Hotel facilities are good, location is superb as there is linked road connecting Central Mall, however the hotel car park is a disaster. You could get a parking slot near to the hotel lobby lift if you come in before noon, otherwise you would need to park somewhere near to the mall parking and walk 10mins in the car park to the hotel lobby lift. This is by far the worst hotel car park I have experienced in Malaysia.
really good location easier to find food and nearby hospital go to Batu Caves is very near and 15 minute to KL and anywhere ,very helpful Hotel staff and check in and check out very fast.
The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any requests. Check-inbabd check-out were smooth and efficient. The facilities were well-maintained. The room was cleab and confortable. I enjoy the food. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, both hot and cold. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again. It was a confortable and convenient stopover.
While in the room, the bed sheet & Blanket sheet have stained & some small hair in it. The aircon was not cool and the bathtub the holder was spoil
if you need a quiet place don't choose here, the train station can be heard every morning, we are staying on the 18th floor. Every morning on top the floor will have some set up sound even at night time.
1 point is good is the staff was friendly & helpful. During the above mentions of the area, Thier will come to identify & change it
The room is clean and the super single beds are great and very comfortable. One thing Iād like to highlight is the bathroom privacy ā the blinds do not fully cover the glass, which could be improved.

It's an excellent property. The house is very clean and tidy. The amenities are good, and the beds are so comfortable. Almost everything is perfect, but except the bad pungent smell from the toilet is very annoying. The management of the building has to do something on the sewerage/septic tank.
Access to iCity shopping mall and games center is just minutes of walk. Parking space is good.

The location is hard to find. The place is good to stay if youāre looking for a quiet place but far from the city centre, around 20 mins, itās a good option. However the check-in is very late and not quite good for travelers. Might be a good option for residents. The nearest mall is 1Utama. If youāre booking a grab please make sure your location is « Basement 3 (Lobby)Ā Ā»
The MINUS: The front desk staff are not helpful at all and will never tend to your request. I stayed for 10 days but staff were so rude and disrespectful when it comes to service! They need TRAINING!

AAnonymous UserDouble Room.
The hotel room was overall clean and spacious, with a comfortable and large bed. The washroom was a bit small, but it didn't affect the convenience of a short stay. The hotel has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh feel. Its location is very convenient, as it's within walking distance to The Mines Shopping Centre, making it easy to access dining and shopping options.
The only downside was the absence of a fridge in the room, but this was mitigated by the availability of a self-service store in the lobby where cold drinks could be purchased. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.
SSunsetyirWe are quite disappointed as we unable to get the family room that was booked due to mechanical failure of the air-con. Alternatively, we were compensated with 2 rooms without extra charges.
We are pleased to stay here as convenient for shopping at nearby building.
Also, we were happy that room requested for quiet and middle area were adhered to. As we did not experience the heat and humid afternoon sun.
We have been regularly staying at this hotel. Will continue to stay here. Hopefully, the rooms amenities are improved as staff overlooks to provide dental kits.

AAnonymous UserMy room was upgraded to a 2-bedrooms unit. It looks clean and nice. But... I was welcomed by 2 little cockroach and there are some spiders at room corners. The bed looked clean but I feel it has dust mites, because my legs feel itchy. Besides, the pillow is a bit smelly.
The bathroom exhaust fan might have some problems, the noise is quite loud.
The parking entrance is not easy to find especially at night time. Hope they can add a clearer signboard.
Overall, it is a nice place to stay if the management could solve these problems.
PPhibWe went there to celebrate my girl's birthday and requested for a birthday cake which made my girl delighted and free parking for my sis in law drive to visit us, thanks Lau Ying! Since I have a baby and toddler to care so we aren't going to Sunway Lagoon as the resort wateradventure is suffice for my kiddos. However, the playground has mosquitos that bite my kiddos and me. Hope the staff can check on this. The buffet is wide spread but isn't up to my standard. I love good food so we had our breakfast and dinner at Gordon Ramsay, it was good unfortunately my hubby seem to suffer food poisoning from the dinner. One morning though we were before 10.30 am but was considered late for breakfast as kitchen closed at 10.15 am, the staff just smiled and said sorry you were late and there was nothing she could do.
My hubby was still recovering and was pissed at her attitude while I was handling my two kiddos too so I had to feedback and appreciated Mr Saranam assisted us. Too bad they didn't have their sea bass and cod as it hasn't arrived for a week but Wellington isn't up to par. Maybe it was due to halal so do not expect the same to their usual wellington. Breakfast, lobster bisque, broccolini and fries were good. Mocktails missed it's mark. Wonderland is good for younger kiddos, yet to try the gym, steam/sauna room. The top of the bed slim build in shelf has a big ear wax, so I had to clean myself. The remote controller need a change batteries but it was screwed in so we don't the change. The floor lamp isn't working. The toiletries pumps have been over pressed so it takes some technique to pump it out. Water temp and rainfall shower is great. The bedding is not your usual hotel such as Simmons type and pillows are sunken to the bed surface even though asked for hard pillows, they are way overused. Hence, I could not get a good sleep throughout my stay. However, the facilities, services and convenience is a major plus factor and will come over with my fam next time.
KK@lvinI had a wonderful experience at this airport hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated how close the hotel is to the airport ā incredibly convenient for my early morning flight.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with all the essentials: a cozy bed, free Wi-Fi, a spacious bathroom, and blackout curtains that made it easy to rest. I also enjoyed the complimentary airport shuttle, which was punctual and hassle-free.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations for an airport stay. Iād definitely recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service near the airport.
DDreamcatcher888I booked the Deluxe Queen room because it has a ākichenetteā. It's actually just counter space with zero appliances. It's odd to not have an induction stove for this space, and the rooms not having microwaves makes it misleading to call this an āaparthotelā. My room was a total eyesore (see photos). It's concerning that they won't improve the appearance of the rooms for the guests with several coats of paint. It's not compatible for long stays. There was construction across the hall (see last photo) from 10 AM to 5 PM which made it impossible for me to work remotely. The only 2 positives were the internet being private and the location being walkable.
GGuest UserMy partner and I recently enjoyed a staycation at Royal Chulan Hotel Damansara, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of calm that immediately set the tone for a relaxing escape.
The ambience of the hotel is elegant yet cozy perfect for couples looking to unwind. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern touches and traditional Malaysian charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable except for the pillows not very comfortable can Ā and we especially loved the large windows offering beautiful views of the Damansara skyline.
One small area for improvement would be the pillows and bes linen they seemed quite old and could definitely benefit from an upgrade to match the overall comfort of the room. It wasnāt a major issue, but fresher pillows and bed linen would really elevate the sleeping experience.
What truly made our stay memorable was the attention to detail and thoughtful service. The staff were always courteous, helpful, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.
