The hotel is clean, though it’s located quite far from the city. We chose to stay here because it’s very close to Everland, which made it easier for our child to rest and not wake up too early. The free shuttle bus to Everland is a nice bonus.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the children's park. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the plumbing definitely needs an upgrade: both the sink faucet and the showerhead were faulty (leaking). Otherwise, the room was pleasant to stay in. I had booked a room with breakfast, but at the front desk, I was told it wasn't included, which was very strange. I ended up having to pay extra for breakfast. Thankfully, the breakfast was very appetizing and filling. I think I'd choose this hotel again for my next stay.

The proximity to Everland was fantastic. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, which made finding meals surprisingly convenient. It serves as a good base camp if you're visiting Yongin. The swimming pool was nice, but the water was quite cold.

Recommended for families visiting Everland. While the soundproofing isn't good, we found it difficult to relax with the constant noise of children fighting. Additionally, perhaps because of its close proximity to the park and high visitor numbers, the service was unfriendly.

A truly beautiful and great hotel. We picked it because of its convenient location near Everland Park. Our room was nice, clean, spacious, and came with a balcony. The hotel grounds themselves are beautiful. They also offer a free shuttle bus to Everland every hour, which was incredibly convenient.

The room was quite nice , well equipped, large and with good view . The staff super nice and helpful. I needed to find where to buy baby formula and hey have done all the best to contact the local shops .

The light fixtures were covered in cobwebs and dust;; Even when I showered in the bathroom with the door closed, water leaked out. The shower head holder was broken and kept falling down. It was really annoying during my two-night stay. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The towels smelled like bleach. The soles of my slippers were so bumpy that I couldn't wear them. The noise between floors and walls was the worst. I wouldn't stay here unless I was going to Everland.

The smell hit me as soon as I walked in... The smell got worse when I turned on the air conditioning... The blankets and towels also smelled... There was a lot of dust flying around... It looked like the room had probably been neglected for a long time. I'm so tired from traveling that I regret not complaining... (The smell clung to my pajamas and bag.) This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, both domestically and internationally.

It was so great!!! I'd definitely stay here again if I ever need to! The only disappointment was that the coffee pot didn't work.

Everything is good, but the parking space is a bit disappointing when staying on the weekend.
