Zhangjiajie Manju Inn Reviews

Manju Inn was a great choice! It truly is less than 15min walk from Zhangjiajiexi Railway Station. They allowed really early check in before 7am (coz room was available), room was clean, had all I needed including an awesome view from 6th floor. The key challenge was locating the entrance which isn’t on the front street. You need to enter the gate to the apartment buildings and turn left, Building 21 is right by gate (see photos). Highly recommended.

Fantastic location, you can see the train station from the window. They also gave extremely clear instructions even with a picture and video on how to find the place. They were really kind and even shared some fruit with me. Oh, and they have western toilets. The only thing to note is that the shower head is right by the toilet so just be a bit careful

Nice and clean space! Very close to Zhangjajie west railway station and the Central bus station. Extremely convenient if you want to go to Zhangjajie natural forest park and if you want to catch the train to Shanghai.

Very clean place and convenient location. Just few minutes walking form the train station and perfect if you have an early morning train Not easy to find the entrance tho, it’s behind the main street

naar toe the highspeed railwaystation. (about 5 minutes walking). but that is not nesessary because they offer taxi service to the station for free!! they are very kindly and helpfull

Location of the hotel was very good for our visit. 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The room was a good size for 2 people. But the bathroom was very small, you almost sit on the toilet when showering. The room smelled like smoke, using the air conditioner made it worse. There was an ash tray in the room, they promised us there was no smell and nobody had smoked in the room. Because of the smell we moved the beds as close to the windows as possible and slept with the windows open. They also arranged a taxi to our new hotel in Wulingyuan, price was very good. But at the time of departure suddenly the price increased. We managed to keep the original price. But instead of a 25 minute trip we spend 1h30 in the car. They had to pick someone else up in the opposite direction of where we were going. The bus is only 12 Yuan drives every 5 minutes and is super close. So you are warned.

It is right opposite the Zhangjiajie West train station, so it was in the perfect location for me. The self check-in was easy and well explained. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little small if you'd be staying longer than one night. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, it would be great if some hand soap was provided as well.

The hotel is walking distance from the high-speed railway station (10-15 minutes walk). The shower drain was clogged which resulted in flooding of the bathroom. Very annoying and unhygienic.

Nice hotel, nice boss… He even pick us up at the street and also send us to the train station althought is just a walking distant. Is a new place!!!! You can a nice walk to the 72 Qilou (around 45min town walk)

The location of the is very suitable for people that are coming to spend a night and have to catch a train the next day. The room is clean and you have a lot of food places and supermarkets under the hotel.

We stayed for only one night before going to the park (we booked a hotel inside the park). The room was very clean and nice. The staff did not speak English but was very helpful. We had contact via WeChat which worked perfectly. We were allowed to store our luggage for 3 days without extra costs, which was very nice. The location is close to the train station (West) which was convenient for us. There are some restaurants close by, but it is not a very interesting part of the city. You can take bus to the center of Zhangjiajie.

We stayed for 1 night, but it was fantastic. The room was cozy, as were the staff. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, thoughtful, and attentive to our needs. If I ever return, I'll definitely stay with them again.

Our host was so accommodating it was a pleasure! He booked us all our tickets and he has interesting discounts for some of them ! Very nice quality/price, thanks again!
