The lobby is grand and stylish, and the room has excellent natural light with expansive views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries are of good quality. We even received complimentary welcome fruit and yogurt upon check-in. A major highlight is the 27th-floor infinity-edge constant temperature pool; the water is crystal clear, and the ambiance is incredible. The gym is well-equipped. The breakfast offers a wide selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, with turn-down service offered in the evenings. The surrounding area has plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Plus, there's free indoor parking. It's perfectly suited whether you're traveling or just need a temporary stay. Highly recommended!

Before we even left, I was constantly asking questions about the various attractions in the Anaya resort. Wendy always responded patiently, clearly explaining the entry procedures for the park, how to use the shuttle bus, and other important information. She even helped us plan our itinerary based on our travel times and thoughtfully reminded us about the significant temperature difference between day and night by the sea, suggesting we bring light jackets. This saved us a lot of hassle in planning. On the day of check-in, the process was efficient and smooth. Wendy meticulously introduced the hotel room facilities and detailed the hotel's amenities. We had pre-booked the much-anticipated 'Deck Time,' and were really looking forward to it. However, we got delayed en route and realized we wouldn't make our original session. We thought our reservation would be void, and we were quite disappointed. On a whim, I contacted Wendy. She was incredibly understanding of our long-distance travel and the potential disappointment. Instead of just saying it couldn't be changed, she proactively and repeatedly contacted the 'Deck Time' staff, coordinating and communicating with various parties to help us adjust our experience slot. Finally, we successfully made it to 'Deck Time'! The view from the deck was fantastic, and the accompanying drinks and exquisite snacks were delicious. The ambiance was perfect, and the breeze was incredibly soothing. Throughout our stay, no matter how big or small our request, a quick message to Wendy on WeChat usually got a fast response, and everything was taken care of. Her service was attentive and thorough throughout, with a great sense of discretion – never intrusive, but always there when needed. The hardware of the NOAH ANNAYA HOTEL is excellent, but Wendy's thoughtful and professional butler service was truly the biggest highlight of this trip. The next time we come to Anaya, we'll choose this hotel again, and we'll definitely ask for Wendy!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

Facilities: It's an old hotel, so you can't expect top-notch facilities, but they're well-maintained. It's clean and comfortable enough, making for a pleasant stay. Food: The variety is quite limited, but everything tastes great. I feel their pastries and breads are the best things the hotel offers. View: This is definitely a highlight. It's fantastic to feel the breeze and watch the sea from the room. Just cross the street downstairs and you're at the beach, perfect for a stroll. Service: Overall, the service is pretty good. Perhaps because it was a busy weekend, the front desk was swamped and a little less proactive than usual. Executive Lounge: It's almost non-existent. The only real benefit was the open balcony in the afternoon to look out at the sea.

The room had fantastic natural light and an unobstructed view. Sitting by the window in the afternoon, watching the autumn breeze rustle the leaves, was so peaceful and therapeutic. The breakfast quality was great, and the service team was professional and kind. Even with the large crowds during the National Day period, everything flowed smoothly without any delays, making for a very comfortable stay.

The staff were all wonderful. We booked a 3-day, 2-night stay with our child, and they upgraded our room for free. The young lady at the front desk, sweet as pie, showed absolutely no impatience. She guided me step-by-step on how to use the electronic ID, and in just a few minutes, everything was smoothly processed. She also proactively informed me about breakfast times and parking locations, and her attitude was incredibly friendly. Check-out was also very fast; the entire process was hassle-free. The service was truly top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Cangzhou.

The high-floor room she carefully reserved offered outstanding views, and the indoor facilities were brand new and functioned perfectly, with high hygiene standards maintained. The service response was efficient, and the staff were patient and sincere, never intruding on my rest. This meticulous and attentive service significantly enhanced the comfort of my trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
