AANSON0702A Gem Near Gohtong Jaya
Nestled conveniently near Gohtong Jaya, this location truly stands out. The presence of a 7-Eleven and various restaurants nearby makes it incredibly practical and adds to the overall convenience. The staff were perfectly adequate, handling everything with a decent level of service. Furthermore, the provided car park is a definite bonus, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. All in all, the experience was well worth the price. I will certainly be returning in the future!

DDidi Ramlan1. The lights near the gate are dim, some aren't working. Poor lighting. It's easy to miss the turn.
2. Parking is okay, there's even parking for EV cars.
3. The lobby is okay too, and the staff at the counter were also just okay.
4. Dining area. Hmm, maybe you can do better.
5. The pool is suitable for kids.
6. Private beach ✅✅✅ clean. Not sure if it's safe to swim though.
7. Cleanliness.
- The toilet had a slight smell, not very clean 2.8/5
- Sheets and pillows, not clean.
- Towels had dirty spots.
- The AC was dripping water, yes! It reached the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep because I could feel the droplets on my face.
8. My husband got bed bugs, his legs and body were covered in bites.
9. Buffet breakfast changed to 'sahur' (the taste wasn't bad, it was okay).
- White rice. Chicken with curry, I think? The chicken pieces were small. 2 prawns. Sliced watermelon & Sunquick/fresh orange juice? (At least offer ice cream as a dessert replacement).
I don't have pictures for any of this because I was tired from the journey from Seremban, and then I got a room like that (Room number 1079). Disappointed. I only loved the beach. 😇

GGuest UserExcellent, we'll definitely be back! My friends and I had a great time, and the food wasn't expensive. The only thing is the paint smell in the room was a bit strong, which I hope they can improve. Also, there aren't many entertainment facilities. Keep up the good work!

EEGKediMy husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room.
Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay!
We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM.
We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake!
The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness!
Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy!
The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles!
These are the personnel that I managed to get their names -
At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah.
A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room!
The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo.
And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive!
Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb!
Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

AAnonymous UserOverall environment and location is very nice, this is alr second time I stay here.
The room service is very efficient. Kitchen pipe leaking had been solve very quickly and item request is very fast delivery.
However, I think I won’t stay here next time because the room situation is quite disappointed to me as the wall, window, balcony is not clean well and the kitchen utensils, sofa is seems old but no changed.
Hope this can be improved as the location is really good. Thank you.

DDeenAzMy kids enjoy swimming, big pool and kids friendly (especially mini waterpark). We’ve been booked Garden Villa without breakfast, room space just nice for kids below 12yo. Room have mini ice bar, tv, kettle, hanger, wardrobe, iron, iron board & sejadah. Restaurant and shops just nearby the resort. Highly recommended for family vacation.

WWye YiI had a wonderful stay at Zenith Hotel. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, from the lobby to the guest rooms. The room was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my stay.

High floor good view, prompt services from the front desk. Good amenities and shops at the first 3 floors to meet the needs of the families in terms of food, groceries, souvenir, massage for a relaxing trips, getaway. Covered link bridge up and down the highlands to the attractions.

This time, I requested a high floor and had to pay an additional RM50 for it. I was willing to pay for the 'carpet of clouds' view, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see it. Regardless, it's a fantastic hotel with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options.

AAnonymous UserRoom look old. Window glass outside also moldy and a lot of algae. We change room 2 time. We choose high floor.
1st change room very Smelly bad odour and feel crippy. Terrible can't stay. Got something pasted at the wall.
2nd change room good and nice smell. Room big and comfort
