I recently stayed at GoHotels Tacloban for a quick weekend getaway. The room was simple but thoughtfully furnished — clean linens, a comfortable bed, and just enough space to feel at home. I especially appreciated the little touches, like a kettle, a pitcher, and a small desk plus it’s next to Robinson’s Shopping Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The lobby had a warm, welcoming vibe and was a nice spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. While the hotel doesn’t offer many luxury amenities, it’s perfect for travelers looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers or couples on a budget. Would stay here again!

Top notch! Rooms were comfy and bed is comparable to high end hotels.. Breakfast was delicious! The spa has very reasonable prices and excellent service.. I wil surely book in this hotel again when I got back to Tacloban

We stay here every other month. Everything is excellent. Their Salt & Pepper restaurant has amazing food. It is 15 minutes from Calbayog airport. Calbayog is perfectly situated for a hop flight of about an hour to Manila or Cebu.

Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

The place is good and nice, halatang bagong hotel siya. i’m kinda not satisfied sa cr. Madulas yung tiles, delikado po. Walang divider sa bandang shower area to toilet bowl&sink kaya the whole cr will get wet pag naligo ka. Yung knob ng faucet natatanggal siya which is not our fault, yung lagayan ng stuff sa ibabaw ng sink yung glass is eventually bumababa, nakaktakot na baka matapat samin that time na malaglag which is not our fault also. Yung cover ng switch light baliktad, minadali gawin? Yung cabinet inside the room is sira din, which is not our fault.  • Toothbrush & tooth paste not included • Towel is included • Mabait ang staff sa front desk especially kuya guard.   • Shampoo, bodywash etc magkahalo sa isang lalagyan. • You can also order food from them merong menu sa loob ng room. • water dispenser is located outside the room sa may parang lobby sa 2nd floor, hot and cold water is available. • may netflix • malapit sa airport Overall i would rate it 4/5, our stay there was ok. Im just quite dissappointed sa cr. Btw, we were in Room 10 that time.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area. I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience. The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

My stay was pleasant overall.

Good location and also close to airport. We stayed in the executive suite which is very spacious and it was very clean. However for the money it was quite basic, no amenities such as coffee. There is a kitchenette but no cutlery no cups… also in the morning they only opened the pool after 9am which is very disappointing as we wanted to have an early swim. Nice water amenities with good slides but I can’t recommend the exec suite for the money and value provided. Also no breakfast included. Service was good and check in experience was flawless.

Centrally located and walking distance to downtown. Convenience store nearby. Brekafast is good. The Nuat Thai Spa inside the hotel is already closed though. But overall, highly recommended.
