This place is super amazing and with a wonderful host who will take nice care of you. Remember to eat their breakfast as well which taste super nice

The best acommodation we’ve had in China. The location is great, very close to the tourist center. The acommodation itself is beautiful and quiet. The host is amazing! He was so helpful, waiting for us with hot tea and providing tips for our visit in Furong. We definetly recommend!

What should I say? Best accommodation so far from my current trip. Let's start from the location, right opposite the ticketing area, super convenient, the hotel itself has a very traditional look, small details with the ancient city vibe but modern facility, complete amenities, so very comfortable. Included local breakfast that so yums, and the people in charge, super accommodating! best ever compared to big cities. I got into an accident on the tour and they were really helpful! I am pretty sure that I will come back again. Super recommended!!

It doesn't look very impressive from the outside, but as the name suggests, the garden is beautiful. The traditional architecture is beautiful, the facilities are well-equipped and comfortable. The view from the room was great and I felt very relaxed. The staff were very kind and the service is very good.

Xuanyuan is a Tujia courtyard suspended in the air. It belongs to one entrance and two courtyards, incorporating Tujia elements, pure log structure, and a very strong sense of design. The room is also made of logs, but with many Tujia elements. The sun shines in and the quilt is covered with golden light. It is very comfortable and cozy. The balcony has a wide view. The owners (brothers & sisters) are very helpful , pick up us at the train station (free) . He helped us carrying two luggages to the room on the third floor and also do the same for drop off for taxi in next morning to train station. The location is very convenient, a few steps near Furong entrance.

Very nice homestay. The host was amazing and very proactive, providing us with a detailed itinerary and a map of Furong Ancient Town. We don’t speak Chinese, but that wasn’t a problem at all because we used an online translator. The place itself is very charming. You are always welcome to drink green tea, which is made by the host from his garden (and the tea is amazing). Our type of room felt a bit cluttered, so if you have a lot of luggage, that might be an issue. The bed was good, with nice linens and comfortable pillows. Breakfast was also very nice, and everything was fresh. Just keep in mind that the hotel is outside of Furong Ancient Town, but it’s situated just a couple of minutes from the main gate.

Italian turisti here. Place is beatiful and clean, perfect position to visit Furong Town. Breakfast Express by a nice old lady. The hosts were extremely helpful and nice too. I had some stomach sickness and they helped me getting to the clinic to pick some extra medicine. 11/10 place.

the owners were really friendly and approachable. provided free car ride to the HSR train station. there are free costumes that ladies can wear to take photos (the female owner can help to take some if you’re a solo traveller and needs some quick snaps) 👍🏻
it’s located right outside the scenic area which is great (as taxi/ didi can’t drive into the scenic area, and the floor is very uneven inside, so it’s quite hard to navigate if you’re carrying luggage)

Our stay here was good. The girl at reception is very kind and always wants to help, and even gave us a lift to the train station when we left, but you need to ask in advance. The hotel is right next to the scenic area of Furong. Our balcony and room were beautiful- but our mosquito net was broken so the room got very damp. Also there was some mould on the curtain in the bathroom and the chair on the balcony. The breakfast was free and very nice, although the kitchen it is cooked in looks a bit unclean which put me off. There was free snacks but no free water which we have experienced everywhere else in China. It looks beautiful at night. I wish it was cleaner.

Located near the entrance of furong scenic area, right behind KFC. Very hospitable owner, they offer foc pick up service from the airport. Recommended local eateries nearby. Breakfast is provided, simple and delicious. We had a wonderful stay here :)

Super friendly guesthouse owners who offer free transfer from the high speed rail station. Helped us carry our luggages up to the 3rd floor and there is also free breakfast!

Good location. Hotel locate just small walking distance to entrance to Furong ancient village. More quiet as compare to hotel in ancient village which is more expensive and noisy. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Provided us water melon to eat when he found us resting at room balcony. Breakfast is just typical local Chinese style - - noddle, porridge, Chinese bun, eggs.
