Beautiful Opatija, the location is perfect, the service staff are very Nice, but not sure if it is because of the heritage, so it can not be easily modified and repaired, the hotel can see the damaged place everywhere, this is a pity, especially the balcony of the room type we booked, Really terrible! By the way, the breakfast is quite delicious and rich. The three warmth seems to be very good. But we don't have time to try it. When booking, you can check whether there is a cruise passenger disembarking on the check-in day. It is recommended to book a restaurant dinner directly, otherwise it will become a dinner refugee 😂.
Enjoyed my stay. Perfect location, directly on the promenade / Lungomare and close to Opatija's city center. Indoor pool with sea water works till 19-00. Rich breakfast from 07-00 till 10-00. Dinner is from 19-00 to 21-00, also rich and worth to be include during the stay. Spacious and well-organised room (except for the bathroom: very limited space), comfortable bed
The hotel is an Austro-Hungarian Empire style building. The rooms are not big but adequate and the service is very good. The hotel's paid parking lot is a bit far away. If you park within 24 hours, it is more cost-effective to park in the public parking lot downstairs.
I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff spoke perfect English and were super helpful. I had to extend my stay for a few extra days and the manager was nice enough to accommodate me without having to switch rooms . The food at the restaurant was great - both breakfast and dinner. The hotel is only couple minutes walk from the beach. Great experience overall 👍
Good location hotel in central Opatija. The staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, parking around the hotel is difficult and you should be careful to read the text of the different rooms (do not be cheated by the pictures). Very good breakfast and close to the beach.
The stuff is extremely polite and helpful. This hotel has several restaurants and has a great location. In several minutes walk you can reach the beach Tomaševac. Highly recommend to go there, because after the small part with stones there is a huge part with sand under the water. In the hotel's surrounding you have a lot of shops and restaurants. Inside this hotel there is a chocolate museum where you can buy chocolate produced in it or upstairs you can eat cakes made with this chocolate. The price I paid is in comparison with other hotels in Europe, which are located on spots that don't attract tourists, the same or even cheaper. I am pointing this out because often it is said that Opatija and Croatia in general are very expensive. Yes, the food in many restaurants in Opatija is expensive, but there are other with more affordable prices. So, there is everything for everyone. Book this hotel and you will not regret.

CChanAnitaThe entrance of the apartment is very dirty and ugly. We had to go through garbage collection point and public toilets. Moreover, it's very hard to walk up more than twenty steps with a suitcase nearly 20 kgs.
The contact lady does not communicate with us well before we arrive. She only said what she wanted to say, for example, how to pay and how much the rent was, but not even answer us one question.
The room is well decorated and comfortable, with all necessities available.
MMajaSloveniaA very beautiful, new hotel with exceptional, high-end furniture pieces.
Wonderful ambiance and interior.
Excellent breakfast and an outstanding dinner.
I highly recommend the half-board option.
A three-course menu, but with very generous portions and top-quality, delicious food.
The hotel truly impressed us, and we will definitely return.
+ Reasonably priced coffee
- No coffee machine in the room

GGuest UserHotel Savoy is one of the best hotel on Opatija due to its location. Beach Colosseum, the private beach of the hotel was fantastic, the rooms with balcony and see view are wonderfull and relaxing. Rooms are air conditionedl, the breakfast is delicious, the parking is absolutely comfortable. Thank you for amasing three nights in Opatija. I'll be back :)
GGuest UserThe hotel opened during the epidemic, and now the facilities are relatively new. It is a 5-star hotel of European standards, not luxurious but clean and comfortable. The location a few steps away from the sea brings a good sea view. It rained heavily during the stay, and there was only sunshine in the evening. I couldn't see the blue of the sea and sky. But I also felt the other side of this quiet Adriatic Sea with waves hitting the shore.

VvrzgIt is my 4th or 5th stay in the Hotel 'Neboder', so it says something about my attitude towards it. It is situated in the very center of Rijeka, it has parking free of charge. The breakfast is of buffet type, and is very abundant. Personnel is very polite. To me, it is always nice to stay in this sympathic skyscraper.
GGuest UserNot recommended. While the hotel may cater to older guests with features like an open shower, the design lacks careful consideration. The slippery tiles in the open shower pose a significant safety hazard, especially for those with mobility issues
