Good location with restaurants and 7-11 nearby. Friendly staff who is willing to help whenever needed.

Staying a second day here proved to be wonderful, where I slept like a rock on one of the best beds ever! Again, the food and service was great (thanks Olivia!)

The hotel and staff were great and hospitable! The behind of the hotel had a lot of shops and restaurants which was so convenient. They provided umbrella and the slippers were superb quality. Towels were really big and fluffy clean. The breakfast buffet selection was wide and good.

Excellent location, easy to access restaurants, shops or even massage . Also got Free parking!

As usual the staff especially the concierge was great. Had many courier packages and the concierge here are the best. The cleaners and frontdesk was all good. Last time i stay at end room and i made request that i do not want it and of course they meet my requirement. The only disappointment is the gym there used to 5 treadmills but then 4 and now there is another 2 broken which doesn’t seem to getting fix at all and the elliptical has been broken for over 2 months and see that there are many guests in the morning using it, so for sure not enough equipment, this is one of a drawback. Please no towels for guests to used. Am are exercise person so this is really a disappointment and not to high standards of a hotel at all.

Sandy at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and smooth. The room was spacious and bright, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The hotel's central location in Fuhuali is excellent.

The property was dated and needs an update. The rooms are quite small and worn. The swimming pool was small and dirty and the reception staff manning the pool and gym had no interest in their guest. Had to ask for towels and the staff was not very welcoming. Seems like everything was an effort for them. Checkin was efficient and staff were friendly. I won’t recommend the hotel breakfast either as they don’t have much options. Better options outside the hotel.
