Decent Hotel that is approximately 15-20 minutes from Madrid's main airport.
There are no local shops or restaurants and for this they exploit the opportunity by charging 3-4 times the normal retail price for drinks and snacks in the vending machine on the ground floor.
Restaurant left little to be desired on the menu.
To get to central Madrid, like areas such as Sol you will need to exit the hotel to reach the main road, cross over (don't forget this) and catch most of the available buses to the metro station and then continue your journey by metro for 7-8 stops. So a transport card is recommended for a few days travelling around.
Rooms are a little spacious and are clean but have no in-room safe leaving you to juggle your valuables and to secure them in your luggage.
Overall a decent stay at a ”no-frills” hotel that is priced really well. Expect the price to go up once they add more amenities such as complimentary bottled water, a safe and a mini-bar.
The restaurant was excellent, and the hotel's small outdoor pool was a definite plus – I'd easily give five stars for these two aspects. However, the hotel's location is a bit far from both the metro and bus stations. Inside, the hotel features a large internal atrium, so many rooms face this area. Standard rooms are quite cramped; there's barely enough space to open a suitcase. I won't comment on the decor style, both inside and out; the heavy use of blue and purple lighting looked quite peculiar. The soundproofing was terrible. To top it off, someone even prank-knocked on my door in the middle of the night, making for a truly poor experience.
Hotel was very clean. I was asked daily if I needed anything from the cleaning staff. Staff in general were excellent on arrival and always pleasant whether that was entering or leaving the hotel.
The hotel offers FREE 24/7 access to a coffee machine that is located in the reception. I never had the breakfast, but it looked half decent, with a selection of meats, breads and pastry as well as some hot food options.
Not kettle or anything like that in the room. However and fridge and a safe are there.
The only thing I had a slight issue with that was okay due to the temperature was the air conditioning, when I put it on to go cold, it actually made the room hotter. With the weather not being to hot, i could open the window and it cooled the room down.
All in all. Great staff. Clean rooms. A decent location. Would come back.
This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, smiling staff. It's also super affordable, offering great value for money, especially for a budget hotel. While the rooms are compact, the space is incredibly well-designed and utilized. I tried a snack from the vending machine which was delicious, if a little salty. You can purchase a liter of water from the restaurant for 6 Euros. Do remember to bring your own toiletries, as Europe is quite committed to environmental protection these days. The airport shuttle service is very convenient, costing 5 Euros per person per trip.
It is convenient to go to the airport. You can use the bus card to take bus No. 200 directly to any passenger terminal.
Although the breakfast is relatively simple, it is cost-effective among similar hotels in Madrid.

It's a wonderful hotel.
It's located in a shopping center, where you can park without any problem.
In the room, you have a coffee machine and a kettle with infusions.
A welcome piece of fruit, and in the refrigerator, water, a gift of hot chocolate, and a savory snack.

Very convenient location a short walking distance to the Museo el Prado and the Madrid Atocha train station. There is a bar/restaurant in the main lobby and breakfast on the first floor-both good. Clean and quiet, this hotel has everything you need for a pleasant and convenient stay in Madrid.
The room is clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, the restaurant breakfast is rich and delicious, about half an hour from the city center by taxi, the next business trip will come here, the experience is very good, like

First of all, the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Prado Museum and a 10-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, which is commendable. However, the room smelled strongly after renovations. The hotel also insisted on charging an extra €55 for bringing my daughter, who's under 11. This is incomprehensible. We've traveled all the way from Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Madrid, and we've never encountered such treatment. Hilton and Marriott hotels don't charge extra for bringing children, and the Frankfurt Hilton even offered a free extra bed. We booked a so-called superior king room with a street view, but if you look closely at the room pictures, you can only see the balcony of the building opposite, with no street view at all. Beware! We tipped €50 from check-in to check-out. The bellhop was incredibly helpful. This hotel has a large staircase, so travelers with a lot of luggage should be aware of this pitfall. 😂😂

EEd from TexasPerfect location, restaurants & shopping right outside the front door. Go see the flamenco show at the restaurant next door for €35, so worth it. Hotel has a 'Victorian' feel as the name suggests. Breakfast was awesome, staff was super accommodating & hotel was super clean. My first time to Europe & this hotel was getting off in the right foot.
JJulio RobertoI love this hotel. It was well located and the room was big. The were only two issues. One, the rooms (I stayed in a suite and a business room) had the showers with movable glass doors that could be dangerous (breakable if not careful..) Two, the breakfast buffet was a bit small and the choices of food were limited. The eggs were mostly COLD.
AAwaisReceptionist lady is very friendly and nice. I stayed two nights in this hostel with good experience. This hostel is good for short trip, good location and near metro station. Recommended
GGuest UserOverall, the price is good, the front desk service and cleaning aunt are very friendly, especially the fat girl at the front desk, every time they meet, they are smiling ”Ola”... The best thing is that the location is super good, the palace, Mayor Square, and Puerta del Sol are all ten minutes away. The surrounding shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and supermarkets are all available. Personal travel is still very good! ! !
孙孙The location is very good, right next to the place for shopping and shopping, there is McDonald's for breakfast next to the hotel, only 5.6 minutes walk to the subway station, did not eat his breakfast, a bit expensive subway station is also very close
女女Spain has lived in the most satisfying hotel. Although the hotel is not big, it is exquisite, the service is impeccable, the spare parts are full set of L'Occitane, and extra bath supplies and hand cream are given. The favorite photos are taken on the balcony of the room. Very Spanish style, breakfast menu can be single point, rich choice, highly recommended!
