GGuest UserThe Resort location can easily access the Appi Kogen slope and rentals. Hotel is generally good but some details could be improved; such as providing towels in the onsen, increase the number of washing machines and dryers. Food options within the hotel is limited. The best part is the sake tasting for 100¥

GGuest UserLocation is very good, just two minutes walk from JR station. The shuttle bus stop to ski area is just one minute walk. Next to hotel is a big parking lot. Room is clean, but no hook for hanging stuff in the bathroom. No expectation in public bath, better than nothing. Kitakima is a very sleepy town, few selection of restaurants in town, no restaurant near the hotel, but one inside the hotel. Steak is great there. Wrong room type had been allocated to me ( not the problem of the hotel), but finally being compensated by Trip.com.

AAchaigeluosixuThe hotel breakfast was excellent. While it didn't offer as many varieties as a five-star hotel in China, everything was of superb quality. The hotel also has its own hot spring and a gym, though no sauna. The rooms are smaller than what you'd find back home, but other than that, everything else was a plus. The park behind the hotel is perfect for a morning run; I did ten kilometers there.

AAnonymous User- The main thing is that the front desk is really exaggerated! It's really exaggerated! We asked her to book a restaurant and told her the name, date and number of people, and confirmed it several times, but she actually booked a barbecue restaurant for us that she ”thought” we should go to. Luckily we confirmed again, but the second time she booked the wrong date, and the third time she booked two people instead of three. After communicating several times, she made several basic mistakes. I couldn’t stand it anymore. I wrote down the restaurant, date and number of people, but she still booked the wrong date and told us it’s ok😂 Our friends who were traveling with us finally couldn’t stand it anymore and said to her it’s not ok. It wasn’t even an insult. She cried in front of us😅 - The hotel started to have a power outage at around 6 o'clock, and then there was no hot water until almost 11 or 12 o'clock in the evening. I could only take a shower at that time, and it was almost 2 o'clock when I finished washing and packed up. The breakfast in the morning was not allowed to be delayed. I was not allowed to eat until I requested it, and there was no apology or compensation. This hotel is really expensive. . Especially in a small place. . - There are other rude things, like telling my friend that the wine in the wine cellar is very expensive, which is contemptuous. . Maybe they think we are guests staying at Crown Plaza? As a high-end hotel, this is not the way they should treat guests. They should be polite to everyone. . He gave me a nice look when we met again at Teppanyaki. . By then we were ready to file a complaint. I'm too lazy to talk about the rest. They ask you to sit down for breakfast and then ask you to change seats when you want to eat, etc. haha The hotel is too new, so you have to be mentally prepared to go there. The price is definitely not up to par with the service, and it feels a bit like paying for something.

GGuest UserThe dinner buffet was spacious, with a wide variety of delicious items. The desserts and ice cream, in particular, seemed ordinary at first glance, but the matcha financier and rose ice cream were unforgettable. As for the hot springs, all three rooms offered bathing options, adding to the fun. However, in my personal experience, the hot springs at the Momiji-kan were more varied, while the new hot spring on the first floor of the Hanamaki Hotel only had one pool, which was quite uninteresting. I also suggest providing more small towels, as people might be soaking in various places.

JJiantingLike: The big bath is very comfortable, and I took the child to soak twice. 2. Convenient parking, suitable for self-driving. 3. The service staff is kind and polite. Not like: 1. If you don't smoke, remember to book a non-smoking room. I didn't notice when I booked (I was too a soldier). I booked a smoking room. The smell of smoke in the room was very heavy. It was my most regrettable place. Satisfaction is 90 points.

NNantianmenwaiThe hotel is located in Hanamaki Onsen Village, which is a group of three hotels. You can go to the hot springs in all three hotels, but I only went to the Momijikan, which has both outdoor and indoor hot springs. The area is not small and very comfortable. The room is also large, and the breakfast is rich in variety, with Japanese and Western food. There are also sukiyaki, local milk and ice cream. The hotel also has free folk performances in the lobby every night, which is very unique. If it is spring and summer, the rose garden near the hotel should also be beautiful. A very recommended hotel. The disadvantage is that the surrounding public transportation is not very convenient. You can only make an appointment to take the free shuttle bus from the hotel to Shin-Hanamaki Station. Although there are ordinary buses, there are very few buses.
