乘坐船衹抵達橫琴，隨即有便捷的接駁大巴送至酒店，整個過程非常順暢。中午到達酒店，寄存行李和租嬰兒車很便捷。一踏入酒店，便立刻被充滿企鵝元素的裝飾所吸引，從建築風格到客房佈置的每個細節都透露着精心設計，尤其值得一提的是煙花景觀房，讓人得以在私密空間內盡享絢爛煙花表演。
酒店設施完備，特別配備了小童洗浴用品及坐便器，且嬰兒床的請求迅速得到滿足。衞生狀況保持得極為乾淨整潔，整體環境洋溢着温馨與童趣。服務人員態度熱情，總是主動問候，令人倍感親切。
餐飲方面，無論是晚餐還是早餐，食物美味可口，特別是靠近企鵝區域的用餐體驗尤為獨特。週年慶特惠活動中的海洋王國雙人無限暢玩套餐，包括了三個劇場表演，其中企鵝和海豚的表演尤其引人入勝，令人流連忘返。😊

到處都是企鵝元素，就是很討小朋友喜歡。步行就到海洋王國，比較方便。企鵝自助餐廳裏就有企鵝，這是特色。自助餐食物種類也很豐富，就餐高峯期人非常多。海洋王國還是很不錯的，海豚劇場演出是三個劇場中最好看的。煙花秀也不可錯過。不好的地方是吃的東西都賣的太貴，舉個例子，超市一瓶6塊錢的酸奶在這裏賣20。

這次寶寶過歲酒店還幫忙進行了客房佈置，非常的nice，也有準備生日禮物，生日蛋糕!!酒店客房服務的工作人員態度也非常的友好，基本上有什麼需求馬上就會幫我們解決，酒店周圍酒店離海洋王國特別近，基本五分鐘路程，不到就已經能進入到園區了，然後設施也非常的完善!下次有機會還會來入住這個酒店!!非常推薦

房間很漂亮，小朋友不願意離開，酒店服務也很專業，如果不是週六，體驗感要好很多。但是，遇到了週六，人非常多，就連自助餐都要排隊，進去取餐也要排隊，大家都在吃飯的點搶餐和搶座位。。所以，是我自己沒有規劃好，想來玩的小夥伴，做好攻略，避開人多的日子，週日人就少很多了。總之，如果要選酒店，我大概率還是會選企鵝酒店加門票套餐，性價比還是可以的。對了，帶小朋友趕不上看煙花的，可以在酒店花園看到，有噴泉，有煙花，還是有氛圍感的。

衞生：因為是親子酒店，衞生還是ok的。
服務：整個酒店的服務人員都很好，還給我們免費升級了房間，表揚酒店自帶的專屬企鵝管家2（微信秒回覆，響應迅速！演出時間、怎麼遊玩、各種諮詢都能免費提供！瘋狂打call）。酒店巴士可以到各種交通方式站點，免費寄存行李30天簡直不敢相信！！五星好評！！！
晚餐:我們選的套餐是早晚餐，感覺兩天能把自助餐廳吃明白都很厲害了，各式各樣的餐食，還有我不想排隊的海鮮！真的很全面。

非常豐富多彩的體驗，去之前擔心企鵝酒店設施陳舊，但進入房間後完全打消了顧慮，小童配套設施齊全，乾淨整潔，服務員積極響應需求！小朋友住的很開心，出門直接入園，餐飲商鋪一應俱全非常方便！下次依然會選擇企鵝酒店！
