We stayed for one night with our family on our way back from the South. The hotel's location and the rooms themselves were good. What we didn't like was the cleanliness of the bathroom – there was a smell of urine, and the water was excessively hot, seemingly due to insufficient cold water pressure. It took a long time to adjust the temperature for a shower or to brush our teeth. The breakfast was good and varied, and the food was fresh.

Очень приличный отель. Красивый лобби, красивый ресторан ”Апраксин” для завтраков. Большой плюс, что этот же ресторан работает круглосуточно. Гость может заказать по меню и поесть в ресторане ”Апраксин” в любое время суток. Или получить заказ в номер. Отзывчивый персонал, просьбы выполняются мгновенно. В этом отеле останавливались многие известные люди. Их фото с автографами можно видеть в лобби.

От Марриотта осталось только название. Холодно. Холодно везде, в номере, на рецепшене, в ресторане. Рецепшен пропитан запахом кухни. При заезде в -10 на улице в номере было 22 градуса. Супруга утром войдя в душ и намочившись водой обнаружила, что ёмкости с шампунем и т. д. Пустые. Срочная заявка на замену выполнялась 30 минут. После замены стало понятно, что гигиенические средства были разбавлены водой! Отель 5 звёзд!!! Больше никогда!
