The hotel has a good location, a good environment, and friendly staff. However, I found the carpet in the room was inexplicably wet in the middle of the night. Could it be a leak near the bathroom? I didn't ask to change rooms because I only stayed one night.

The hotel is in a very good location. Alexandra was so nice that she gave us a complimentary breakfast and accommodated us even before our check in time. It was a good experience. Although breakfast has a lack of food variety, it was good.

The room was clean and tidy, and the heating was strong enough to keep us warm. The outlets didn't require a converter, which was convenient. It was very quiet, and the hotel's location is great, very close to Central Park, making it easy to get around.

My stay at the Hyatt Grand Central New York was unfortunately below expectations, especially considering the brand. For the price paid, the overall experience felt overpriced for what it actually offers. The rooms and services were adequate, but nothing stood out as truly deserving of the high rates. It was disappointing, particularly because from a Hyatt property one expects a higher level of comfort, attention to detail, and overall quality. While the location is convenient, the value for money simply wasn’t there. In short, a decent hotel, but far too expensive for the experience provided, and not up to the standard one would normally associate with Hyatt.

I booked this hotel near Times Square in New York. Before booking, I saw some posts on a certain social media app saying the area was a bit chaotic, but after staying there, I felt it was fine. Many people stay here, so there's no need to worry. Besides the deposit, you also have to pay a destination fee, which includes a daily package. This package allows you to pick up two bottles of water from the front desk daily and get two waffle cookies refilled in your room (they're delicious!). It also includes a $10 credit for the downstairs dining area each day, which you *must* use on the same day as it doesn't carry over to the next. I didn't use the Citi Bike or the gym, so it felt like a mandatory fee, but for those who can use it, don't let it go to waste. The hotel is clean, the bedding is quite comfortable, and while the shower stall is small, it doesn't splash water out. The front desk staff's service attitude was alright, if you know what I mean. Overall, it's small but has everything you need. (I didn't take any pictures, but the ones I found on that social media app look exactly like my room.)

The room is big and the location is good. You can walk to Niagara Falls. The breakfast is not a buffet, so you can't eat enough and it's not tasty. The check-in cookies are sweet and warm. Parking is very convenient. The price has increased from $16.2!

We got the king room with a balcony, non Empire State view and it was perfect for a date night out in the city. The garment district has wonderful food options. Tried Tonchin around the block and the ramen was magnificent. Walked from hotel to Times Square, Bryant Park, and Rockefeller. Clean. The balcony provided beautiful views of the Vanderbilt Building. Would stay again. Wasn’t early enough for the breakfast or the evening reception which is 2 complimentary tickets per adult in the room. The AC/Heater worked well. The elevators for us were quick to get to us.

Fingers Lake By the lake, the scenery is beautiful, that is, the windows of the room are not large, which is a pity. The room was clean and tidy, quite satisfactory, the two beds were big and comfortable, enough to sleep four people. Dinner on the balcony of the hotel restaurant, each dish and dessert are delicious, the price is reasonable, that is, there are many guests but the waiter has one, and you need to be patient. In short, the hotel rooms and restaurants are very satisfied, I hope to go on vacation again in the future.
