Very good stay exceeded my expectations. Very close to geneva airport and 15 mins to city center with the tram. Will stay here again if i ever visit geneva again!
The location is perfect. You can just walk to anywhere from the hotel. I like the water pressure for the bath. I don’t see anything wrong with this hotel other than it is slightly hot and the ac is not new.
We booked a triple room but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite on the top (5th) floor. It featured a spacious outdoor terrace directly facing Lake Geneva, with panoramic views of Mont Blanc in the distance. If you're planning to book this hotel, I highly recommend requesting room 570 or 571. While other rooms on the 5th floor also have outdoor terraces, they offer only a side view of the lake. The facilities, however, were just average. The air conditioning, in particular, was very weak. Given the recent heatwave in Europe, the inadequate AC made our stay quite uncomfortable.
We traveled from Geneva Airport, there is free shuttle service provided. Just wait outside the arrival exit, u can catch the shuttle bus.
It is very near to the airport yet not fair from the city centre. The hotel provides City pass to its guests who pay city tax, with the pass, we can take tram/bus/train within the Geneva City.
Our visit to Geneva this time is mainly to attend the Watches and Wonders even 2025, which the bus stop of the shuttle bus to Palexpo is just around the corner.
The hotel is new and clean, same as most of the Switzerland hotel, they don't provide slippers as shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
We bought the breakfast, it is not much variety but taste good, simple be nice.
The counter service is good. However, the room is too small. My husband and I have a 26inch and 24inch luggage bag and there’s no space to open both our luggage tgt. I would nt recommend here if you have a big luggage along cause not so convenient
I'm very disappointed with the way the bill was handled:
1. I now have to settle two invoices with the company, one for the reservation and one for the city tax. The reception was unable to issue a single invoice, which resulted in additional costs for me.
2. I had to pay a deposit of CHF 100, even though I didn't have a minibar in the room. Apparently, if they were to charge this to the room, it would have been for food at the bar.
There is a big mall in front of the hotel.and the bus stop for bus number 10 is just next to the hotel this bus goes to the airport or city center practical for transportation
The room is clean and service of staff is very good. Food for breakfast is fresh but limited choice of hot dishes, and if you stay in this hotel for more than 3 days, you may get bored with the repeated food. Suggest can plan to have breakfast in other place if possible.
The location is ok, around 30 mins walk to the Lake and 15 mins walk to the Broken Chair.
It was a good stay, as we can prepare simple breakfast. They even prepared the sofa bed so that we can sleep comfortably. The AC didn’t work initially but after we checked with receptionist we managed to on it. The toilet has half covered glass which makes the water splash out and wet the floor of the whole bathroom, we have to be extra careful as we have a child with us. Slippery toilets are pretty dangerous. Otherwise all great.
The hotel was excellent and the hotel was very good.
The staff is very aware and answers our questions.
It is also very well located n, nearby bus stops (face to the hotel) and the tram a few minutes walk.
The fact that transportation is free adds one more to the hotel !

GGuest UserPros: Hotel location is just a few minutes walk from Geneva train station. There are quite a number of restaurants around and supermarket at the train station so it is easy to look for foods. Room design looks modern and shower water is strong enough for a good bath. Sink is located outside toilet this make it easy to access to water when the toilet is occupied.
Cons: Although the room design looks modern but the tv in the room is the smallest (think is only 20”) and oldest. Room size is a bit small, just enough for 2 adults with 2 medium size lugguge. Sound proofing is poor and we can clearly hear the noise coming from the street since our room is on the 2nd floor.
Based on the price range I will still use this hotel if I were to visit Geneva again.
SSanAliceThe location is extremely great. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. Super convenient. And there are convenience stores, supermarkets, eaterie,s etc in the train station, super convenient. The hotel is clean & bright. The staff are courteous and helpful. The check out time can be extended to 12noon. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean with sufficient amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel boasts an unbeatable location! With public transport (trams and trains) right at your doorstep and a COOP supermarket, a pharmacy, and a vibrant international food street just downstairs, it truly couldn't be more convenient or comfortable. What's more, the hotel provides a complimentary city travel pass, which means all major attractions are reachable within 15 minutes. The rooms, though compact, are charming and wonderfully quiet. The Wi-Fi speed and breakfast were also excellent.
GGuest UserSuper great location, right next to the train station and it’s the centre of Geneva. Helpful staff and the cafe there is super nice. The only thing is I have already requested a room facing inward but still the noise from the traffic is loud since early morning.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is not bad, not too far from Geneva train station and Lake Geneva, within walking distance. The room is bigger than expected, and the price/performance ratio is ok.
JJessieMaoThe rooms in Europe are small, so I chose two apartment hotels. This time I brought my children with me. The rooms are bigger, more comfortable and more convenient. This hotel is very convenient to the Geneva train station, very close to the city center, and very quiet to sleep. There are service staff from 8 to 10 o'clock, and breakfast is delivered to the room. Overall, it is very good👍
GGuest UserRoom 35, close to the road, the noise is a bit loud. It is recommended that you propose a room that does not face the street when you book. Everything else is OK, breakfast is just like that, Swiss hotel breakfast is almost the same.
GGuest UserSurrounded by villages and fields, the air is OK, there are several free parking spaces, the hotel is not 24-hour service, get off work at the point, and you can only have breakfast at about 8 o'clock in the morning. The room is small, especially on the top floor. Be careful not to be hit on the forehead. There are several rooms that have no air conditioning. The air conditioner is also a floor-to-ceiling air conditioner. The sound is very noisy.
