared room for men and women, but he told me that the day was only men, and paid an additional fee on the spot.
It is negative that I had to pay 1000 yen extra to rent bed linen.
DDean MauriceWe really appreciated the central location this hotel had in Stockholm. The hotel is located literally 20 m from the Arlanda Express exit and is close to major sites like Stockholm's Central Station, city hall, and many good restaurants. There is tram stations nearby that can help you get to Gamla Stan, the Royal Palace and the museum area.
We liked the quiet room we had and it always seemed to be at the right temperature during our stay in December. The room was a bit compact but was packed full of stuff - we had two chairs, a large TV, a desk, a kettle and a small closet to hang jackets in. As a couple, we wish we booked the room with a slightly bigger bed but we had no problems sleeping through the night. We also wish the electrical was better planned in the room because the light switch and plug locations were not convenient - there was a reading lamp set pretty high above the bed, there wasn't a plug in on both sides of the bed and the majority of plugs in the room were under the desk space so our kettle had to be used on the floor.
The bathroom was nice and clean at this hotel. They had some nice sage scented products including conditioner, shampoo and body soap. The towels were very absorbent and soft. It was easy to get hot water and the shower had very good pressure. The shower wall was not bolted to the ground and there wasn't a tight seal but water only leaked out once.
The breakfast was a highlight at this hotel. They had a large dining area on the ground floor near the lobby area and they offer a large variety of items. They had a hot food area with pancakes, chicken sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes and vegetables with all the accompaniments like lingonberry sauce, whipped cream, mustard, maple syrup, etc. They had a coffee machine, large tea selection, smoothies, ginger/lemon shots, juices and on Saturday they offered us some non-alcoholic champagne. We appreciated the variety of cheese, pastries, fruit and cold items in the breakfast area as well. It was a good start to the day each day we were here.
Check in went smoothly and they have options to do a digital check in and to check out online. The lobby area had a games area, a bar and a lounge space. They also had a Christmas station setup at the back of the lobby which had candy for the children on Saturday. Behind the hotel is an Ice Bar which is promoted at the hotel.
If we find ourselves back in Stockholm we would consider this hotel again or recommend it to friends and family who visit.
SSimonI recently stayed at this hotel with my family, hoping for a relaxing break. However, our experience was far from what we expected.
Upon check-in, there was no mention of any building works taking place. It wasn’t until later that we noticed a small sign in the hotel lift, casually mentioning that disturbances might occur between 9 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, this warning was not only insufficient but also inaccurate. We were rudely awakened at 7:15 AM by loud drilling, far earlier than the supposed start time.
When we went down for breakfast, we were shocked to find that the building work had already begun, well before 9 AM too. The noise and disruption made it impossible to enjoy and certainly not a relaxing start to the day. The coffee was dreadful, as another reviewer had mentioned, and the breakfast experience was further marred by the staff’s lack of attention. If you are lucky enough to have your table wiped, don’t expect it to be done with a clean cloth or any cleaning products. Rooms shabby, location however is good.
The situation worsened after we checked out. Despite having prepaid for our stay through Trip.com, we were charged again on our credit card for the entire stay, 24 hours after departure. This has resulted in the hassle of trying to get the hotel to refund us from overseas and we’ve had to engage our credit card company to assist with the dispute. While Trip.com has done their best to secure compensation for the building work disruption, the hotel has been utterly uncooperative occurring to trip.com seniors.
Adding insult to injury, we didn’t even receive a goodbye when we checked out—just a lacklustre experience from start to finish. This hotel is part of a large chain it seems, but it’s clear that they are not customer-focused at all. I would strongly advise reconsidering whether they deserve your money. There are plenty of other places that understand the basics of hospitality….. improvements needed!
JJim ChngThis hotel exceeded expectations with its friendly staff, clean rooms, and modern amenities. The central location made exploring the city easy, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a great night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers.
AAnonymous UserVery convenient with the shuttle bus which runs 24 hrs. Front desk check in was friendly and helpful. Good for one night stay before the flight early next morning. Bed a bit too soft me.
BBabongile BhebeA marvellous hotel with mordern infrastructure . Its literally next to the Urisksdal railway station ( 1 minute walk ). Breakfast was marvellous , dinner at the hotel was perfect . The pool was not working duting our visit , it was under some maintanance but we had the chance to use the sauna ( at an extra cost) and it was fantastic . I would definitely recommend .
TTanDowntown Camper by Scandic: Fantastic central Stockholm location, steps from everything. Cool ”urban adventure” vibe with stylish rooms (though not huge) and amazing social spaces. Highlights include the rooftop pool with views and the lively Campfire restaurant/bar. Great for a social and active city break. Be aware it can be busy. Highly recommended for a unique Stockholm experience.
SSoniaNDAbsolutely loved the hotel. Perfect choice! It’s only a 25 mn walk to Gamla Stan, and it’s right in the center quite literally touching the central metro/train station.
The Arlanda express train takes you door to door from the airport to the hotel in 18 mn.
The room was comfortable, clean and modern. I love the design of the hotel, very cool.
Best of all was the morning receptionist at the ‘barception’, Zhila (Sheila). Friendliest I’ve ever met and so helpful! She let me know about the Strawberry app which allowed me to get free coffee and skip the line at a concert I was there for, she had a smile for us every morning and loved a chat.
Really the best choice in Stockholm, and very good price for the quality. I’ll only stay here when I come to Sweden!
