Very satisfied with a hotel, the area is particularly quiet, the hotel is particularly good, giving people a feeling of being at home, the air conditioning in the hotel is especially powerful, the comrades who are afraid of heat have a gospel, especially recommended!

Good, but two floors are under renovation. Chicago hotel prices will skyrocket in May, so it is recommended to avoid it.

Very nice, helpful staff; good breakfast selection. Good location for visiting family. The room door was missing one side of trim and had obviously been broken into with a crowbar at some point. Room 214. Did not close properly when leaving room without me pulling the door fully closed. There was a small red bug on the nightstand (!) that freaked me out. Hard to sleep thinking about it after I smashed it. The blanket coverlet/topsheet is awkward and an uncomfortable texture, too, although I suppose this is minor.

Always friendly great hotel

Chicago is an unforgettable place. This hotel is in the suburbs, far from the downtown area, behind the road, the hotel lobby is very big, there are many tables and chairs. To register, you can get a free breakfast. When we stayed at this hotel, the black brother at the front desk was very cute and a good child. There was a sofa in the room, but the quilt was yellow and made people tremble.

Location was great. It was rainy but they do offer a free shuttle to take you anywhere which was wonderful. No free house coffee but there was a coffee maker in the room and front desk gave us a couple more packets as you only get 2 regular packets in the room. Pizza place across the street, Hoops, was great. They shuttled us down to Blue Duck restaurant. Awesome! Close to many places you can walk to.

The services was great, the room is nice and tidy.

Checked in on a cold winter day. The air conditioner was noisy. The air conditioner was used for heating. It roared intermittently and was very dry. The Hilton Pittsburgh, the Westin Boston, and the Hilton Chicago Avens are all like this. It's equivalent to the chain hotels in the mainland, but the Westin is slightly better. Disposable items such as slippers and toothbrushes are not provided by most hotels in the United States, but slippers appear in hotels that cost more than 6,000 per night, such as the Park Hyatt New York. The location is convenient. There is a public library outside the window. Turn right and you will reach the town center, where there is a supermarket. For breakfast, you can order food at a restaurant on one side of the hotel lobby. One portion costs about 10-20, plus tax and tip. It's an American breakfast on a plate. The portion is large, and two portions for three people are OK. Girls, ha. It's convenient for Northwestern University to do things. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk there.

It seems that there is no breakfast, so it is a good hotel in the surrounding area. Because I need to print a lot of documents when meeting customers, they are all printed at the hotel. It is very convenient to have a computer and a printer.

Drive by in a hurry, not bad rest environment. The room was clean, the bed was good to sleep, and the breakfast was great! The service staff is warm.
