The friendliness of the staff is very good. The rooms and views are good. But the shower faucet didn't feel hot water, I got to the 7th floor. As for the food, the taste needs to be leveled again, it's a shame that the appearance of the food is good but the taste is still lacking. I ordered grilled chicken rice with maranggih spices, the seasoning was very thin, almost no taste, the only taste was bitter burnt, the rice was hard, the side dish was cold, the most unsuccessful was the chili sauce. Please pay attention to the chef's attention to the taste of the food. The breakfast menu is varied and the taste is sufficient but it would be better if the spices were bolder.

Well, it was a nice stay. All the staff was very nice, kind, cooperative, polite and professional. Particularly, young lady at the reception counter...Her name is...Bella or something like that...was very polite and humble and helpful. The food was good and delicious.
