If you’re looking for an authentic ryokan experience with modern comfort, Shiojitei is an exceptional choice. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help, creating a level of service that truly stands out. The rooms were beautifully maintained, combining traditional Japanese elements with contemporary comfort. One of the highlights was definitely the Pearl Aurora Onsen, which was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling amazingly smooth. The complimentary welcome tea and cheesecake, along with the evening marshmallow roasting by the lobby, were thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. Both dinner and breakfast exceeded expectations. Every course was beautifully presented, featuring fresh local ingredients and refined flavours that made each meal feel like a special occasion. Dining in a peaceful, private setting made the experience even more memorable. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service from Toba Station, making it easy to reach despite its tranquil location. Overall, Shiojitei perfectly balances traditional Japanese hospitality, excellent cuisine, and a relaxing atmosphere. It was one of the most memorable stays of my trip, and I would gladly return on my next visit to the Ise-Shima region.

We used this hotel as a family celebration trip. The facilities were beautiful and lovely, but what really impressed us was the warm and wonderful service from the staff. Due to the earthquake in Russia, trains were stopped and we had no means of transportation, but they extended our check-out time and were very accommodating. The food was delicious, and each dish was carefully prepared. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with so many options, including Japanese and Western cuisine, that we couldn't finish it all. We signed up for morning yoga, and started the morning off right in the open space surrounded by greenery on the property, listening to the birds chirping and feeling the breeze, which was a wonderful way to start the day. Next time we visit, we'd like to enjoy a cruise or something similar.

I was incredibly lucky to snag a room for my last-minute reservation, especially since it was right before a three-day weekend! This was my first time visiting Toba, and I traveled by car ferry. The hotel was conveniently located close to the ferry terminal, and the views were absolutely stunning! They had three different baths, and the food was delicious too!! For dinner, the Matsusaka beef Ise Udon was a highlight, and in the morning, the white miso soup with mekabu was so tasty!! I also bought some of the delicious nori tsukudani (seaweed paste) that was served at breakfast from their souvenir shop! And some local sake too!! Everyone was so kind, and the atmosphere was really welcoming and gentle, making me want to stay again. I'll definitely be back!!

We came to this city for F1 and were very lucky to book a room on the day of check-in. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but very clean. It's about a 35-minute drive from the F1 venue. The hotel also offers free parking, and there's an Aeon supermarket and coffee shops downstairs, which is extremely convenient.

This hotel offers an excellent overall experience. The hot spring facilities were a pleasant surprise; the water quality and environment were both comfortable and incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly, courteous, and very responsive and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. It's definitely worth another visit.

We came back yesterday. We went with just our kids (high school students). The front desk staff were very accommodating when we told them in advance that we would be going with just the kids, and it looked good after we got there. The pool and baths were close, and there was an easy-to-access path, so we came back very happy. We'll go again! Thank you very much.

There is a shuttle bus at Kashikojima Station. Find the driver of the hotel bus. The suite will immediately notify the Toyota car to pick you up. It takes three to five minutes by car. After arriving at the hotel, you can enjoy the 5-star service. All rooms face the sea and the sun is shining. The facilities are high-end and complete with 100 square meters. The small refrigerator is all free, and there are Mikimoto skin care products. The lounge has a terrace with an excellent view, and the food and drinks prepared are also exquisite. The service here is perfect. I checked in on my birthday. When checking in, I was asked to choose whether the check-in was on my birthday anniversary. I didn't want to bother others to choose sightseeing. As a result, the staff of the French restaurant on the 5th floor sent greeting cards and beautiful desserts. The chef came to bless me kindly, gentle and decent. Please experience the hotel's cruise ship. 3,600 yen per person is very worthwhile. It takes 45 minutes to visit Ago Bay. The memorial hall of the G7 meeting is a few minutes away from the building next door, and the car can be sent there at any time. In addition to good facilities, this hotel can host high-level meetings. More importantly, there is a perfect service team here. Everything is great. Staying for one night is unsatisfactory. 11 is the commemoration of Yamazaki Toyoko's stay in ”White Tower” that I like. I recommend the French restaurant on the 5th floor, which has a better view and the dishes taste great. I had breakfast at the Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor, but the view was a little worse and the taste was a little salty.

The best thing about this hotel is that it's close to the station. The room was clean and not too small. The bed was a bit hard. The only negative points were that the towels were thin and worn out, and it was cold even with the air conditioner on.

I made a reservation because it was just cheaper for a business trip. If you go nearby, the outer wall construction? Scaffolding ＆ curtain? I was a little surprised. huh? Is there such a guide? When. I think it's a long-term construction, so I think it's better to have a guide that you can understand at the time of booking. The scenery is no problem because it is not to open the window and enjoy it. I'm sure there will be noise in the time zone. I didn't care during my stay. The staff responded politely when I left my luggage early on the day and when I checked in. The facilities are quite old (the washbasin is cracked) but I think it is cleaned.
