Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent food and the warm hospitality of your team. However, I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement: • The use of strong scents in the common areas and rooms could be moderated, as it can be overwhelming at times. • Room cleaning could be more thorough to ensure a consistently high standard. • During my visit to the gym, I noticed that some of the equipment was not functioning properly, which limited the workout experience. Thank you again for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you in the future.

The worst front desk service in my last 25 years business travelling life. The staff is working his own and saying wait after I standing in front of the counter 3 minutes, then went off without greeting or referring to other staff. So surprise to know that he is the Sales in-charge after telling our feeling to other staff. Breakfast is excellent and staff are kind always. Cleaniness need to improve as many hairs in bathtub and water stains.

Great hotel to stay. Interiors done very artistically and tastefully. Maintained very neat and clean too. All amenities provided as promised. Prompt services provided as and when requested. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread and awesome food.

Being part of the Taj Hotels chain, the breakfast was quite complete and good. We had a problem with the reservation but the manager was very attentive and concerned about the situation and helped to solve it quickly. The room could be improved, somewhat outdated. Thank you,

Best hotel stay in Trichy👌 Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially chefs Ajith and Alagu, Rangasri and housekeeping staff, Ramu! The location is out of busy and noisy city, which is perfect. They even wished us in a nicer way uwith this cake💕

I recently stayed at The Park Hotel in Chennai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a modern, stylish vibe with excellent service. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was luxurious, and housekeeping was prompt. The dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The location is ideal, close to major business hubs and shopping areas like Anna Salai. The staff was courteous and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend The Park Hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

We were checked in swiftly which is good as we had a function to attend in the late afternoon. The rooms were clean and the internet connection was good. The staff courteous. The bed was comfortable. At breakfast although it was rush the staff ***aged to sit us and waited us well. The breakfast spread was aplenty and tasted good. Overall experience good.

The location of the hotel is very close to all the places which is very comfortable for my stay. The staffs behaviour is very good and polite. You are allowing outside food which is advantageous for us when we have checked in at odd hours.

The property's location is convenient, situated close to key attractions and with easy accessibility to transport options. However, it can get a bit noisy during peak hours, which might be a concern for light sleepers.
