One of the best hotels we've stayed in China, with a wonderful, loving owner. The room was clean, cleaned daily, and towels were changed daily. Comfortable beds. Efficient air conditioning.Large TV. Free laundry and drying available on site. The owner was very helpful when we had a problem. She also bought us park tickets at a bargain price.

Definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Zhangjiajie forest Park. It’s located very close to the entrance of the park, only 5 minutes walking, which allows you to get in the park before the crowds and easily get back to your hotel room in the evening. Upon arrival I was upgraded to another room (in their first hotel, which I strongly recommend looking into). The room was very clean and comfortable, with all amenities you might need during your stay.

The hotel is in a very convenient location to reach the entrance of the Wulingyuan east gate. The room is spacious enough, shame about the bathroom that remains flooded after the shower. The receptionist does not speak English but is very available to satisfy the various requests through translation applications

A strategically located hotel right at the entrance to the National Park (Wulingyuan entrance). Very clean. We chose a room on the 4th floor (the attic), but when we arrived, it was so hot, with the sun shining all day and the air conditioning only turning on when you turn on the key. We had to ask to change rooms. They told us they didn't have any rooms on the lower floor and gave us an interior room on the 4th floor. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, as the shower is in the toilet itself, and the entire floor gets wet, and it takes a long time for the water to drain. But the staff were super kind, checking to see if they had another room available to move us to, although in the end, it wasn't possible. I would choose it again, although never on the 4th floor.

It's not newly renovated at all. The facilities are old, the toilet smells bad, the toilet seat is broken, and the shower room door is broken. I stayed here for a few days. If it weren't for the inconvenience of carrying luggage, I would have changed rooms long ago. Surrounded by tourist hotels, shopping is inconvenient and expensive. It is recommended to live near Genli Supermarket, where shopping is convenient and prices are lower.

The boss's service is very good. He always answers all your questions and is available 24 hours a day. You can also consult about travel itinerary and other plans... The main point is that she is a beautiful woman.

The room is of a suitable size. It's a few minutes away from the bus station and about ten minutes' walk from the sign gate. It's hygienic and clean. The bedding and towels are new and clean. It's quiet at night.
