Mattress in terrible quality and found Bed bugs, will never come back. Also internet was not available and had to hunt for the information since there is no reception.

I didn’t want to give 1 star but it was really disappointing. Oka, Trip.com didn’t mention that there is AC, so it’s fair that the room didn’t have it but not even a fan and it was extremely hot! There is no trash bin in the room so we had to use our own plastic bags to collect waste. There is no wifi (even though they promised there would be info in the room about it, there wasn’t). The shower has no curtain or wall so water splashed everywhere when taking shower. Nonetheless, it was fine for just sleeping but even with the quite low price considering it’s Zürich, it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I’m too picky, hence the neutral rating.

I really did not enjoy this stay as it is over a mile from the train station and a mile and a half from the lake and most of the things you want to see. It is a dingy facility that had loud people constantly coming in and out. There are no staff on site and someone booked a room and was unable to get his keys and was complaining loudly in the hall that no one that ran the place would help him. I had trouble getting the light in the bathroom to turn on as it came in intermittently. The first morning no hot water in the shower but the second morning there was adequate hot water. This place is the pits really and in the end I wish I had spent the extra $20USD a night for a better place.

The location was very convenient, near a station with many lines. You can't enter from the front of the building, so you have to go around to the back. There are two key boxes lined up, and the key comes out from the one that matches the key code. The key code will be sent to you by email from the hotel immediately after booking, and you can get the key code by entering the necessary information. I read a lot of reviews, so I was pretty prepared, but it was less inconvenient than I thought it would be. The shower had a curtain, so the toilet didn't get flooded. The amenities were a gel that included body soap and shampoo (as is the case everywhere in Switzerland), so if you are concerned about that, I recommend bringing your own body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The TV didn't turn on. The window didn't close completely, so I blocked it with a weight. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the neighbors walking and the phone ringing, and the building is old. Checking out is also done by putting the key in the box. It feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel. I stayed for one night and checked in late and checked out early, so it didn't bother me too much and I thought it was reasonable considering the price.

A normal hotel apartment. No air conditioning. So be careful in the summer. I don't recommend it from June. The place is ok. Comfortable. Only this single room. Close to the road. So noisy. Bathroom a bit old. No kitchen but there is a mini fridge.

The worst stay. The room does not correspond at all. All the reviews that are 5 are inflated. Very old room, it says kitchenware, but there is none. Booked based on photos with a kitchen area, but they said it is not included. Asked to at least bring a kettle, also not available. We took it from the maid (caught her while cleaning on the floor) ourselves the next day. The chair is burnt and very dirty. No one has washed the curtains and tulle for a long time. The hair dryer worked until our departure, but it is burnt, the refrigerator is terrible and smells of old stuff, it is better to store food. The price is not cheap - even for Zurich. How they even allow such inappropriate rooms - this is a question for the site.

Never again! First I had to check in, then I couldn't find any parking spaces, which were reserved by private customers and never used. I just carried my things into the room and wanted to leave to park somewhere, and what? My car was already being towed. I was supposed to pay 600 CHF, then after much back and forth, we agreed on 400 CHF. Of course, I didn't have it with me. The tow truck driver immediately showed me the bank and said I could pick it up there. OK, I got the money, dropped it off, stood there and waited until the vehicle was free, and waited for the receipt. The driver got into the tow truck and drove off. I'll file a complaint soon, we'll see what happens! Then, after looking for a PP, I got to my room and wanted to make myself comfortable, and then came the bombshell: there's no heating, it's as cold as a dog kennel. Showering was obviously out of the question under these conditions. A second blanket helped a bit, so I complained, and wanted to look for another hotel straight away in the morning.
