"This hotel is at the best location with shopping area and food stores right downstairs. It was a birthday trip and the hotel was so nice to arrange free upgrade to the suite room for us and arranged special room setting plus a birthday cake which we are very pleased. Really appreciated all the arrangements. Staff Elena was very kind to handle our check-out with good attitude and very attentive. Enjoyed the stay and will come back again."

"Good front desk service, quick check in and facilitated our request for late check out. Our hotel room was nicely decorated, not exactly very spacious but good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The carpet could have been more frequently shampooed though. No bathtub and there's not a door separating the bathroom. They provided two types of pillow which was good, the bed was on the soft side. The noise insulation could definitely improve. The two indoor playrooms were huge. Facilities reasonably well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun. But it could get really packed despite the size of the playrooms. Despite the size of the breakfast hall, it was absolutely packed and its hard to find a table after 9am. Walking distance to a huge shopping complex."

"The hotel is just beside the spaceship theme park, convenient for those who wish to go this theme park. Beside that, food available in the hotel is limited choice and taste is so so. Hotel have the swimming pool on top, but need to charge even you is the guest. Overall not so friendly and all the things there is pricy and just not worth."

"The whole family traveled more and more. I chose to choose the resort hotel villa. The park is very large for walking the baby. In the recent weather, I can sit on the terrace of the villa in the afternoon to bask in the sun. The room facilities are a bit old. I heard that they have not been renovated but they are clean and affordable. Good environment, family travel, family live together, will choose next time!"

"The staff was nice and helpful the outdoor pool was big enough to swim in, the room was clean there are plenty of restaurants nearby so you could never go hungry the view was great overall I recommend going here. The toilet can be changed to a new one but thats the only bad thing about this hotel, i think the hotel can also change the table to a bigger one so that people can eat without annoyance."

"We stayed for one night (sun/mon) at zhuhai grand bay hotel. It was a wonderful experience. It is near the bridge so arriving from HK was fast and easy. SunnyKI was helping us to check in. We got a upgrade to a seaview which was great. She also spotted we would stay during the birthday of one of us and asked if we would like a cake. That was a very nice gesture and really above my expectation. She gave us her wechat contact and asked us in the evening when we would like the cake. At exactly the right minute another colleague brought the cake.. thank you Sunny and Team! Besides that the hotel location is very good, (before booking we were considering a few other international hotels but they seemed more in the city itself), and it turned out to be the case. room temperature and wifi and airquality is good, breakfast was good although not superb. They arranged a car to bring us back to the border. Overal a very nice stay with special thanks to staff and SunnykI"

"Great location. But entrance is hard to find although there are many. Need more signs. I got shooed away by security staff while trying to contact the hotel on my phone in the car park. Compensated by an upgrade and fruit platter. The room is huge. Wardrobe is outside the bedroom. Only one chair. No sofa due to half of the room area is wasted in the passages. Passage space is bigger than the room itself."

"We had the best weekend getaway at Hyatt Regency in Zhuhai! It was our first time visiting this new location, and we chose the hotel because it seemed like the perfect option for family travel. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the hotel had everything we needed for a great time. The activities and facilities for kids were incredible: a kids club, indoor playroom, outdoor playroom, indoor kids' pool, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Our children had a blast! The food was spectacular, with a range of flavors and high-quality dishes. Selina from the Food & Beverage team was a miracle worker for us. Her kindness and willingness to help made our experience above and beyond, especially with two little ones in tow. She resolved any issues we had and helped coordinate our meal times, navigating the language barrier like a pro. A huge shoutout to Selina and her team for making our dining experience so enjoyable! We also took advantage of the spa services. The spa is quite comfortable and spacious. I had a regular massage treatment, which was good. While I’ve had better massages, it was still relaxing. I specified that I wanted a full head, neck, and back massage, but due to the language barrier, it wasn’t fully understood. This is an area for improvement to ensure clients leave 100% satisfied. However, the pre- and post-service experience was impeccable. The Front Desk staff, especially Filbo, made our arrival smooth and welcoming. We received a room upgrade for both families and were greeted in a fantastic manner. After a long journey, especially with tired kids, it was a relief to have everything ready for us. Filbo extended a warm welcome on behalf of the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed, including special treats for the children. Since the weather wasn't great, we decided to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom to wrap up our trip. The hotel informed us about their shuttle service to Chimelong, which was great. They even extended our check-out time so we could get the kids cleaned up and ready for our journey home. Overall, our stay was spectacular! Every detail was thought out for families, ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of the kids. I would return to this hotel every time I visit Zhuhai and highly recommend it, especially for families traveling together!"
