If you have your own transportation this is a lovely place to stay. Only a few minutes ride from the town centre and the esplanade, it's perfect for a quiet, restful night. By the paddy fields, you get woken in the morning by birdsong.Cheap and cheerful.

Far from the beach, into a deep alley, good location, good service, difficult to find things to eat, the location is not okay if you don't have a car, not recommended.
