The room is quite clean, very close to the city center, the service is also good, the whole room gives people a comfortable feeling, the most important thing is that I always go out, and I don't have time to stay in the room for a long time. Overall, it is satisfactory

Service was excellent, location was excellent, price was good, food was nice for dinner and a little stale / dry for breakfast. Facilities were great. Room was a bit tired, a skid mark in the toilet on arrival was not good (plus no toilet brush in the room). Bed was good, carpet a bit lumpy and a few of the bathroom fixtures stuck or didn't work. We dropped something under the couch and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Staff allowed us to keep our bikes in the storeroom which was fantastic, and overall they could not have been more helpful and friendly

Very good ambience and good customer service from the staffs. The hotel room was very up to the mark and really enjoyed the free services including the spas/sauna and swimming.

I've been to Canberra twice. This is the best hotel I've stayed in. It's really nice. The staff are warm and considerate. The room is big, new and smells good. There were 4 people here this time and we had an extra bed in the living room. It's very convenient. It's only 5 minutes away from Parliament Hill in Canberra. It's in the center of the city. The location is very good. Parking is free on weekends. It's really good. Next to it is the Burbury Hotel, but this hotel has excellent value for money. It's really good. It's clean and comfortable. The location is great. Excellent, I will continue to stay there if I have the opportunity in the future, 5-star recommendation! Canberra feels great this time 😌

His house is right next to the realm. There are two or three bars and restaurants downstairs. There is a brown-skinned man at the front desk who has a very nice attitude. The room service is also fast and the tea is from T2. The bathroom countertop is large and there is room to put cosmetics. I originally wanted to stay one more day to book, but none of the rooms were available. The price/performance ratio is great. 🅿️ Use the card to swipe the garage door after checking in, it’s free! You can park at the door for a while before checking in. There are three or four temporary parking spaces. If you can't find it, there are 2p parking spaces on the two streets in front and back, so you don't have to worry about not finding it. When you go out, the door is automatically sensed. You don't need to swipe your card. You enter and exit through the same door.

Accommodation was showing signs of wear and tear. Rubbish was not emptied. Repairs not effected in the room. Supplied bathroom plug did not fix sink or bathtub. The hair conditioner bottle was empty so not checked. Bed lamp didn’t work. Air conditioner was substandard in our room. On a positive note, the bed was comfortably

The room and bathroom were quite clean! !! The counter staff is very kind! !! About 20-30 minutes from the airport, but not too far from several well-known attractions, very convenient

After studying in Canberra, I came back to travel and liked the hotel with a microwave oven with a refrigerator. The room is large, very clean and very convenient in the city.
