Very eco friendly hotel, located near the airport, staff is very friendly and trying assist with any needs. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was too hot in the room not possible to leave the window open and even if we shut off the air it automatically recover

Mixed feelings about services as some of the staff were friendly, while some of them weren't. Amenities wise there isn't anything to speak about, it's a very basic hotel but generally clean except some stains on the blankets which can be overlooked

Cleanliness was great everything was nice and clean, as far as the location is concerned, I can tell it’s super far from city, it’s like 25km far from the city centre and the place is good enough for maybe one or two nights, but there’s a bus going to the city near the hotel. Service was okay, people were nice and kind, amenities were limited, no toothbrush, no hair dryer, no slippers.

B&B Hotel Madrid Aeropuerto T1 T2 T3 is a great option for travelers needing a comfortable stay near the airport. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a good Wi-Fi connection. The 24-hour reception and free coffee in the lobby are a nice touch for those arriving late or leaving early. However, getting to the airport requires either a taxi or a more complicated trip using public transport. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short stay or a layover in Madrid.

Me ha parecido muy caro para la oferta. La habitación era muy pequeña. Espacio justo para poderse mover y las camas estrechas para el precio que pagamos. El baño muy bien. Con una buena ducha. Lo mejor de la habitación. El desayuno bien pero baje a las 9,30 y ya no quedaba nada de fruta. No leche desnatado. Caro para lo que Dan. Pague 204 euros. Por 150 hubiera sido aceptable y eso porque es Pozuelo.

This hostel was nice since it was very modern, had clean rooms, and provided great service. The location was also great since it is in the heart of the Madrid close to all the action. The wifi signal in the rooms was good but the only thing I did not like was the fact that the rooms were expensive for a hostel experience.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was delicious, though the Wi-Fi could be faster. Overall, a pleasant experience—I’d stay here again!

The price/performance ratio is very high, the room is large, and the location is good: two subway stops from the Bernabéu, a few steps from the subway station, and 17 taxis from the airport in the early morning. The InterContinental next to where I stayed the day before was far inferior in comparison.

I stayed here for a night before my next flight, and overall, it was a decent transit option. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, which makes transportation very convenient. However, if you arrive during a busy time, you might need to wait for the next shuttle as there’s no reservation system — it’s first come, first served based on the schedule. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash provided, as well as a hairdryer. I arrived early in the morning and had to wait, but they kindly let me check in about an hour earlier than the official time, which I really appreciated. The biggest downsides were communication and baggage storage. I sent an email in advance to ask about the shuttle bus, but never received a reply (still haven’t). Also, there is no proper luggage storage service — if you want to leave your bags, you have to pay to use the lockers located in the underground parking garage. There’s also not much around the hotel, so I would only recommend it for travelers needing a short overnight stay between flights.
