The room is really inside the stone cave, so its nice experience. They also have small turkish bath (hamman) in the bathroom. From hotel rooftop, you can enjoy baloon viewing in morning. They will also set up seating area in turkish style which we can take couple cute pictures. The guy in receptionist is very helpful and help us call taxi when we need to go farther. They will also give advice on places we can go and whether its walking distance or not. And if you need tour around Cappadocia, they also can help arrange with local tour. Overall, very good n kind service. And, don't forget to try local Gozleme at the shop house just across the hotel. The lady can't speak English, but she always smile n warm.

The room was very cold, we asked them to change it, they changed it by force, even though there was a heater and air conditioner, the room did not warm up, then they changed it. The breakfast was mediocre, packaged jam, 3 types of cheese, the variety was not enough, the room was nice, the ambiance and the view were nice.

The breakfast options and the lunch/dinner are great. The staff are very nice. The only down thing was the dirtiness and bad smell from the cats and dogs on the cushions outside because of that we could just sit down for a quick photo instead of relax and enjoy the views.

The guy receptionist welcomed me even when i arrived late at night. The check in was quick, he gave me a hot coffee and carried my bag to my room which I really appreciated. They asked if I needed help with arranging activities or transfers for the duration i was there. The room was spacious and breakfast was great. Thank you.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for four nights. It's located slightly up a hill but not all the way up, so it made it very easy to get away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourists on the main street, but yet still have the charm & proximity to beautiful architecture, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating, and the environment is very chill. In addition, there are two little furry staff members, sometimes three, who will run the courtyard and keep you company. Upon checking in, they informed me that if I wanted to include breakfast with my stay, all I needed to do was let them know how many times I dined at checkout. Also, I needed laundry to be done, therefore dropped it off in the morning by 10:00 a.m. and had it back by early evening. They also said just pay upon checkout. They are very trusting! No one checks you at the restaurant for your room number! One load was $10€, but I will say don't expect them to fold everything. I dropped everything off in my own laundry bag, and it was pretty much shoved back in there! You also have to be specific with what you want hung dry too. They have an iron in the reception area should you need it. The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style. It's a decent size, but they are rather dark. I had a hard time putting on makeup before going out. 😂 The bed was rather comfy. The water pressure was absolutely fantastic, and the water gets hot quick too!! There are several delicious restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance ... Taste of Mama (Gözleme), Omru (rooftop), TUMA (rooftop), INCI, and Keyif (rooftop & great music). Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely location. I would definitely return!

OVERALL: A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful cave and rock decor. I picked it because the decor is a mixture of both, unlike some other ones in the area. Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful. They offered to help transport my suitcase up to the bedroom area of my room. I went during the beginning of the season in late March and the hotel kindly upgraded me for free to a deluxe room, which has two levels, the bathroom below and the sleeping area above. In the room, Two windows open to views of goreme town and the balloons if you get up early enough to see them before sunrise. They also recently expanded their terrace offerings it seems ao now they actually have multiple, without different pillow set up. Breakfast is served open buffet style from 8-10am, variety is limited but there are some Turkish meze delicacies, menemem and boiled egg daily, sausages, a hot pastry, breads, cheese and ham, and for drinks - juices, tea and coffee, it's fair. AMENITIES: The bathroom is VERY spacious, but doesn't really come with much actually useful amenities. There are no additional personal care kits whatsoever - so no shower caps, cotton swabs, little things like that. There is a stand shower at one corner, a bath tub at another end and a toilet bowl in the middle with a sink and mirror as well on another area. Door comes with a full body mirror. It's beautifully designed by the layout is a bit odd and I think the hotel can work on adding little details to enhance the bathroom experience because there is totally potential for that. But hot water, drains and flush all work just fine, so it's definitely functional. LOCATION: The hotel is also conveniently located around 10-12 mins away from the famous Sunrise/Sunset point for balloon viewing (you get to see thw balloons take off there). The fact that it's walkable is amazing! It's located on a little side hill, and Goreme's main street is just a 20 steps slope away.

Location was not amazing as it was 10-15 mins walk to nearby restaurants however I quite like the peacefulness. We didn't explore much of the facilities as we were out most of the time and the outside just seems to chilly. I honestly would not mind stay here again because of the resident cats and dogs. However, the service given by one of the management staff was so disgusting, it left a bad taste in my mouth eventhough 2 months has passed since we checked out. His name, Haki. We checked in early at 10am but was no expecting any room but wanted to leave our bags. His smile was insincere to start. He proceeds on to share all the various tours happening and asked us our interest. I mentioned we have booked balloon tour. He asked how much we booked it for with an attitude. I replied ”Affordable...... about 60-70 Euros”. He replied with such arrogance and judgmental tone ”Oh i am not sure about that offer, i have never heard that company” Well, guess who had an amazing sunrise balloon experience. Thats right...........us!

The hotel is full of tranquility, very suitable for resting. of course breakfast on the 3rd floor with a view of the Cappadocia sky filled with hot air balloons. The breakfast menu is varied, with satisfactory service. Also, how is the service regarding tour packages, hot air balloons to skiing very adequate at affordable prices. You only have to prepare more energy and time to walk to and from the bus stop. If you are traveling with family, no need to think twice.

The room is large and clean, with complete facilities and good soundproofing. There is a very special ”pants brother” guard guarding it. The front desk guy and the boss are very friendly. It is very cost-effective to find them to book a hot air balloon, and it is also very convenient to book airport transfers. The breakfast is rich, the dining environment is comfortable and warm, and you can see many cats and dogs through the window. You can take pictures at will on the rooftop. The layout is very photogenic and you can overlook the entire town. I really recommend this hotel! I blindly chose a treasure hotel, which is not in the Chinese gathering area of ​​​​Xiaohongshu

Very great experience with the hotel! Breakfast is generous with a breathtaking view from their roof top. As a cave hotel, the room also has very good insulation, so inside the room stays warm despite the very cold temperature outside. The staffs are also super nice, they called a taxi for me as I arrived at 2 AM and they help me to send the stuff that I accidentally left in the hotel.

Omer and Ali are the two best host in whole of Cappadocia. Don’t have a second thought while choosing this Hotel. 5 minutes drive from Goreme. You will love it in Uchisar. I have visited 49 countries so far. This is by far the best trip and best host I have met and visited. Breakfast is awesome. You won’t be able to eat all 😀 Omer helped me to book ticket from his personal card as my card was not working due to some reason. Cheers to Team Karlik, Omer & Ali.

It is a hotel with a very good atmosphere, quiet, but the rooms have rather thin walls. Do anything in the room and there will be loud noises in all directions. The food is delicious. Breakfast is served as a set per room. The restaurant is on the top floor. Many tours can be purchased to be picked up at the hotel, but if you focus on walking by yourself, it is not recommended as it is quite far. From the hotel you can walk to the castle in the city. The walkway is comfortable and not difficult. Overall it is a good place to stay, very beautiful. The hotel owner and the hotel staff are all lovely, take care and look after you all the time. If I have a chance I will go back again.

Very good hotel! Uchisar Castle is nearby and there are many shops around. The cave room really feels like a cave and the kids loved it. Highly recommended for first time visitors to Cappadocia👍

Good place, a bit of a failure in terms of cleanliness. Because there was some toothpaste on the mirror, apparently from previous stays. The shower in our room, on the mixer, ran and splashed in different directions when I turned it on. Overall not bad, standard Turkish breakfast, good service in the hotel restaurant.

Great and friendly service! Their rooms are amazing and to pictures. We joined day tour the day we checked out and we didn’t leave enough time to have breakfast after watching balloons and sunrise, the staff was kind enough to provide us with a takeaway breakfast, she was so kind and understandable that we didn’t want to be late for the bus pick up. And luckily we had breakfast to go that we wouldn’t be hungry for the tour that involves hiking until lunch.

When checking out at noon, I forgot to leave my personal belongings in the bathroom, and I stayed on the second-floor terrace of the hotel in the afternoon. The room cleaning lady did not remind me to return them, which affected my next trip. The service awareness and standardized management of the hotel staff need to be strengthened!

Very good hotel, location with a great view, the city itself is very cozy, many delicious restaurants. The room is clean and cozy, the receptionist is excellent, they made an early check-in. I recommend it wholeheartedly, and the price for such a hotel is very good 👍

The hotel location is very good, on the mountainside, you can see the hot air balloon take off directly from the hotel. I ordered a stone room. I originally thought that the stone room was the most distinctive room type. Later, I knew that it was actually an ordinary standard room. All room types were stone. If the stone room is unlucky, the room may only be 20 square meters, so this hotel is better to book a higher level room. The hotel has no walls, but small houses are scattered in a small area. The rooms with stoves are still very warm. I have stayed at this hotel and museum hotel, and personally feel that I prefer some argos. Although the dinner at the Museum Hotel was obviously better.

Perfect place to spend your eid holidays. The staff very friendly, facilities are good. Have indoor&outdoor pool.
