Holiday inn katra is very beautiful property with a breathtaking view. The location is perfect for a peaceful n near railway station. The staff is very polite n well behaved. The food is delicious. The hotel is clean and functional. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again

I have stayed in this hotel for two times. The rooms for single occupancy and double occupancy are spacious with all amenities as they mention The exclusive about this hotel is the world cuisine restaurant which provides a delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of varieties with a good taste. It’s must a try. Polite hotel and restaurant staffs with immediate attention and also a great hospitality. The roof top swimming pool though of 2 feet depth but it provides a beautiful spot to witness sunset at eve. Overall it’s a wonderful stay experience and next time I would prefer staying in this hotel whenever I visit jammu

Khyber is located in a Mesmerising Surroundings of the snow capped Himalayas. We visited on the 11th -13th Feb 2025 and experienced live snowfall and snow at resort level. The hospitality at Khyber is exceptional. Me and my husband were travelling with 3 kids 11 years, 8 years & 3 years. We availed a Docter on call service for my 8year Daughter. She got altitude sickness I think but with his prescription she was fine overnight and we did not miss any of our Fun. The view and the ambience is astonishing. From checkin to checkout at Khyber , everything was full of Comfort , Love, Support & Kindness . Best wishes!

The location is walking distance to lal chowk. It's a quiet road, fairly clean. Decor is nice, room has heater and electric blanket and fan. Warm water seems to be available mornings but mostly not on evenings possibly because of the freezing temperatures this time of year. For me personally it was a problem as i normally take evening showers as well. Every room had a window afaik. Breakfast was highly enjoyable and recommended. Staff are polite and helped me get auto as well on my departure. Overall the experience was pleasant enough and if you only normally take one bath shower a day it would be ok

Fabulous location, we were welcomed very warmly and the car was valet parked which was important as it was cold and raining. We were offered a warm drink and a comfortable place to sit whilst the formalities of check in were completed. We didn’t even have time to finish our drink before we were offered an upgraded room at no extra cost. WOW! The room was spacious, beautifully dressed and we were shown our own private balcony with the most spectacular view and this was also very nicely furnished. Everything was as we’d hoped and expected, because the hotel is EXPENSIVE, but we received exactly what we paid for. All the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Pandemic has affected everyone and this hotel has had to do it’s best to survive these difficult times. The facilities in the Spa have been cut back to save costs but when we went to use it the place was warmed and treatments were enhanced to ensure we were more than satisfied. Luxury is expensive and we really enjoyed the pampering!!! All I can say is that this hotel and the treatment of their guests is everything you would expect for the price you have to pay. If wehad unlimited money we would stay only here when we visit Kashmir, which I do often to visit family. Even when we do visit family here we often visit the hotel, just to enjoy the gardens and admire the building and the ambience. Although we may not spend one penny on these visits the treatment by the staff has always been the same as we experienced on this visit. One word to describe this hotel FABULOUS.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rama Trident in Katra with my friends, and it was an amazing experience! The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Dhar Renue Ji and Jyoti at the reception for their exceptional assistance and warm welcome—they truly made us feel at home. The food was another highlight of our stay—absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and comfortable environment after a long day. The location of the hotel is also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions while maintaining a peaceful ambiance. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Rama Trident to anyone visiting Katra. Very humble, down to earth and for being a consummate gentleman and extending us the full Marriott experience. Excellent customer acumen and way to go Deepak !! He and his team were always so proactive in their customer service and we are truly happy to have stayed at Marriott and look forward to visiting it again ! Very Welcoming and Friendly staff. Helpful with your stay as well. ***n at the front desk and Ravi in the restaurant were very polite, helpful and courteous. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Huge spread of breakfast and the deal that I signed up for - Breakfast and dinner was very convinient to me with Mata Darshan.

Good property with very good staff who is always eager to help. The food preparation is great and clean and tidy rooms. Few exceptional staff i encountered 1. Happy and yudhvir are awesome chauffeurs and make you feel like home. 2. Chef ankit and staff ganesh and tamanna are great in the cafe. Also happy to help and serve hot and tasty food. 3 the manager gaurav and front desk staff komal and kavya really helped us throughout the stay. I requested a late checkout as my transportation back home was delayed, they were happy to accommodate 4 sujeet in the spa worked wonders which this technique. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Courteous staff, property maintenance is up to the mark. Best thing was the staff helped us with early check-in (basis availability) without even we asking for it. Free pick up and drop till banganga. Overall a must stay place for good experience

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

A hotel inside a shopping complexes. The whole complex was shabby and cold. When we arrived the receptionist had poor understanding of English. The hotel was completely empty and the restaurant had a sign saying “Opening Soon” printed on paper and stuck with tape. This was like a warning of a poorly operated establishment. Rooms: Warning Noise: look outside your window and check for the generator next to it. The first room we were put in was right next to it. When I asked to move they said it was not a problem it will be off in 30 minutes. It did go off but we had to bear that noise for too long. Warning Cold: the room was like a fridge. It is large and sparsely furnished. There was no way the heater/AC was going to make it bearable. After two hours of complaining and multiple visits by “technicians” and other foolish people they moved us to a smaller room where at least a tiny bit of heat was coming from the heater/AC. They supplied another tiny fan heater and by about 11pm the room was bearable. The bathroom remained like a fridge. Warning Dirty Bathroom: the bathroom had long hairs in the sink and on the floor. You could see dust in various places. The water that filled the bucket was yellowish! Rusting pipes or worse? They didn’t switch on the hot water so we had to ask them. It obvious there is some pressure pump on the hot side but none on the cold supply so it was difficult to get warm water. It was either scolding hot or freezing with a tiny movement of the adjustment. Warning Restaurant: the place had a forlorn and empty feeling. All the tables had a layer of dust which showed that they had no guests for a long time and nobody expected they would come. The food was pathetic. Service: this place was like a comedy sketch. The characters were surly and not at all understanding to the meaning of dealing with guests and seemed completely oblivious to the obvious failures as though this was normal and to be expected. The owner must be loosing in crores their investment in this pathetic attempt at running a hotel.
